Hotel was in a perfect location and walkable to many places! Even though it's kinda old-school, it's still good. It's near to the market filled with loads of good food!

The hotel is old but rooms are big.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The front desk service was also very good. The housekeeping staff provided great and professional service. This is a highly recommended hotel in Hsinchu City!

The location is good, next to Hsinchu City Hall and the Art Museum, close to the East Gate Roundabout; there is no parking lot attached, you have to find paid parking nearby Clean environment: Formerly Hsinchu Futai Business Hotel, it was taken over by Chengxie Travel, but there is not much renovation. It feels like the decoration is maintained in the same way. The room has a musty smell and the decoration is old. The room rate does not include breakfast, which costs 300 yuan at your own expense. The food is quite ordinary and not worth it.

The location is good and it's just a short walk from Hsinchu Station. The rooms are nice and clean, but the heating doesn't work and it's very cold in winter.

I never wanted to leave a negative review on Trip.com. The hotel is super dirty, the whole room smells musty and has wall cancer, there is no heating in winter, the hotel has no parking lot, the shower water is super small, girls can't wash their hair, they can't rinse clean

The room type is very spacious, with attached parking lot, and the environment is very lively. There are moat parks and art galleries nearby where you can go for a walk!

Parking is only discounted from 15:00 to 10:00 the next day. Guests who are continuing to stay must pay for non-discounted periods. It is quite unfriendly and the service attitude of the parking lot is also very bad. The hotel service staff can only respond helplessly.

The room is old, but clean. The location is convenient for transportation. There are snacks and shops within walking distance. Next door is the government, police station and tax bureau. It is very safe. The train station is not far away. You can book it with confidence. 👍

I stayed here once when Fu Tai was still in operation. I thought it was an old restaurant with a lot of flavor and I personally liked it very much. Now it has been taken over by a joint venture operator and the quality is gone, leaving only an empty shell. The room had a faint musty smell, the walls were dirty, and there were ugly holes everywhere that were not covered... I rarely stay in such a bad room, and I feel very disappointed.
