An amazing and comfortable hotel right on the beachfront. The staff are incredibly professional; a huge thanks to the reception team – they were polite and explained everything clearly. We booked a room with a view, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room had everything we needed, the bedding was very comfortable and warm. The toiletries were beyond excellent. The spa is fantastic, and I really enjoyed the services there. I had a peel and a massage, and the lady from Bali did an amazing job. Breakfast was superb with an excellent selection. The rooftop restaurant was also great – tasty and diverse! They even had sushi. Overall, the hotel chain definitely lives up to its reputation. The hotel has its own parking for 10 euros per day.

Guest UserWe booked for a 4-night stay. For the last two nights, the hotel hosted a loud party in the garden with speakers blaring from early evening until midnight. It was impossible to sleep. The hotel did not inform us beforehand that there would be a late-night party.
Additionally, after checking in, I informed a staff member named Mr. Doza that I needed extra bed sheets and blankets. He told me to go to my room and dial 0 myself. It took three attempts for someone to finally take my request, and then the housekeeping never brought anything. I had to inform another staff member. While it wasn't a huge mistake, this is certainly not the service one expects from a 5-star hotel.
The restaurant was good, and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.
The concierge was excellent and helped us plan our itinerary for all three days. Many thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Izmir. Although we stayed for only one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The room was spacious and beautifully maintained.
The location is next to Istinye shopping mall and is also excellent for exploring the city by ferry ,metro or tram line.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

It could be just this once, but I don't know if it's the person I'm sharing the room with, but the room smelled really bad, so I was thinking of staying a few more nights in Izmir, but I escaped as soon as I finished my stay. The shower room is a bit small and all, but everything else was okay, but the room smelled really bad, and the pillow and blanket smelled like it had seeped into them, even the ones I received when I first got them. It could just be that it happened when I stayed there, but I'm worried so I don't think I'll go back. Still, everything else wasn't bad, and there were a lot of cute cats.

Initial thoughts were apprehensive as we walked through the fish market but as soon as we turned the corner there was no smell at all. Very handy to all shopping. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with rooms upstairs fronting a balcony that you can sit on and watch the inner courtyard. Lovely ambient non-intrusive music during the day with a live three piece band playing in the evening. Again we did not find the music intrusive. Staff were very professional and obliging. Would definitely stay here again. An easy and flat 15 minute walk to train station and an easy flat walk to Konak pier and clock tower.Basmane train station takes you right to the airport train station in approx half an hour then it is just up the escalator and turn right for a minute or so.

The room itself was pretty good overall, and the location was convenient for getting to the subway station. It was also very quiet at night. However, the hot water wasn't very reliable. The front desk told me I'd have to let the water run for ten minutes before it got hot, but it only ever got lukewarm. For a winter trip, the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough for a proper shower.

An. WangLocation is good close to shops and restaurants. Rooms are fine but still need improvement : no light switches or charging ports near the bedside, which was inconvenient; Toilet paper holder was loose or not properly installed ; Housekeeping didn't replace water and slippers on next day. Curtains also cant close fully due to sizes of curtain smaller than window/door and loose from 2 sides. no receptionist on arrival, no help with parking/ unload luggages. Arrival day parked a little far along hotel street and 2nd day we had to pay 200 Lira for parking.

No elevator, close to the airport, warm welcome electronic screen,
I lived in the parent-child room, one big bed, two small beds, but the parent-child room did not have air conditioning, and the big bed had air conditioning.
The sink is not very convenient,
But the rocking chair is very comfortable!

SahaThe reception first tried to put us on a room without window, though clearly stated in our booking that room has a window,they were telling pay extra money to get a suit ,after some argument they opened 2 rooms with window,though initially they said rooms were full,,run by people not speaking English well ,also breakfast was terrible and that too kept in very miserly,sometime telling few items finished .the cleaning lady was doing her job well.overall not a a great experience.great location but hotel is not run my modern professional people, who could do justice to tag on websites,anyways wish them better for future.
