Nice hotel with good location. Paid for upgrade to newly renovated room and late check out. Walking distance to Times squares

The staff members were all helpful and spoke English. Everything was clean and available, as mentioned on their site. The stores and restaurants in the vicinity were of a wide variety.

We checked-in Midnight but the reception was very welcoming. The room is good, and the location is very accessible to shops, restos, taxis and even the tram.

Reasonable price, good breakfast. There's only one drawback: when you put «do not disturb», the reception worker calls and asks when they can clean the room. Why?

Good location of the hotel, convenient location near the central area of the island. Good breakfasts. It was cold in the room, the air conditioner did not work for heat.

Check-in robotic.  Room no sunshine at all, low floor with no view, super small, cold, asked for blankets (they smelled unfresh), no amenities.

i had the misfortune of being neighbors to members of a big teenage group. soundproofing of the room left quite sth to be desired - the door banging sounds were not pleasant. hotel staff was excellent and helpful, however.

It’s a sweet surprise to see major improvements of this hotel since I lived over a decade ago! Room is spacious (by HK standard) and clean. Enjoyed the friendly service at the front desk and concierge! Most impressive is the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, which serves quality food. A bit pricey, though! All in all, a wonderful experience for my 2-day stay!

Good location, spacious layout with lots of natural light. However there is some cigarette smell even though it is a non-smoking room. The king size bed was combined from 2 single bed.

An old-fashioned hotel in the city center of HK, and interesting that many elderly tourists stay in this hotel. They are perhaps overseas Chinese from Southeast Asia, as the hotel name indicates. The location is great so that many places are within the walking distance. It’s worth staying for city lovers.

Hotel room was clean, although had to change the room as the cleaning detergent used is very smelly, basically unbearable. Room was changed instantly, but general perception influenced cause sometimes no alternative rooms might be available. Bed was worn out, could feel the springs of the mattress. Body wash wasn’t working, luckily I had my own soap, then it was replaced immediately after I talked to the cleaner. Don’t know if I expect too much for the price but the detergent definitely must be worked on, I never experienced such smell and I sleep 200+ nights in hotels in the past few years… Location was silent though which was rather pleasant as was the self checkin counter.
