The staff service is very good.Fast and easy check in and check out.They allow early check in as long as the room is ready.Room is big enough and clean.But no water and sippers provided.Location wise.Just outside the mtr,very convenient.

The room has long black hair. Probably cleaners. Does she come to clean up or leave her hair on a towel? The hotel administration, buy special hats for the staff…
The noise insulation is zero. Around 23:00-0:00 other tenants came to the floor and slammed the doors! Loud! Many times! We probably went to each other's houses! Then they watched TV and talked until morning! It was unbearable! It was impossible to sleep!!! Administration, please remind uneducated and ill-mannered people that there are other people in hotels and they want to rest and sleep at night!!

Good location off subway exit; minimalist, clean; no bottle water, no slipa by order of HK Government, required HK$500 deposit which is unusual for most HK hotels; morning receptionist unsmiling! For one night stay, quite ok!

Location is a few steps from Wanchai Station exit. Room was cold though and walls were thin, could hear next door.
