Highly recommended! This hotel offers a clean, neat, and spacious (by Hong Kong standards) retreat. The staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay with daily towel replacement, provided slippers, and fresh beddings upon request. Its greatest asset is the superb accessibility, with direct connectivity to both Moko Mall and the MTR Station.

Facilities: All facilities were very convenient, making for a comfortable stay. The lobby desserts were delicious and affordable. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Very good. Service: The front desk staff were excellent; they didn't require a deposit and spoke excellent Mandarin. I even forgot to bring cash, and the bellhop kindly paid for my taxi fare, which saved me from an awkward situation. I wasn't sure if the Executive Suite included Executive Lounge access, but since our other room did, the front desk kindly arranged for both rooms to have Executive Lounge access. After returning home, my mom accidentally took one of the room key cards with her. I hope it's not an issue.

This is an established hotel, and I chose it primarily for its convenience. The L-floor lobby offers a direct corridor to Langham Place, putting shopping, dining, and the MTR all within easy reach. It's also just a few minutes' walk from the Mong Kok stop for Airport Bus A21. My only minor complaint is that despite requesting a quiet room, I was still assigned one facing the street. Additionally, the air conditioning was quite chilly.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Kowloon, conveniently close to Kowloon Park with direct metro access. The front desk staff were professional, communication was smooth, and the atmosphere was elegant, with a particularly pleasant fragrance throughout. Our room met expectations; we were given a twin room and even received a complimentary upgrade. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Thank you for so thoughtfully selecting the perfect room for me—it was exceptionally spacious and well-appointed, with a cleverly designed entrance featuring a wardrobe that served as both a practical storage solution and an elegant screen. This thoughtful touch truly deserves praise! Additionally, the sofa in the room provided a comfortable and inviting space for hosting friends during short gatherings, making my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the贴心 and dedicated service extended to me throughout my visit. Furthermore, I would like to commend your commitment to sustainability. The gesture of providing a credit as part of your environmental initiative enhanced my overall experience and allowed me to further enjoy the hotel’s offerings during my trip.

Because my child loves the Harbour City and Star Ferry Pier area, we've stayed at one of the three Marco Polo properties every year. My favorite is Marco Polo Hong Kong – it's classic yet comfortable, and its lounge is better than the Gateway's. Last summer, during our stay, I experienced unprofessional and discriminatory treatment from the front desk staff and was given a low-floor sea view room facing a car park. Consequently, I left an honest negative review on Ctrip. This year upon check-in, it truly felt like the hotel had taken the Ctrip feedback to heart. They must have given specific instructions to both the front desk and lounge staff, as we felt exceptionally well looked after overall. The two gentlemen in the lounge, in particular, were incredibly kind, sincere, and attentive. The gentleman from the concierge who escorted us to the executive floor, who I believe is the head of concierge, was also very dedicated and conscientious. Just before taking us upstairs, he even saw an elderly person at the main entrance needing help and immediately directed staff to assist. Overall, I noticed the hotel has implemented some cost-saving measures; for instance, the executive floor toiletries are no longer single-use. However, I fully support and embrace all eco-friendly and waste-reducing initiatives. While the food range in the lounge has been slightly reduced, the quality remains consistently high. There also seem to have been some significant staff changes; the previous expatriate manager in the lounge is no longer present, and the front desk staff are much more approachable, not exhibiting the aloofness sometimes perceived from local staff before. Every single staff member, from top to bottom, now seems very down-to-earth, diligent, and dedicated – which is excellent. With such effective management, I wish them continued prosperity in Hong Kong's highly competitive hotel industry.

Though we only stayed one night in Hong Kong Langham Hotel we felt that it's very difficult and rare to find such quality service hotel these days in Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent. Valid parking is convenient though a bit expensive. I have no hesitant to recommend to visitors particularly in Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area.

This was my first time staying at the Royal Garden. The hotel is clean, has a beautiful pool, nice views, and a wide selection of restaurants. Every staff member presents themselves in a professional manner, they have sincere smiles and are extremely helpful, the concierge, bellboy and housekeeping staff are very polite as well. I am especially thankful to Manager Bonny for leading her team excellently. Her team members, Polly, Ken, and Anson, all have great team spirit and were very helpful with our facility requests, as well as with the special arrangements for our tour. I am truly grateful and appreciate having them during my stay. I would definitely come back again and will surely miss their kind smiles and the feeling of being at home. A special thank you to Bonny and Polly, they made our stay in Hong Kong the best experiences, thank you!

