Very good hotel, close to the Airport only 2 stations by the bus number 397. And the hotel is just right down from the bus stop by the stair way.
Perfect for the over night stay if you have long hours airport transfer.

Sorry to say, but really disappointed this time. The water pressure of shower is very weak. I reported it in the morning about 9:30 in 17th.
However, the lady of reception not even apologized but just said she will send someone to my room, she also trying to service another customer who want to have breakfast during our conversation.
I feel disrespectful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. One of the standout features is its convenient location, especially being so close to the airport. This made my travel much easier and more efficient.
The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable; everything was well-maintained and tidy. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful, which added to the positive atmosphere during my stay. Additionally, the facilities met our needs effectively, making our time there comfortable.
However, I must mention that the breakfast hygiene could use some improvement. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the value of the hotel and make it even more appealing to guests.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service, with the hope that they can enhance the breakfast experience in the future.

The airport hotel I booked through Trip.com was convenient and clean. After our cruise disembarked in Rotterdam, Trip.com arranged a private car service for us from Rotterdam, via The Hague, to this airport hotel in Amsterdam. Our driver/guide managed all the arrangements perfectly throughout the journey, making for a smooth arrival at the hotel. It was a highly satisfying trip! We've safely returned home now. Hotel is located “near” the airport, but the walking distance is at least half a kilometre. Also the inclined elevator that goes up the walkway to the hotel does not always works. So if you have a lot of baggage with you, it would be better to choose the Sheraton which is a lot closer instead. There are also no other restaurants near by other than the one inside the hotel, which has a rather limited manual.

The hotel has free shuttle bus pickup from the airport, but charges 6 euro for the shuttle bus back to the airport. The is the first time anywhere in the world I have ever been asked to pay for the return shuttle by an airport hotel. The hotel is old and although the room was not dirty the furniture was all scratches & worn, the carpet is worn, etc. The staff were polite and provided basic service.
The main photo on trip.com is of a swimming pool but I did not see the swimming pool at the hotel & it is not shown as a facility at the hotel so not sure if it exists where it is.

Feel so happy when I step in to the room, after fly long distance from Indonesia. The check in process is so fast, she looks very professional in her job. I forgot her name, so sorry, because I am so tried.
The room is so clean, bight and room size is great. I love the bedsheets so clean, white and crispy.
I didn't take breakfast so I can't tell. I definitely will be back to Steigenberger Airport Hotel. I used to stay in other hotel for so many years, until they make me so disappointed on my last stay 2023. And when I found this hotel and check in, hmm I feel so stupid why I was so loyal to previous hotel, I should change sooner.
Now I am happy and will be their customer, highly recommend!!!! seeing is believing, watch my youtube channel for your better view perspective.

I had a comfortable overnight stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel during my business trip. The hotel's proximity to the airport was extremely convenient. Keep telling me im lying and asking for 300 euro or get out the property. How rude is that. And because i dont have that ridiculous amount of money i let them to kick me and book another hotel without any compensation. So traumatic

The front desk was polite and welcoming, and check-in was very smooth.
The parking lot is large and has ample parking spaces. The hotel also provides convenience for airport shuttle bus round trip if you don't rent a car.
The first floor is for leisure, with a billiard table and a rest area; next to it is a bowling alley, a ******, as well as Brazilian barbecue, Western food, and fast food.
There is a gym on the fourth floor. It is not big but sufficient.
Ice is available on the tenth floor.
There is a gas station and AH supermarket within 1.5km.

AAniss ArifinA nice hotel if you are looking to stay near to Airport. Room was just nice for us, but not recommended for those having large luggages. Small size bath towel provided without any amenities. Reception does not keep your luggages before/after check in time. But, they have lockers to store your things. 4€ for small locker, 6€ for big lockers.
