Pros: 1) Friendly and helpful staff. 2) Clean room (standard room) 3) Water, shampoo and body wash re-supplied daily. 4) 6 minute walk to a real gym. 5) Lobby and grounds are kept clean and presentable. 6) Laundry next door. Give the money to the laundry attendant in the laundromat and she will make change, then she will load everything in the washer and dryer. All you have to do is wait or come back later. I chose just to pay 40 baht for wash and air dried my clothes in my room. Cons: 1) Shower is not separate from the toilet and sink. A shower should be the last thing you need to do in the restroom or you will get your feet soaked. 2) Shower is separate in Deluxe Room. 3) Safes are not in the standard rooms but are provided in the Deluxe Rooms. 4) No daily room service. If you want room cleaning, they will charge you. 5) Monthly renter has to pay for electricity and water. 6) Location is not within walking distance of restaurants and other activities. 7) There is a restaurant and cafe at the hotel, but the prices are doubled and portions are small. 8) Breakfast gets cold within 30 minutes because for some reason, they don’t like using warmers. 9) Fitness center is good for a minimal workout, but not for a full workout. 10) Be aware of the price sheet in the room that lists charges for anything damaged, to include a towel. 11) The bed is very hard.