The hotel boasts modern, well-designed facilities. The room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards, spotlessly clean, and the bed incredibly comfortable. We opted for a partial sea view room, and the views of Victoria Harbour from our window were absolutely stunning. The in-room coffee machine and complimentary minibar were much appreciated. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The 9th-floor gym and infinity pool were a highlight; sipping a cocktail while gazing at the sky and sea was utterly delightful and relaxing. Its prime location near Victoria Harbour allowed for easy walks to the Avenue of Stars, K11, and the Star Ferry terminal. Right across the street, a vibrant snack street offered convenient dining options. While it's about a 10-minute walk to the MTR station, this was entirely manageable. Every staff member was warm, polite, and made us feel truly at home, providing a genuinely 'home away from home' experience. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay. I would absolutely choose Hotel Icon again for my next visit to Hong Kong.

There are no bathroom supplies in Hong Kong, but the rooms are big and convenient for shopping. As soon as I entered the door, I found a small nail on the floor. Fortunately, I found it early, otherwise I might have to see a doctor if I am not careful!

TTim NazarovHad a couple days stay at these apartments. A few thing that I may say for those looking to know wether it is worth it or not 1. Location - is great, a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations, ferry, 24 hour 7-eleven etc. 2. Room with a balcony is a must have - you’re basically paying for you personal spot with a harbor view which is fantastic 3. Rooms have everything you need and are spacious. We had a washing and drying machine, fridge, stove. Nothing to add here 4. Rooms filling is great 5. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from reception to the pool and restaurant. 5* service here 6. The connecting floor and restaurant area are just stunning. Feels like you’re walking inside someone luxury apartment - big chess for children, other table games, view spots to chill I front of the great view, various art installations. It’s a great place to be What I can not understand is how in that wonderful place it can be such a mediocre kitchen. I’m not particularly picky on the food, conbini foods and Don Quijote fried chicken are fine for me, but that was something unexpected. I would highly suggest changing the kitchen to something more appropriate to the overall level of the apartment. Hong Kong has a billion fantastic kitchen options but that was around European 3* old hotel experience, unfortunately. It just didn’t taste anyhow, nothing. The buns were not fresh, the salad was not fresh, eggs were not done correctly, though deserts were fine. Anyway, hope this helps somebody

CChristine XuReally need to avoid this. 1. Hotel Facilities A. This hotel opened this year, next to the Sheraton and a 5-minute walk from K11 (recommended). B. This hotel is perfect for couples. I stayed here for two days with my eldest son on business in Hong Kong. The shower was dark, and you could see through it when you turned on the light. The bathtub had no partition, so it was completely useless. I wanted to soak my feet, but there was nowhere to sit. **Not recommended** C. The most terrifying thing was that the fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM on the first day, and the alarm sounded for nearly 20 seconds. The fire alarm went off again at 10:47 PM on the second day, and it also lasted for 20 seconds. This completely disrupted me, a light sleeper. Even if I tried to sleep, I was groggy and didn't fall asleep until 3 or 4 AM. **Need to avoid this.*** 2. Hotel Cleanliness A. There were black spots on the pillowcase, which meant it wasn't washed properly. **Not recommended** B. There were hairs from the previous guest on the floor. The floor was covered in dust, and it was obvious that it hadn't been vacuumed. **Not recommended** 3. Hotel Service A. I adjusted the air conditioner and charged my iPad when I left the room in the morning, but when I returned that evening, the card had been removed. The staff didn't pay attention to the details. **Not recommended** B. The front desk and concierge were friendly (recommended) C. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety and delicious flavors (recommended) D. There was a short lady with glasses who provided poor service. On the first day, she gave us a seat against a pillar, and on the second day, we sat on a sofa (we're tall and it was uncomfortable to eat on a sofa). We asked to change seats, but the lady refused both times because they were unavailable. Later, another waiter helped us change seats.

JJJJJWWMy stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, was a mixed experience. The location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient for transportation and shopping, with an abundance of dining, entertainment, and activities nearby. However, the decor felt dated, much of the furniture showed significant wear and tear, and the facilities seemed old, which didn't quite match the hotel's luxury positioning. What was even more frustrating was that around 7 AM the next morning, the fire alarm suddenly blared. We rushed downstairs, only to be told by the front desk that it was triggered by steam from another guest's water heater. After that, I couldn't get back to sleep, and it really put a damper on my mood. (When checking out, the hotel mentioned they would offer a room upgrade for my next stay. I'm not sure if that will actually happen, but I'm making a note here.)

WWo_shi11Wow, choosing the InterContinental Hotel was truly a wise decision! The Victoria Harbour views were absolutely flawless. Even though we experienced a heavy downpour on our check-in day, it actually created a unique and memorable atmosphere. The hotel service was truly exceptional. Although we weren't able to get a twin room, the king-size bed in our room was more than spacious enough. One morning, when our older child was still sleeping, housekeeping still managed to clean the room, which was a huge plus! We felt completely comfortable leaving them and heading out for the day. The restaurant service was also excellent, and the food selection was incredibly varied and plentiful.
