I booked my family for 4 nights, the morning front desk there is very generous because they allowed them to check in early and everything is ok, the room is not bad it is very tidy. On there 3rd night, they did not sleep in the hostel because they have an overnight trip in Macau, and they comeback to the hostel around 2:48am as their last day on the hostel and they go to their room to take some shower and fixed their things, after that they decided to go out to buy some snacks. When they comeback to the hostel around 5:00am ,suddenly they can't access their room, and they told their concern to the nightshift frontdesk. The attending frontdesk is very rude to them. And she even offered a used room to stay (the room is so messed and dirty) so they refused to accept it and who you think will stay in that kind of room. My family wants to rest to their room and asks to do something about it. And then hours past the frontdesk attendant decided to give clean room to rest but her attitude is very rude (they experience bad treatment like shouting and telling them to stay outside) in the morning 9:00am they have the repairman to open the door of our room, they finally opened our room by 12:00nn (our check out is before 11am) it's so hassle to them because they are worried about their belongings and their flight was 10pm that day. They did not enjoy the last day stay on the hostel and i was so disappointed.☹️

The location is right at the center. Room is about 7 square meters, very small. You cannot borrow the iron if you want to iron your clothes. If you come late for check in at night, you cannot go inside the building because nobody opens the door for you. The safety guard downstair does not work for the hostel, he doesn’t know who you are and he cannot speak English. You have to go up to 15th floor to check in. The room smells bad. Every day I saw a baby cockroach crawling on the floor and I don't know where it came from. The light in the toilet was flickering and on the 3rd day it fell off the ceiling. The staff was friendly but they only spoke Chinese.

The hostel staff are friendly even they can't speak fluent in English. Location wise is very good. Money changer just near the lift and also MTR just 2 mins walk from the building. Can recommend for those who are in budget travel.

As I was staying for 4 nights, I was given a room which has common ammenities like a set of washing machine and dryer (which might be used to cleanup the other rooms' bedsheets after they have checked out). Room is small (no choice due to space constraints in Hong Kong). Other than the building which looks old and scary when you arrive back at the area at night, the flat / room is well-lit and looks very new. No cockroaches at the room I was given (as mentioned by some reviews) but there were a few ants here and there and I guess unavoidable due to it being a relatively old building. Most importantly, best to have a wechat acc, so you can communicate with the owner easily.

Very good, helpful and friendly service from the male reception staff. (I think he only works during the day shift.) The 2 lifts go to every floor and are convenient if carrying luggage. The room is clean and quite spacious for the 3 double bunk beds in a dormitory. As expected, need to bear with the snoring from fellow roommates. After 2 nights, my wife and I decided to change a double bed room which is cramped but comes with an ensuite bathroom. Central location close to the Yau Ma Tei MTR station and bus stop and also within walking distance to the various malls and to the Tsim Sha Tsui area. The night market and other eateries are also in the neighbourhood.

Great Location & Excellent Service, Highly recommended.
This hotel is perfectly located near MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Exit A1, just a short walk to Haiphong Road, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. The lobby is small but of high quality, and the rooms are comfortable. Although we experienced a minor issue with a renovated room, the staff was very accommodating, offering a room upgrade and refunding the unused room. The hotel is close to Michelin restaurants, shopping malls, and Victoria Harbour. While the bathrooms are small, the overall experience was fantastic due to the attentive service, cleanliness, and great location. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:
- Excellent location near MTR and attractions
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean and well-maintained rooms
- Close to restaurants and shopping
You can leave your luggage at the lobby either before check-in or after check-out. The room matches the description, and the price is just right.

The place is comparatively spacious than most Hong Kong hostels. The place is clean and well-maintained. They have a digital door lock for security. They do housekeeping every day, cleaning the room, setting up the beds, and providing change of towels and toilet paper. Location-wise, they are also very near TST station, restaurants, and grocery stores, which is very convenient. I would highly recommend this place!

”I had a fantastic stay at Hotel .The staff was incredibly welcoming, and check-in was smooth. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a stunning view of [city/beach/mountains]. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast—great for both work and leisure. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from [attraction/transport]. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

This is the definition of a budget room in Hong Kong: very, very, VERY small, the shower is above the toilets, and the bed can feel a bit small if you're 1.80 meter tall or above. The guesthouse is located on the 7th floor of the notorious yet fascinating Chungking Mansion Building (If you haven't heard about it, Google it). Having said that, the employees were extremely kind and helpful, and offered an even better price when we asked in person to extend for 2 extra nights.

Great location! Very convenient and accessible to everything. There’s a bus stop going to HKIA and a train station nearby. Plenty of food options everywhere. The room is just right for two people. If you’re not too picky, this place is perfect for you. Sometimes, the elevator to the hotel can get crowded, so you may need to wait a bit. The elevator also has a strong smell sometimes, probably from Indian food, but other than that, we had a smooth stay.

GGuest UserFinding the place was not difficult and I had walked from Kowloon West station. Staff was friendly. When no one is at reception, phone is located on the wall outside the main door to call the hotline for service. Room and toilet were small but typical of such lodgings in HK for such price. Enough for one person to move about in it but if working on the computer need to sit on the bed. No chair in the room, but would not have space for it. Room facilities all working and adaptor provided at wall power outlet. Location is good as Jordan station is right near to the building. Lots of food places around.
GGuest UserThe location is on the side of Nathan Road in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui. I used it for an early morning flight this time, but there is a bus stop to the airport in front of me, which is very convenient. In addition, we use many restaurants if we can make a reservation.

Good
GGuest UserOutstanding!
Clean (no mould or pests), quiet and unbeatable value.
The host is very friendly.
At the time of stay the lift was not working. This is outside the control of the owner, but if you have issues climbing 10 flights of stairs this is something to consider.
GGuest UserThe service is quite good. One of the workers speaks good English. I was having trouble with my SIM card (I picked up the wrong one,) so she took me across the street to a shop that has them for cheap.
The room's small, but, again, it's a guest house, and it's H.K. If you want something bigger, you're going to pay.
The only thing that bothers me (and it's not exclusive to this guest house) is the noise from the other guests. A lot of guests are completely clueless and play their music / have loud conversations right outside of the room. Mei Wah should put up some ”Please be quiet” signs in Mandarin and English, but the guests are probably too ignorant or apathetic to care.
HHawanajihaSolo traveller from Malaysia🇲🇾. The guesthouse is in crowded area, chungking mansion. Room is clean, comfortable and small as expected. Have a small pantry outside to reheat food and make coffee. Owner and staffs, friendly and helpful . Recommended if you’re on tight budget

GGuest UserThis is my third time staying here. I think the biggest advantage here is that the location is really convenient. It is very convenient for shopping and dining downstairs. After all, when deciding where to go in Hong Kong, the geographical location is really the primary consideration. It should be noted that before checking in or after arriving at the hotel, you can add the customer service WeChat and follow the instructions to check in and check out quickly. You can also store your luggage for free, but if you want hot water, try to avoid taking a shower during the peak hours in the evening. The price/performance ratio is very high, recommended!
GGuest UserThe room is very good and the location is very convenient. The only regret is that I didn't book 2 nights in a row. The hotel I booked for the second night was expensive, small and far away. The recommendation index is 5 stars. It would be better if the hygiene could be improved a little.
Jjeuznqo566846The location is very good, there are many restaurants downstairs, perfect to solve the problem of eating, very close to the Causeway Bay subway station, the traffic is very convenient, the hardware facilities are very good, it is worth mentioning that the quality of the service staff is very high, it is a very satisfying experience, 👍🏻
