I recently stayed at the Hilton Saigon in District 1 and was thoroughly impressed. I chose an Executive Room with a view of the Saigon River, which was breathtaking.
The room’s design, cleanliness, and spaciousness were exactly what I expect from Hilton’s classic excellence. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options.
Additionally, we needed something in the room and called the reception. Within 5 minutes, the staff arrived and resolved the issue promptly. This level of efficiency is rare, even in many 5-star hotels, where delays often occur. Hilton once again proved its iconic standard in this regard.
The hotel is also very centrally located. Most historical sites are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
I only stayed for one night, but the experience was exceptional. I wish all hotels maintained this standard. I rate my stay 5 out of 5.
Perfect for posting now! Let me know if anything else comes to mind.
Have been staying in Caravelle a few times over the last 1-2 years. Came to Ho Chi Minh for business meeting. The location is centrally situated. With money changer and restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend.
Staying at The Reverie Saigon was an absolutely indulgent and luxurious experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the grand lobby, I was mesmerized by the exquisite Italian-inspired decor, lavish chandeliers, and intricate marble details—it felt like stepping into a palace.
The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is remarkable. My room was beautifully designed with sumptuous furnishings, plush bedding, and top-tier amenities, offering pure comfort and elegance. Every piece of decor and furniture exuded sophistication, making it clear that no expense was spared in crafting this one-of-a-kind hotel experience.
The service was impeccable—the staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, always ensuring my stay was seamless and enjoyable. From check-in to dining recommendations, they provided personalized service that truly set the hotel apart.
Dining at The Reverie Saigon was another highlight. Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, whether it was breakfast, afternoon tea, or fine dining. The ingredients were of the highest quality, and the presentation was flawless.
The spa and wellness facilities were equally impressive, offering world-class treatments in a serene and beautifully designed space. And while I didn’t stay in a room with a panoramic view, the hotel’s overall ambiance and elegance more than made up for it.
Overall, The Reverie Saigon is the pinnacle of luxury in Ho Chi Minh City. It’s not just a hotel—it’s an experience that embodies elegance, comfort, and world-class hospitality. If you’re looking for a truly opulent stay, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The location is great! The environment is also great, the staff are very enthusiastic, and they have given us great room. It's a room with a corner window.
The staff in the swimming pool are also very friendly.
We will come back again.
This hotel is in a fantastic location in District 1, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to commute to other areas. It's tucked away on a small market street, which is perfect for those who want to try authentic local food—delicious noodles and Bánh Mì are right at your doorstep!
The hotel itself has a sleek, modern design and, according to the friendly and helpful staff, has only been open for about two years. The ground floor features a stylish lounge area with a café-like vibe, complete with plenty of power outlets. Just behind that, there's a convenient self-service laundry area with washing machines available for guests.
On the first floor, you'll find a shared kitchen and dining space, along with a pool table and darts—great for some casual entertainment. This is also where breakfast is served, though the selection is quite limited to toast, instant ramen, and boiled eggs. Compared to my previous hotel, which offered a full buffet with fresh eggs and pho, it was a bit underwhelming.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view, including the iconic Café Apartments building in the distance. However, I noticed there were only a few power outlets and none with USB ports, which many other hotels provide. Another minor letdown was the mini-fridge—it wasn’t actually cold, which I only discovered after my ice cream melted overnight! When I asked the staff, they mentioned that the fridge wasn’t really functional, which was disappointing.
The rooftop features a small pool and jacuzzi—a great spot to cool off and relax, even though it was smaller than I expected.
Despite a few minor inconveniences, my stay was excellent overall. The modern design, friendly staff, and unbeatable location made it a great experience, and I would definitely book this hotel again!
The place is in a very convenient location. The food is ok. Staff is super helpful. But there I didn’t like 2 things: 1) it’s not allowed to take a picture with a camera. Even only your family member. 2) actually the floor in room wasn’t super clean, after my son walking with a white socks i saw a very dirty socks. And the sink water is going really slow also make a nervous my brain.
Fantastic location, very good staff, clean rooms. Rooms a bit small (but fine). Only real complaint is that the lighting in the hallway inside the room (where safe and closets are) is very dim. Otherwise, very good.
Breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had in SE Asia at similarly priced hotels. Rooftop bar is great view, but I’d skip it otherwise since food is sub par and drinks are very expensive. Better options across the street.
Overall, great value for the money. Highly recommend and we will stay here again on our next visit.
Wonderful stay that we had, totally worth the price we pay! We enjoyed the stay mainly because :
1. Friendly staff and receptionist
2. Clean and comfortable room + bed
3. Quiet room (can request from the receptionist)
4. Strategic location for easy access to everything
5. The hotel gets to face the river view
6. There is water filter for us to use !
7. Might not be something very special but very good quality shampoo that being provided
The Charner Hotel is excellent. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms equally so though we found our bed a bit too hard. Excellent location, close to everything. Great breakfast with good coffee and a pleasant rooftop bar with a small swimming pool. Our room was tucked away and even though we were on the second floor we had to take two different elevators. I would definitely stay here again.
