Let me show you the boss’s kittens. I came to Semporna to compare many hotels. I decided to book this hotel one day in advance. The proprietress was very good. The room was very clean. Damn, the public stairs were reflective, and although in the town, it was absolutely safe. There is a door downstairs. There's a door upstairs, you can't get in without a card. In short, it is very recommended. I am very sad to leave today. I can't bear the proprietress here. The processing shop downstairs is very clean. The diving instructor is also very good. The staff on the yacht is also very good. Come back next year after the New Year hahaha

Booking the airport pick-up was convenient; it dropped us right at the hotel entrance. Check-in required a 50 MYR cash deposit. The hygiene was acceptable, and it wasn't expensive for a one-night stay, offering good value for money. It's about a 10-minute walk from the pier. However, there were a lot of dogs in the surrounding area, and they were very noisy late at night, constantly barking. There were even dogs running around on the roof (a flat roof), which made it hard to sleep. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money.

The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. However, as posted in the room, please be sure to keep your belongings safe! One day during my stay, I carelessly left my wallet on the table, and the other two days I hid it in a compartment of my suitcase. Even so, a $100 bill and €50 in cash were still missing. The theft was very discreet; they didn't take everything, just a few bills. I was left with $100 and €50, and the other four 100 RMB bills and Korean Won were untouched. I only discovered the theft when I needed to exchange cash again after leaving Malaysia. The balcony door was always locked during my stay, and a room key was required to enter the room. Therefore, please be extremely careful with your belongings when staying here!

The room was clean, very clean. The air conditioner and bathroom were also very clean. Two people cleaned, and the sheets were changed immediately after each person left. The location is convenient for island hopping, about 800 meters away.

I arrived in Tawau at 3 PM, but the airport didn't allow overnight stays, so I had to head to Semporna three hours earlier. Coincidentally, the front desk staff that day didn't speak Chinese or English, so we communicated using a translation app. It went smoothly; they allowed us to rest in the lobby and use the public restrooms. They were really kind and friendly throughout. After daybreak, we left our luggage there and went island hopping. We checked in upon our return in the evening. The cleanliness was good, and I didn't find any mosquitoes. My only minor regret was not having a place to hang my washed clothes, but thankfully, summer clothes dry quickly. The location is great, with plenty of food and drink options downstairs, including restaurants and supermarkets. Overall, for the price, I was very satisfied. If I go back, I'd definitely consider staying here again. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so I'll just use my island hopping pictures instead.

Great Location, Resraurant downstairs, supermarket nearby, 10mins walk to waterfront anf all the waterfront/ water sports attractions. Bed/warm showers OK. Room very small, just enough to walk in/out, no wardrobe, glass door opens outwards, thin walls, can hear noisy neighbours.

Pros: Conveniently located near the island-hopping pier, just a 10-minute walk away. They can also arrange affordable shared transfers to the airport. Cons: The facilities are very basic, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Breakfast was also extremely simple, offering only a few items: plain congee, bread, fried noodles or eggs, and rather cheap sausages. There were no fresh vegetables or fruit available at all.

I stayed at this hotel last night and was pleasantly surprised. Although the bathroom is shared, it was very clean and well-maintained. The room itself was also clean and comfortable, with a cold air-conditioner that made the stay even more pleasant. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. A great option for budget travelers looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The location is in the center, everything is nearby. Quite clean. With registration, service without problems. But the room was without windows, very small, with a terrible smell of mold that did not disappear overnight. Hard beds, no interior, a window into the corridor where the light was on all night. Reminds me of a free hospital in remote regions. We slept very poorly. Breakfast is symbolic: noodles, eggs and tea, coffee. The next day we moved to a real comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and significantly cheaper.
