The lady at the front desk who checked me in was really nice 👍. The hotel provided two large glass bottles of mineral water, and the bathroom was spacious with a complete set of toiletries. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Next time I'm in Tsim Sha Tsui, I'll definitely choose the Hyatt again.

Hyatt is always reliable. I booked the Club Lounge for 3 days. The room was clean, tidy, and bright, and the bedding was comfortable. The quiet environment at night was a big plus. The breakfast at the coffee bar was good, and the Club Lounge always had a variety of juices, drinks, and coffee during the day, with a comfortable view of Victoria Harbour. Happy hour was also decent, even if the food selection was a bit simple. Overall, for a location like Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong, it offers good value for money and is worth staying at.

The location is super convenient, surrounded by plenty of food and drink options, and it's also a short walk to Victoria Harbour. However, the hotel does feel a bit old, with many things showing their age. I guess its main selling point is the convenience.

Great Location. Close to everything in Kowloon. Accessible to subway and lots of eateries.

The sea-view twin room is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and the bathroom is excellent, especially the shower. The toiletries provided are also very good. I spoke Mandarin throughout my stay, and the staff were polite, always smiling and greeting me proactively when they saw me. They even helped me press the elevator button for my floor. I highly recommend this place!

This is my second time staying here. The front desk staff are quite efficient. If you want a higher floor, you can request it and they'll try their best to accommodate. This time, I even got a partial sea view room, even if it was just a corner of the sea. The breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, with Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, and Western options, catering to guests from all over the world.

Extremely close to the subway station. The bathroom is quite spacious and uniquely designed, featuring a sliding door from the shower area directly into the bedroom. The wardrobe is also accessible from both sides, opening into both the hallway and the bathroom. Plus, you can turn on two showerheads at once, which isn't particularly useful, but it's a fun quirk!

Right above Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, the location is incredibly convenient. You can easily walk to K11, and if you stroll along the waterfront, you'll pass the Bruce Lee statue and get a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. K11 itself is also very accessible. Chow Tai Fook welcome gift: I didn't receive this.

Excellent hotel! The facilities are complete, and the rooms are spacious. The view of Central's skyscrapers from the room is delightful. The service is great. The hotel is located above K11 Art Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, with both East Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations nearby, and all amenities are readily available, making it incredibly convenient. It's perfect as a starting point for a city walk.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, directly connected to the K11 mall. You can walk to Harbour City, and both Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR stations are just around the corner, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and spacious, and the shower in the marble bathroom was especially comfortable. Lying in bed, you could even catch a glimpse of Victoria Harbour – every detail was carefully considered. The breakfast offered a rich variety and was delicious. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was welcoming with a smile, and communication in Chinese was seamless, showing thoughtfulness throughout. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice for accommodation in Hong Kong. I will definitely stay here again next time!

It was my dad’s bday trip. The facility is outdated but staff was nice to allow me check out late although i checked out on time. They also prepared a cake for my dad, which was very nice.

Excellent! I was initially worried it might be an older hotel with bathroom issues, but thankfully, the drainage was perfectly smooth. I booked a non-smoking room, and it was incredibly quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The mattress was also to my liking, not too soft. I feel it's even better than the Langham hotels I've stayed at in the same price range~

Delicious breakfast, great location. It's a 15-minute walk to Victoria Harbour, and right downstairs is the K11 shopping mall, with Mannings, various restaurants, dessert shops, and more. There's direct access to the MTR station underground, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommend this place!
