It’s a hidden heaven in Hoi An . The hotel have everything you will ask for . Plus the shuttle service takes you around when you get bored from the hotel and come back when you get bored outside . 3 days is a must stay there . Best relaxing I have ever done

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

The Phu Thinh Resort and Spa was conveniently located on the main road that takes you to the Old town. They offered great value for money. The Old Town is a twenty minute walk or easily accessible by taxi or motorcycle (which you can rent)- the hotel will assist with both. Night time offers the best views and interaction with shop keepers, vendors and restaurants in the Old Town. The people everywhere are friendly and proud of their city. The resort offered a great base to see and experience all Hoi An had to offer.

We checked in late at night! Shops were close! We were hungry! No food available in hotel! Welcome drinks n cakes provided but upon asking for more cakes as we have not had dinner! There were none given:(.......first night the room aircon was not working!! The second night was given a better room with a working aircon!.overall is good service but I guess the down side was checking in late :(

Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean and with modern bathroom. Breakfast was rather standard for a Vietnamese 4-star hotel - vide selection of Asian dishes, breads, eggs and fruits. Extra points for a nice swimming pool and delicious coconut coffee, which we bought at the restaurant in the hotel.

After carefully considering a dozen options for a wedding venue along the coast between Da Nang and Hoi Anh we chose Palm Garden resort, and were very thankful to have done so. We had established a series of criteria which included a) welcoming outdoor beach-front setting, b) attentive yet modest staff, c) clean and comfortable rooms, and d) an engaging and supportive event manager. Palm garden had all 4, and we were particularly pleased with the overall comfort our guests experienced throughout their stay. Our event manager, Ms. Truc gave us a positive impression when we first met and was very responsive throughout the 4 months of detailed preparations and planning with family members from the US, Europe and Viet Nam all actively involved ! The ceremony itself, as well as the reception, dinner and evening activities ran vey smoothly and the staff were attentive throughout. Overall, a highly recommended venue and event managing team! Since I was going on a family trip, I looked into resorts. Every time I opened my eyes in the morning, I was happy with the scenery outside. The staff were friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad as it had Korean food. However, since taxi drivers are very confused with Vinpearl Resort Danang branch, it would be more accurate to capture the hotel address and send it a photo when requesting a massage shop or pick-and-drop... The drivers dropped me off incorrectly twice, so I spent a lot of time going back and forth. It took... Next time I come with friends or my boyfriend, I think it would be better to stay in Da Nang. It's located a bit further inside Hoi An, so ordering Grab or delivery food costs a lot of money, and there aren't many restaurants nearby... Nevertheless, if I visit Da Nang again with my family, I think I will visit this resort without hesitation :-)

The location is near Huihe Ancient Town and night market, very convenient However, the soundproofing of the room was very poor. I was woken up by the sound of breakfast being prepared in the hotel restaurant at 6:30 in the morning. I could clearly hear anyone passing by the door. There was a heavy thunderstorm during our stay, which caused a power outage throughout the hotel. Afterwards, the TV antenna broke and the staff couldn't fix it. Because my room type included breakfast, but I was too tired to eat it. The front desk will call you at 9:30 in the morning to remind you to have breakfast (breakfast is until 10 a.m.) The front desk lady has a very good smile and service attitude.

Very good hotel. Although it is a bit biased, the surrounding is quiet, and it takes 10 minutes to go to the city by bicycle, which is unique. The service is very good and the hotel staff is very good.
