We reserved a disabled room for 2 nights and the quality of service for elderly guests is good, especially the maid cleansing room services. The front desk staff also helpful and arranged late checkout for us. The lobby has regular staff to lead guest the directions. The Hopewell mall has different shops for guests and connected to Wu Chung House in between has various restaurants. Good to restay again if room available next time.

What’s an amazing service!!! I’m in love with Hopewell hotel. Everything is perfect. Location, facilities, view, food. The hostess was so friendly and nice even though we checked in late at night. She upgraded our rooms, for which we were infinitely grateful to her. We will come back for sure!!

Hotel was spotlessly clean and room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped! Room pics from trip.com are accurate to reality. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean and the toilet was really nice and grand. There was a huge window in the room but there wasn’t much of a view. Staff were polite and they provided luggage storage service. Hotel is also centrally located and near MTR and bus stops, restaurants and amenities. One thing to note though is that the access to the hotel can be pretty confusing at first as you may have to walk through Hopewell Center Mall to get to the hotel side of the building and then take a lift up to 19F to get to the hotel lobby before taking another set of lifts to your room. Room access was also a bit tricky at first because different sets of lifts serve different floors and require room key to access your respective floor but ushering staff were present and ready to provide assistance when needed. All things considered, it was an amazing stay in HK!

Great hotel, great view, little bit difficult to get, not all taxi drivers know how to get there. Also you should use 2 Lifts to get to your room, for me wasn’t big problem. In general I like this hotel. Just 5 min walk from Wan Chai.

Good location, very convenient, near MTR station, restaurants and shops plenty nearby with new commercial property development. Room very large in HK standard, brand new, pleasant and quality interior design and work. Would recommend for travelers visiting HK.

Hotel room is very spacious and new, suitablefor all categories of traveler. However, hope they can improve their customer service.

Check in process took us more than 30 minutes and came back to us that one of the two rooms we booked was not ready. So we have to keep all luggage in one room. And the staff just asked us to wait. Could have improve on that and staff’s attitude. Room was big and clean, perhaps because still new. Location was great, near to MRT station and famous restaurants.

The room was very spacious with a nice view. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. Conveniently, there is a grocery store downstairs and plenty of eateries nearby.

Room was very nice and have a lot of space. Me and my friends really enjoy the trip here.

Hopewell is a brand new hotel, the view is breathtaking and I love it. Staffs are friendly and helpful, I have 3 large luggages and one staff member helped me from level 17 to level 19. On the day when I check out, it was early morning and the lift was locked, one staff member helped me to take the escalator and went down to level 17 to get my taxi, thanks a lot! Unfortunately the location is bit different to access, and no room service yet and the swimming pool is not ready. Surrounding area is excellent, close to MTR, many local shops around and I believe overtime, all the teething issue will go away!