Love the afternoon tea and breakfast. Great location. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
However, just only 1 chef at the crepe/ waffle station ( afternoon tea) was rude to my friend when she ask for assistance. Also when i ask for just a few pieces of fresh banana for my son’s waffle dish, he refused and forced me swap with banana crepe. Please… it was not a big issue but it is not right, specially, happened in 5 stars hotel.
We have a surprised gift, it was great but please bring before we check in/ or need to ask our permission to enter our room. Don’t enter our room if we weren’t there after checking in.
Overall, we love the hotel vibe and location.

Amazing
NNHU HUYENI had the best experience at Amanaki! My business trip schedule changed unexpectedly, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating. They graciously adjusted my check-in date at no extra charge and even allowed me to check in early to a room with an amazing view.
The welcome drink was a refreshing coconut, and my room was stocked with complimentary homemade healthy snacks like nuts, dried fruits, and herbal tea. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of District 1, next to Bitexco.
I can't say enough about the exceptional service and staff. I'm truly impressed and thankful. I’ll definitely be returning!

Silverland Min Hotel far exceeded my expectations during my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Its central location is perfect, placing key attractions like Ben Thanh Market and the War Remnants Museum within easy reach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always eager to assist with any questions or requests. My room was immaculate, tastefully furnished, and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Despite being in the heart of a bustling city, the hotel maintained a serene and clean ambiance. It’s evident that guest comfort and satisfaction are top priorities here. I wholeheartedly recommend Silverland Min Hotel for its unbeatable location, outstanding service, and excellent value. Without a doubt, I’d choose to stay here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City!
GGuest UserNice and spacious room. Excellent location near Opera House, Nguyen Hue walking street is one block left side of the hotel.
Saigon Square and Bin Than Market are walking distance (about 10 minutes walk from the hotel)
Plenty of eateries around and convenience store Circle K is left side of the hotel
Breakfast is with limited options. But, okay for what we paid. Value for money.
All staff are helpful and always willing to serve.
GGuest UserThis price, this location, this configuration, nothing to say!
I specially chose the newly renovated one. The room is very new and clean. It also has a balcony. There are five-star hotels nearby. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and drink a cup of coffee. It’s also convenient to move around, and you can take an injection anywhere.
KKaoruYThe hotel overall was excellent with their great services, except for one issue we encountered when we vitited the city in the midst of the 50th reunification anniversary. Right next to the hotel was an event venue where the loud heavy bass music was continously played all day until around 22:00PM.
We suppose this was only because of the country's big event, but this aspect of the location hasn't been mentioned in the reviews so I would leave a note for those considering staying at the hotel during major event seasons.
NNeil & PamGreat central location for the hotel within walking distance to lots of locations, restaurants and bars.
The staff were lovely and upgraded us to a suite on arrival without asking. The room was huge and the city view was obscured by a billboard on the outside of the hotel, which actually worked out perfectly for us as it kept the morning sun out of the room as well. The decor is a little tired as are the gym and pool.
Breakfast was varied enough to suit most travellers needs and very good and plenty of it.
We were able to leave our luggage securely on the last day until we got the taxi to the airport at 1700.
I’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Ho Chi Minh City.
NNK yoonAll hotel services and amenities were satisfactory.
For reference, I booked a deluxe queen room and a city view.
When I entered the lobby, it was not so good, but the room condition was good.
사사랑나그네It's good value for money and feels like a motel in the 90s.
The sweet noodle beer in the room at check-out is as good as I ate, but the price is mart price, so you can eat it as much as you like.
AAnonymous Useroverall good
Convenient living facilities nearby
There are so many bars
Opposite the brunch restaurant
kind at the counter
there is an elevator
Some rooms by the window do not have a street view
Even if you ask the merchant when booking a room
You may not be able to book a room with a street view
Because there is a club next to it that can sing
Going to bed early may affect sleep, but you won't sing after ten o'clock in the evening
Close to many attractions in the city
There are also shopping districts such as Takashimaya Japanese-style department store.
It is also close to the coffee apartment and Nguyen Hue pedestrian street
affordable housing
MMichael KeithI have given this hotel a very favourable review because it simply provided exactly what we expected. When we went to Vietnam, we didn’t plan to spend a long time in the hotel, rather just a place to sleep, and therefore, don’t believe in paying for an expensive hotel. Although the stairway leading to the entrance is steep, and the lift is absolutely tiny, the room was sufficient for the price. They had a massage place in the lobby but no restaurant or other amenities. There is a bar/restaurant located on either side of the hotel and a small local eatery (small stools and tables outside) opposite, which smells absolutely divine. Very convenient for transport and probably close to some places you will be visiting. Overall, it is simply goos value for money.
