Burlington Hotel

Have already stayed in Burlington Hotel for quite a couple times. It’s always my go-to hotel whenever I want quiet time for myself. One of the notable items is the automatic blinds in the room that blocks out all the sunlight from the outside. Can totally sleep through the whole day in the room if you’re craving for a sleep recharge. The staff here are sincere and friendly. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, eg local food, fast food, fancy restaurants. However, the air con in the room is lacking of flexibility when it comes to adjusting the temperature. (It’s stuck between ~22-23.5c) I can only adjust the wind speed, timer, cooling/ fresh air mode.

once again my second visit to this hotel and the staff s are really welcoming and room are tidy too but just that room are little tiny when compare to the same price offering in Shenzhen. :D

Great location, Wan Chai station entrance is just a short walk across the street and there’s bus stop in front of hotel. To go to airport, you need to go to another bus stop which is also a short walk from the hotel and most importantly, mostly flat so no worries about walking with your large luggage on slope. Even though my room was located on low floor and right in front of the lift, it’s not noisy. Bed are comfortable but pillows are too flat/low, needed 2 pillows. Toiletries was not provided due to HK government policy to reduce carbon footprint and the staff does inform during the check in process so make sure to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste vanity kit shavers and shower cap. No bottle water provided but there are water dispenser on 19th floor for guests to fill your own water bottle. Mini fridge and kettle are provided. Generally pleasant stay with lots of good food nearby.

Locationwise, its in the middle of the city. Very accesble to subways and buses. Has nearby convinient store also. Overall not bad.

The hotel is in a great location — the A11 airport bus stop (Airport ＞ Wan Chai) is right at the entrance, and the stop for A11 (Wan Chai ＞ Airport) is just a 5–6 minute walk away. Several other bus routes and tram stops are also within a 5-minute walking distance. In terms of service, the front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, they made sure to kindly remind me of this at check-in. Housekeeping was thorough, and it’s clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining its facilities. Aside from needing to go up to the 19th floor for the water dispenser and the room being small (which is quite typical for hotels in Hong Kong), everything else was great. The bath amenities were of good quality — shampoo and body wash didn’t leave my hair feeling too dry. If the hairdryer had a bit more power, it would’ve been perfect!
