Me and the little one stayed here again after years. Service is alot better as they are under a new owner but still loved it.

Nice location and friendly staffs..

One of the reps was very rude over the phone when we called to get an early check in. The website said there was a suttle to/from the airport but when we called for a pick up they said they didn't offer it and hung up. We finally got to the hotel so that, we can wait in the lobby and they asked if we wanted to pay extra for an early check in. After hours of walking around the airport with no place to go, they ask us that. What we didn't understand was why they couldn't have offered it sooner. As far as amenities go the pool was broken. The room looked clean but the window was cracked and there were holes all over the room.

The room is not bad, but the deposit amount is different every day, which is 7 dollars more expensive than the previous day.

The hotel I booked for the boss, the feedback is not bad, there were some problems before, but they were resolved quickly, overall it is still ok, and it is worth recommending to everyone,
