The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Although somewhat old, the room I stayed in was clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast served also has lots of varieties. One thing to note is the hotel does not provide bottled water and toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. Photos shown are views from my room and also the waterfront which is within walking distance. All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant.

The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card.
If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied.
Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability.
The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea.
That's all. Thank you. :)
Thank you.

The hotel room is huge, AC is cold, no noises at night. The downside is that it’s a little far from TST and MTR (around 7-10 mins walk) but you can use shortcut through the park to TST. The staffs are very nice, they do room cleaning and give you new towels every day (we travel in 3 people and end up having 8 towels on check out day). The concierge is very helpful, we forget the luggage scale and we can borrow from them as well.
Though the hotel is a bit too old and dated, you can see some tiny mold at the corner of bathroom, the carpet has lots of dust which isn’t good for people with allergies, and the elevators are too slow even though they have 2 sides of them but you’d wait forever during peak time.
Overall 8/10 for me.

Our cleaner was incredibly friendly and thorough. The room was spotless and very organized; she even neatly arranged our personal items. The door frames and faucets were polished to a sparkling shine – so clean you could practically see your reflection! Truly outstanding! The hotel's location in Tsim Sha Tsui is fantastic, with a shopping mall right downstairs. It's particularly suitable for families traveling with young children. During the off-peak season, we got an amazing deal, booking the hotel for just over 500 (local currency). Excellent value for money! Highly recommend!

Good price-per qualty option for staying in Kowloon, as you turn out to be close to the bustling heart of eating, shopping and leisure of the peninsula, - with nice park on one side, giant Harbour city center on the other and pier nearby.
Hotel is not very new but well-maintained, you might need luck only in respect of the room view, as it is sometimes depressive to be overlooked by the high wall of the opposite building just a couple of dozen metres away, knowing that the harbour and space and air are just around the corner

Overall, it is entirely standard, lacking any notable highlights, yet it offers reasonable value for money, suitable for those with limited budgets.
The location is adequate, near the city center with reliable transportation; one can walk to the subway and nearby street food options without issue. The room is of moderate size, with simple decor that falls short of luxury but maintains cleanliness and order. The bed is sleepable, and both air conditioning and WiFi function as expected. Staff attitudes are neutral, check-in and check-out proceeded smoothly, and the morning buffet breakfast has limited variety—merely sufficient to satiate, with coffee and bread passing muster at best.
Of course, the bathroom water pressure is somewhat weak, and soundproofing is average, occasionally allowing noise disturbances. However, given that the rates are only two-thirds of comparable establishments, such minor flaws are hardly worth mentioning.
In summary, if you seek mere functionality rather than excitement, this place is worth considering. It will not greatly disappoint, nor will it provide excessive delight. Should the need arise again, I might select it once more. Recommendation rating: 4/5.

This is my go-to hotel every year I visit. The location is excellent, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is generally good. It's very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Overall, I have a positive impression. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The famous Chungking Mansions, known from many Hong Kong films, is right next door, and Canton Road is also just a short walk away. For a Tsim Sha Tsui hotel, it offers exceptional value for money considering its room types and pricing!

Our two-day stay here far exceeded our expectations! From its convenient location and comfortable accommodations to its overall family-friendly environment, it's exceptionally well-suited for families traveling with children. We wholeheartedly recommend it to parents planning a trip to Hong Kong!
🌟 **Superb Location! Hassle-free Travel with Kids**
The hotel is right next to Yau Ma Tei MTR station, just a 5-minute walk from Exit D. It was incredibly easy to get to, even with luggage and a stroller. The surrounding area is packed with amenities; there's a convenience store, a local cafe (cha chaan teng), and a fruit shop right downstairs. This was so handy for grabbing breakfast in the morning or fresh fruit for the kids in the evening.
Getting to popular attractions was also a breeze: Disneyland is only a 40-minute MTR ride away, and Tsim Sha Tsui (for Harbour City and Victoria Harbour views) is just 10 minutes. This really saves a lot of travel time and prevents tiring out the little ones, which is a huge plus for families with young children!
🚼 **Family Amenities: Room for Improvement❗️**
They did not provide children's toothbrushes or slippers.
🏠 **Comfortable and Practical Room, We Felt Right at Home**
We booked a sea view king room, and the space was more generous than expected. Even with the crib set up, we could easily maneuver the stroller without feeling cramped. The bedding was very comfortable, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring my wife and I slept soundly every night after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning allowed us to adjust the fan speed, preventing direct drafts on the baby and avoiding any chills.
There was free, fast WiFi in the room, so streaming cartoons for the kids at night was seamless. We enjoyed views of both the city street and a partial view of Victoria Harbour. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
🍳 **Hassle-Free Breakfast, Happy Kids**
The hotel breakfast is served on the 1st floor. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was practical and perfectly suited for children: they offered plain congee, boiled eggs, steamed pumpkin, and mini steamed buns – all light and easy-to-digest options, along with milk, juice, and fresh fruit. Our daughter happily ate half a bowl of congee and an egg every day, which saved us the trouble of finding kid-friendly breakfast spots elsewhere.
The restaurant staff were also very friendly. They proactively offered kids' cutlery when they saw our daughter and greeted her with smiles, creating a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
💡 **Tips for Families with Kids**
1. We recommend confirming your crib and other children's amenities with the hotel 1-2 days in advance to ensure they are ready for you upon arrival.
2. There's a pharmacy and convenience store nearby, so should you forget any baby essentials, you can easily pick them up downstairs.
3. The area around the hotel is very quiet at night, so it won't disturb your child's sleep. However, the Yau Ma Tei Night Market is not far. If you plan to visit, go before 8 PM, allowing you to soak in the lively atmosphere without disrupting your child's sleep schedule.
After our two-day stay, our entire family, including our child, had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers an excellent location and truly superb value for money.

