I-Hostel

We have been to Hong Kong few times, this place is the best one based on how much you paid, you cant expect more than this. Big room (compare to other place with same price) cleaning service daily and helpful owner. Highly recommended โดยเฉพาะสำหรับคนไทย

I don’t mind the small space or the fact that it’s not fancy. However, this condition is just unacceptable. Black mold, peeling paint, unclean surfaces and dirty floors. Owners will not refund you at all even though the room they gave is not the same as advertised. Please DO NOT BOOK here. Add on maybe a little bit more money and book a hotel that’s further away. You might be tempted to book due to the location BUT IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I’ve stayed in rooms smaller than this but had a pleasant time because it was clean and cozy. HOWEVER, this room is straight from hell. I had severe itchy red bumps all over my legs after just staying for an hour in the room. I booked another 4 star hotel nearby for 2 nights. The price difference between this horrible accommodation and the 4 star hotel is not that big. My biggest regret is trying to save a small amount of money. Owners are also not friendly (I never even got to see them/receptionist) - so even if you have problems, no one will help you. They are hard to reach and will never refund you the money even though you have proof that the room is in bad condition. The place is called I-Hotel but if you look at the owner’s reply, he will make you think it’s your fault that you booked a “hostel”

The hotel's location is strategic. You don't need to walk far to the bus stop because it's right in front of the building, and you can use MTR Station Exit A to reach the hotel. However, don't expect too much, as the room is small. I had to open my luggage on the bed. Areas for improvement in the hotel's services: 1. Please be more cooperative. You need to stay awake until your guests check in at the hotel. I had confirmed that I would check in late, and you confirmed this as well. I was a bit upset because when I called, you said you had fallen asleep. You could provide access without your guest having to ask. Please be more cooperative and creative if you're offering self check-in services. 2. I understand that the room and bathroom are a bit damp, but please ensure they smell fresher. 3. You might want to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, as on my first night, I found a small insect on the bed.

In Hong Kong, the old style of construction was to build a large building with ventilation shafts between room layouts. The shafts extend from the roof to the ground and the corridors are quite a warren in these buildings called "mansions." The Harilela Mansion is a bit smaller/narrower then others nearby and there are a lot hotels or rooms to rent and a larger room is divided into much smaller single rooms in these places. They're a bit hard to figure out when you first come into them and try to find your hotel but it serves the purpose. This hotel was a good example of the type of small hotels and it was clean and very tight. The room was basicwith just a bed, private toilet and shower squeezed into a very tiny space. It is or was a basic space to sleep while visiting. I'd like to book a room.I will rate it as a low 4 star because it was clean, private and good for the budget and all you need for a stay. nly rating I can give is a three-star rating because most of them are much older and a bit rundown and dirty with age but they still serve their purpose.

Room 7 twin bed with windows water pipe leak from under bed cause floor having a lot of water informed owner but only clean up but not able to solve the damage I have order a twin bed without window but give me window with leaking pipe.stay 3 nights with 3 nights hotel owner continues selling room 7 until you solve the issue very unfair to consumer
