This is one of the worst hotels I have every experienced
I checked attempt to check in at close to mid night
Not only was I not give the room chosen
The stay the proceeds to pressure me into what the have available to assign to me and as I was thinking about my other possible plan the staff then proceeded to check all the terms and conditions on the iPad and hands me a set of room key
I would never recommend this place and the type of service that this individual is providing is truly unexpected but with the hotels unwillingness of allow and refund on the second night after hours of communication with the staff on the app I wonder if u should every used this app as although the person who I chatted with on customer service I’m still bullied by the hotel in to leaving the room and pay for a room that I had checked out early in

I booked city view room but when I reach in room we can’t see anything from windows because it’s all dirty and can’t see it anything I have taken pictures I can share it here . Other all things is ok and nice

Not really good overall , receptionist lack of knowledge, attached below 2 pics for 2nd time stayed this hotel. First time, was upgraded to executive floor so avoid this matter

The hotel room was clean and spacious by Hong Kong standard. There is a bit walking from the train station which is acceptable given the price. Overall a good stay.

We booked 2 superior rooms and was offered to upgrade to a large king size bed and a 2 queen bed room upon check in for an extra charge which we took up. The rooms was big and spacious and clean. Only thing is the location is not in a central location. There is nothing around the hotel and a lot of construction. It is also a long way from the MTR. It looks close on the map but in fact it's a long way to walk and also need to walk around construction sites which makes it not an ideal location unless you plan to take Ubers.

The hotel room is nice and big. The beds are large single beds either king single or double bed.
The hotel staff are polite and friendly. They let us check in early at 11am after our long 15 hour flight. Maybe subject to availability.
The room service is good they cleaned our rooms, new toothbrushes and towels daily. The beds were made everyday.
2 minor issues were strong smoke in corridors but probably bc bad guests smoking illegally and no water bottles provided. The lack of water bottles is due to HK regulations to reduce waste due to tourism. But we still bought bottled water anyways so how did the regs benefit the planet?

It’s is too old for me, free upgrade the room but haven’t bathtub and the room so smelly.
