Very nice place with nice restaurant. Perfect to sleep at the top after enjoying sunset or sunrise. Just be careful to book block A, which is the newer building

We booked a balcony room with view and we were not disappointed. The room was spacious, clean with full amenities, with torchlight and winter jacket. The view is amazing. Food is reasonable given the difficulty in logistics. Everything is transported manually by human carriers. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

WingB is aging but not too bad for the room condition which we stayed at 2 beds/ family type. Good enough for one night on the top of Haungshan. Worth the prices. Dinner there was also fine.

We stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. We choose this hotel due to close proximity to Tianmen Mountain cable car station, just 7 mins walk away crossing the road. Hotel interior is cosy and classy. We are happy with the stay and highly recommend to our friends and family to stay in when they come over to Zhangjiajie.

The lady at the front desk 西海小张 took the initiative to help us upgrade our room to Area A. The room was not big but well equipped. 西海小张 also helped us to plan routes and provide various reminders, which is very considerate. We were very satisfied with the service. 5 stars for 西海小张. Thank you very much.

Dirty plates, no hand washing stations or even sanitizer at the buffet. Unreasonable price, food is 10x the price outside the mountain (¥400 for eggs and fungus), uncooperative service manner, room card didn’t work, bathtub dirty, the servers don’t pour your tea or try to provide you with any form of service whatsoever except for one who we initially ordered from was polite and helpful. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. ¥600-700 for the regular room with good view would be fair, food maybe 4x the price of outside would be reasonable, but this is completely irrational. The workers, while I’m sure they’re lovely people, don’t understand the concept of service. And I’m sure the owners are the same to lack training and maintenance for basic hygiene and functionality of amenities such as room cards, hand washing stations, clean plates or basic value for services provided.

Finally brought my family to Huangshan. Booked a 4 bed room at Xihai hotel, it is much better than expectations. Automatic warm toilet seats with bidet function. Overhead projector in one of the rooms. Warm and responsive service from guest butler Sanbao（三宝）, issues (toilet seat remote controller battery and room temperature) reflected were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Hotel staff are very friendly and courteous, hotel front desk, doorman and morning breakfast staff.

The hotel facilities are fine and clean. Down jackets are provided in the rooms and can be worn for going out at night or watching the sunrise. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process for foreigners was smooth. They upgraded our room for free when they found out we had a small child with us, which was very helpful.

Triple room adequate for 3 people. Price is expensive but it is at the top of the mountain. Convenient for sunset and sunrise at Danxia Peak. Dinner buffet was worthwhile.

We reserved two rooms for two nights. Both were the same price. One was very decent in block A, the second in block B was not. Very small room with shower with the toilet, with nothing to dry the floor after you take your shower, so you get your feet wet when using the toilet or the sink. Room is humid and has lots of bugs. No space to hang wet towels or clothes. Just ok to sleep if you stay only one night. But we stayed two nights. The room key stops working each day, and we had to go back twice to building A to reactivate. It’s 2 elevators and 5 minutes away. Had to go twice because they gave us the wrong room card and then the room lock was also broken. On the positive side, the location is fantastic and the buffet dinner at 180rmb per person is quite decent with good food available after a long day of climbing the mountain. Just Avoid building B.

The hotel had a great location close to some of the most famous peaks. We stayed for a night to be able to see the sunset and sunrise and all was arranged in order to allow it in the most comfortable and convenient way, from tours planned to down jackets in the room free for use. We were upgraded during check-in for a better room and used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On top of that we also found a voucher for the spa in the room ☺️

Stay was great! Everything was Amazing. Just the appointment for a Massage was not so easy as nothing in englisch and communication with tje guy at the spa was very Bad. Even with a translater App which normally works awesome it was a hard time to get the Massage scheduled
