"The hotel's location is very convenient, a 10-minute walk from Basemane Gar. If you enjoy city walking, the clock tower, Agora, and the Old Market are all within walking distance. Dining and shopping are also very convenient nearby. The hotel itself is basic, but considering the price, it's not expensive. Hot water is plentiful. The staff service was excellent. I'm especially grateful to the lovely and kind receptionist, Merve, who was very helpful in answering my questions. When I left, she even helped me hail a taxi to the airport for 750 lira. Despite encountering traffic, I was satisfied with the price, as it was much cheaper than the fares charged by online pick-up and drop-off services."

"The hotel and the facilities were very good, very friendly staff and they were quite helpful with requests. The location is right next to the Basmane metro and train station. Surrounding doesnt have a good reputation but the location is easily accessble."

It's about a 10-15 minute walk to both the old bazaar and the beach, offering great value for money. The room, while not large, was clean and tidy. At checkout, the front desk helped arrange a taxi to the airport, which cost almost 200 RMB. There are several small restaurants within 500 meters. The mini-fridge contained sparkling water and other beverages, but there was no bottle opener, so I couldn't drink them. A bus stop is conveniently located just 200-300 meters from the hotel, though I didn't use the public transportation system during my stay in Izmir. For our trip to Ephesus, my daughter and I hired a private car for the entire day (nine hours), which cost nearly 2000 RMB. It gets incredibly sunny, so definitely bring an umbrella/parasol.

Initial thoughts were apprehensive as we walked through the fish market but as soon as we turned the corner there was no smell at all. Very handy to all shopping. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with rooms upstairs fronting a balcony that you can sit on and watch the inner courtyard. Lovely ambient non-intrusive music during the day with a live three piece band playing in the evening. Again we did not find the music intrusive. Staff were very professional and obliging. Would definitely stay here again. An easy and flat 15 minute walk to train station and an easy flat walk to Konak pier and clock tower.Basmane train station takes you right to the airport train station in approx half an hour then it is just up the escalator and turn right for a minute or so.

Kesinlikle tertemiz odalar, çalışanlar güleryüzlü , sadece bazı calısanlar odada da sigara içilebileceğini söyledi, sigarasız ortam olmasına özen gösterilebilir. Kahvaltı çok lezzetli sürekli tazeleniyor.

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

Location is good , walking distance to bus and tram stop. Breakfast was good as well. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel . The room which was stinking of smoke, toilet seat was broken. When complained about this we were told to open the windows as the previous person might have smoked in the room. No resolution was given for broken toilet seat. We asked then ti change the room we were told that the hotel was full despite the fact that there were several rooms available online.

No elevator, close to the airport, warm welcome electronic screen, I lived in the parent-child room, one big bed, two small beds, but the parent-child room did not have air conditioning, and the big bed had air conditioning. The sink is not very convenient, But the rocking chair is very comfortable!

Mr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs. He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out.  The breakfast was moderately good with delicious fried vegetables and fried eggs. There were choice of bread too ( simit and brown bread)  Mr Osman was helpful in guiding me around the city.  The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.  You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins. Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.  There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports. If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Location is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable and breakfast was included, so it was a good deal. However, don't expect too much from the room. The Wi-Fi was very weak and there was no daily cleaning. This hotel is good for people who want a cheap place to stay.

The service was fine. The room was fine and ok for the price. It looks better in the pictures. The shower worked but the shower head fell off so I had to use the hose as a shower. The water pressure was good and the temperature control work well for a nice hot or warm shower to your preference but the bathroom was very small with a toilet next to the shower and no partition or curtain between them. Everything would get wet during a shower. The TV did not work. It was within walking distance to coffee shops and the markets at the port, but did not feel like a very safe place to walk at night due to the dimly lit alleys. I would probably not choose to stay there again but it was fine for one night in an emergency situation. The front desk at night was personable but conversation was difficult without the use of translation apps on my phone.
