Hong Kong Yau Tsim Mong District 5-star Hotels

Due to unforeseen circumstances i have to book another 3 more days for hk staycation last minute in a different booking with different room type but the hotel gave me the free upgrade to the same harbour view room which i booked for later dates so that I don’t need to change the room. Thank you for noting all my requests and free upgrade of the room type for my 6 days stay. They also changed another room for me when i noticed ants crawling but they have cleaned up after. A good service and fast change for me. I am really satisfied with the hotel service and its near the mtr exit n2. Less than 3 minutes you can reach the hotel from mtr exit. Happy overall and definitely worth the stay! Will stay again if i ever come hk again. Thank you for the greetings everyday and fantastic services provided. I will definitely recommend others to stay here. Thumbs up service !

The room was pretty big that I love the designs. The staff was very kind and friendly to me, there were some incidents happening in the morning and they solved it immediately and gave me a new room, it was pretty impressive.

The hotel is conveniently located near MTR, shopping mall / shops. The room is clean and new, with the necessary amenities (from my perspective, except that I was a little surprised that the hotel charged for shower cap). The staff are friendly and approachable, and helped to combine my 2 bookings that I need not change room during my stay as my booking was made through 2 different channels. The lady who handled my check in was very pleasant and patient. Last but not least, rates offered through Trip.com were very reasonable and competitive. It has been a very pleasant experience overall.

Insane harbour view complimented by decent hotel services and a nice exquisite bar. They do, however, held my room deposit of nearly a grand for wayyyyy longer than the agreed terms. The front desk explained the deposit are expected to be returned in 7-8 working days, but it’s been a full month. I expect to kiss my deposit goodbye at this rate. So pay cash deposit, guys. Save yourself some troubles😥

It is not easy to find a 5 stars hotel with great location during the Labour Holiday. Lots of nice restaurant nearby and deluxe shopping mall around. Hotel room and view is great and i am satisfied with their services.

Central location - close to MTR, restaurants and HK harbour. One of the best swimming pools I have been to with nice views and facilities. Helpful and friendly staff.

Always the best experience at the Ritz! Wonderful team of staff at the club lounge and room is meticulously maintained and spacious, can’t wait to be back again!

Nice hotel nice location and nice room, spacious enough to load down luggage. Bed set clean, just the pillow not right for my neck so caused me don’t really sleep well. Love the bathtub so you can watch tv and enjoy the “SPA” yourself. Nice walkway from lobby to mall, but always many “dancers” there to selfie and upload their “profile” to share with everyone, kind of entertainment when you passing by.

Room was big and clean, good location as it’s above MOKO shopping mall and super near to Mongkok East MTR. There was drinking water tap in the toilet which was very convenient, hot water to shower but there were no bidet. Only able to check in after 3pm and it took awhile to queue for check in during weekend. However, they do allow you to drop your luggage there! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the hotel again!
