"Hotel is racing with 5* otel... Hotel first rule is customer happiness... All team very friendly.. ... When you come to hotel Mr Ergin is at door.. he is working like 3 people.. always try for customer working.. all team reception breakfast house keep friendly.. they first purposal customer happines.. This hotel in reality serve like 5*.. i know some 4* hotel more expensive than this hotel... they cannot race with these hotel.. room very comfortable...everywhere clean.. breakfast excelent. dont search another hotel .."

"The reception first tried to put us on a room without window, though clearly stated in our booking that room has a window,they were telling pay extra money to get a suit ,after some argument they opened 2 rooms with window,though initially they said rooms were full,,run by people not speaking English well ,also breakfast was terrible and that too kept in very miserly,sometime telling few items finished .the cleaning lady was doing her job well.overall not a a great experience.great location but hotel is not run my modern professional people, who could do justice to tag on websites,anyways wish them better for future."

"The hotel is in a very good location facing the Aegean Sea, with convenient transportation. It is a 3-minute walk to the tram T2 station. The hotel facilities are new, clean and tidy, and the hotel service staff is also very friendly. It was originally a pleasant stay for 2 days, but due to the irresponsible front desk staff, we almost missed the train. We checked out at 9 am the next day and prepared to go to the train station to take the 10 o'clock train to Selcuk. Looking at the map, the train station is 5 kilometers away from the hotel, and I thought it would be more than enough to reserve 1 hour. I showed the train ticket to the front desk and asked them to help call a taxi. After a while, the car came. The hotel staff and the driver were very familiar with each other. They told the driver our destination in Turkish. We got on the car at ease and didn't pay attention to the direction of the car at first. After driving for 10 minutes, we suddenly found that the driver drove the opposite route to the train station, so we urgently notified the driver that he drove the wrong way. We spoke English first, but he didn't understand. We showed him the map and the train ticket, and he was also confused. He gestured for a long time, meaning that the hotel called him to tell him to go to the bus station. After a long time of tossing, it was already 9:20, and it was nearly 10 kilometers away from the train station. In a hurry, I found out that there was a tram nearby that could take me to the train station, so I quickly paid 200 liras to get off the tram. After getting on tram T2, thanks to the help and guidance of enthusiastic passengers, I caught the train to Selcuk 3 minutes before it departed."
