The environment is clean, facilities are complete, and there's a shopping area nearby, making it very convenient. For this price point, this hotel far exceeded expectations. Although the room isn't huge, it's very well-designed, with all necessary amenities provided and a clean, hygienic environment. The hotel's surroundings offer great convenience for daily life. For travelers on a budget who still prioritize accommodation quality, this is an excellent value-for-money choice.

The hotel's location is fantastic! 👍🏻 Although the facilities aren't new, the room was clean and comfortable. 👍🏻 Even the doorknobs were sparkling clean! ✨ I only realized in the morning how beautiful the entire building is!

Room has unpleasant odor , bed is unsturdy , sofa is dirty, wall paint peeling off , shower head in toilet is rusty. I’ve book two rooms at the same hotel about half the price but the quality and size of the room feels way better than this standard family suite room. At twice the price, the rooms suppose to be more spacious if not of a higher quality and standard, but what i am getting here is unacceptable. I ask the accommodation staff for refund but they insist i can only reach out to trip for the refund. Very disappointed with this room

Central and close to Hsinchu train station, Dongmen Market and Chenghuang Temple. Hotel is a bit dated and room is clean. Good value for money.

this hotel is praised for its cleanliness, location, and value for money. However, some guests had issues with the service and room size.

A very basic but good hotel. It's my 4th time staying in the same hotel since Sept 2024! Can bring back the eating place with improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hsinchu Train Station and Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple, with plenty of great food options nearby. The only minor drawback was that early check-in wasn't possible. The hotel is quite spacious and provides a common lounge area for guests to relax. Luggage storage is also available. The front desk staff were very friendly!

Place was in a nice centric area, the room was clean and comfortable. Service for both check-in and check-out is fast, convenient, and straightforward, if you don't want to use the self check-in stations, the staff will help you and check your information in less than a minute. Really great experience

Hsinchu is a wonderful place to explore, offering plenty of delicious food and many interesting sights. The food around Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple, in particular, is incredibly delicious and plentiful. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again next time! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable.

The moment I went up to the hotel room. I feel very uncomfortable. The room got mold smell. I dont think I will stay there again.

Clean & good size & modern room & plus free parking & gym &  good value for money , great staffs so highly recommended

The hotel is not too far from the train station and bus station. Room is large and clean.
