Hotel is in good location. But the room is nightmare. If you are not living in Asia probably for you will be hard to handle 🤭 and I must to say that nice girl helped me to check in 1.5h earlier.

This hotel is perfectly situated with incredibly easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR via Exit N4, making it convenient for both airport transfers and city exploration. That being said, the room itself was on the smaller side, and there were a few areas that could have been improved. The amenities were quite basic, and I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries since none were provided. Even the towels appeared to be disposable and intended for one-time use, which was a bit disappointing. The room slippers were paper-thin, which didn't quite add to the comfort. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there was a bit of inconvenience with moving around the building. Also, be aware that they charge a fee for late check-out — HKD $100. I requested a late check-out at 1pm (when the usual check-out time is 12pm), but this wasn't made clear to me at the time of my request. Thankfully, the manager waived the charge, as I was not informed upfront. Overall, the location is fantastic, but it’s important to note that the room features are pretty basic. If you’re looking for comfort and amenities, it may fall a little short.

excellent location and renovated rooms. Rather small for 2 people though but that's not unusual in Hong Kong. Recommended. To get to the hotel you take the N1 exit from the brown line. Like in the photo. There's an elevator and is a great help if you carry luggage. From there you'll walk 3 minutes to the hotel.

Located in the main tourist area with restaurants and shipping, , just 5 min walk to the waterfront, and convenient proximity to subway and buses. Hotel service is quick and professional. This hotel was quiet except doors banging noise, something that could be fixed with 1 HKD pads. Hotel is undergoing perpetual repairs, and entrance is somewhat obscured next to a pizza restaurant.

Some sections of the hotel are newly renovated, boasting a more contemporary style. However, rooms on the 14th floor and above still retain a 1990s aesthetic. Cleanliness was satisfactory, though the facilities are a bit dated. Comfort levels were acceptable. The surrounding area offers abundant dining options, public transportation is convenient, and Victoria Harbour is within walking distance.

Good location, surrounded with shops and restaurants. Easy to walk around the bay and the shopping area. Close to MTR.

Very good , i like it very much. I am from the Philippines and i met my Chinese boyfriend Nd we stayed here for the time being. It was so clean and big good for families although its a bit pricey but it was all good

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean even though there were signs of wear and tear. Be aware that they provide daily disposable paper bath towels instead of cloth towels. No hand or face towels provided. I had to ask for hand soap to be provided to us. Hand sink shares the same area with beds. The safe battery was low by the fourth day. Bed linen was great and room keeping services were outstanding. We needed cleanup from an accident and they took care of it promptly for us.

The hotel is clean. And all staffs are polite. Nearby restaurants foods are overwhelming. Good choice of hotel

location is good very near to mtr..walking distance to hongkong museum avenue of stars..

Chose the hotel among holiday inn and Ramada as it is posted that the hotel was renovated 2024.. From the photos attached you can see that it needs renovations desperately. Feel very cheated. Curtains torn,wallpaper peeled and all.
