Let’s do direct review: Location without any doubt at best (5/5). Staffs: 5/5. Breakfast: 5/5 (you can also refer to pic). Room size (small compared to what you pay, 4/5). Bathroom (5/5, considering room size). What they can do better: of course you can’t change room size, but you can upgrade it to modern room. Mattresses and pillow qualities (3/5) can be improved (it’s not up to standard of 5-star hotel). They should consider providing coffee machine in the room, not just kettles to prepare hot water to make coffee.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Very convenient. Hotel service was excellent , the room and the premises were good. Good upkeep of the hotel room & premises. The only thing uncomfortable was the hallways were not cooled , elevator is hot. i like the glass bottle mineral water provided.

Was a great stay in Hong Kong, the service is really good so is the gym, I think the seating area in the breakfast zone needs revamping for the rest I would highly recommend it!

This hotel is perfect, located in the center of Hongkong, nearby easily u can find everything including shopping mall and restaurants. Room also very big size and comfortable, breakfast amazing also.

Very nice hotel, well maintained with very dedicated staff. The location is perfect with the metro line and station just downstairs. Many bars and restaurant around in a vibrant neighborhood. Noise isolation of the room is great. Breakfast is well furnished with many food styles.I will intend additional trips in the future and will not hesitate to book again.

Great location in Tsim Sha Tsui. MTR is underneath hotel so easy to travel around . We did not have breakfast buffet, but many restaurants around. We loved a nearby small eatery offering small Chinese rice roll. The long queue in morning attest to the quality of the food. Loved Hugo restaurant. Great food quality , lots of table cooking such as: Caesar salad and baked Alaska. However quite pricey. Great outdoor swimming pool with panoramic views of the city. We enjoyed a good swim every morning. Overall staff very helpful and efficient. We have stayed previously and will continue to come back there, because of the excellence of its service .

I asked if I could check in earlier. The lady at the counter said NO, it is all full and they needed to clean the rooms first. I eded up checking in at 3pm. However, the next morning when I was ready to leave at 11.30, I saw some rooms were cleaned and were ready to be occcupied. I have the hunch that the lady didn't want to let me in even though some rooms were available. she just sticked to the rule. However, some hotels are more flexible. Just my guess!

The room is clean and the service is good. the location is fine with shopping and quite convenient to MTR

The buffet was really good and the location is near one of the main streets with a lot of shops.