YYaoyaobuwanyaoFacilities: Disposable toiletries are provided, along with complimentary canned mineral water. The two universal power adapters in the room were also a very thoughtful touch. My only minor issue was that the shower and toilet in the bathroom were placed a bit too close together, leading me to accidentally bump my foot.
Environment: Our floor featured a communal area with self-service tea and other refreshments. The hotel is conveniently located right by the main road, making it easy to find, yet it was surprisingly quiet. There's also a convenience store right next door, and getting a taxi was never an issue.
Service: I had requested twin beds online and was slightly worried they wouldn't be available due to my late check-in. However, they had indeed reserved them for me. The front desk staff was very friendly and enthusiastically explained all the hotel's amenities.
ZZhuoxihuanniThis is a women-only hotel, run by a compassionate organization that assists marginalized women from religious communities with job placement and retirement planning.
Facilities: The facilities were comprehensive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste provided – a rare amenity in Hong Kong.
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: Both the hotel and its surroundings were serene and tranquil. The view from the open window was beautiful.
Service: My interaction with the staff was limited, so I can't comment much on the service. My only minor quibble is the HK$12 price for a bottle of in-room water, which felt a bit steep. On the positive side, the 12:00 PM check-out time on the following day was very convenient.
GGurkhasonGreat location with Jordan MTR station nearby. There is a convenience store, McDonald’s and Starbucks just across the road, and the food hall and restaurants from the hotel.
Room is comfortable and clean, air con is powerful and cold. There’s also a small safe to keep our things locked away.
The only small issue is there’s no fridge.
The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly and diligent in the turnover service. We are delighted with our stay.
It was nice there was a mini gym and pool to use within the facility.
__cs61382844****I booked 5 days in advance and specifically requested a twin room in my reservation notes. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that twin rooms typically require at least a week's advance booking. They offered a complimentary upgrade to an 1.8-meter king-size bed. Ultimately, we opted to pay an additional 500+ per night to upgrade to a suite, which included an extra bed in the living room and complimentary children's breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located directly above Harbour City mall. It's approximately a 10-minute walk from West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, and both Austin and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations are also about a 10-minute walk away.

TTinaleekyIt happened to be my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake, which was a wonderful unexpected treat. The room and bathroom are quite spacious, especially by Hong Kong standards. Its location right inside Gateway Arcade on Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, makes it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean even though there were signs of wear and tear. Be aware that they provide daily disposable paper bath towels instead of cloth towels. No hand or face towels provided. I had to ask for hand soap to be provided to us. Hand sink shares the same area with beds. The safe battery was low by the fourth day. Bed linen was great and room keeping services were outstanding. We needed cleanup from an accident and they took care of it promptly for us.

TthesiblingThe hotel is located in between bars. Entrance is small, just look for signs of Perkin Hotel.
Reception is on floor 5. The rooms are above. Everything is super clean. The staff is really friendly. I also love the view from the room 👌 can really recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel was spotlessly clean. There were three of us, and the staff even thoughtfully provided amenities for two extra people. The only downside is that its location is a bit far from the MTR station; after long days of extensive walking, an extra few hundred meters felt quite exhausting. The soundproofing was excellent, as we barely heard any outside noise. We were upgraded to a sea-view room, but it offered only a tiny sliver of the sea, and we were still quite a distance from the actual beachfront, so the view wasn't very expansive. Nevertheless, for a hotel of this quality and price in Hong Kong, it's truly a rare find.
YYuiyaStayed many times with friends cooking celebration, this time security service is particularly bad, first friends first to the door, intending to wait for people and then enter or up, security like a thief so open question my friend at the door what to do, I was not there, used to be a group of people in the basement lobby and then check in in upstairs, and then when I went downstairs to pick up, he specifically blocked the lift to the lobby to string my friend, to a friend to pick up to be in the lobby, when I was stunned to hear from the side, you specifically asked the customer to get downstairs and curse. My friends and I often book the hotel through different sites for celebration purposes, first time having this experience, bad review
Because the service has been good, this turn...
Because that time, my friends and I would not book the hotel for any celebrations
If you do not intend to book short-term customers, it is better not to open an order, the security tone is catching thieves feel, seriously check in the colleague did not say anything, he said so what is wrong, before and after not more than 1 hour, I and my friends will not because of this incident

GGuest UserThe location is perfect, very close to the train stations. The room was nice, although unfortunately, I was assigned one of the darker rooms, mainly due to the interior decoration rather than the view.
I would suggest a bit more friendliness and a warmer welcome from the staff. I understand that cultural differences may influence warmth and hospitality, but in this industry, making guests feel truly welcome is essential.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall experience.
