The owner was incredibly accommodating. On our second day, they even provided a ride to the bus transfer center, and after we descended the mountain, they helped arrange a car to the high-speed rail station. The room itself was clean and tidy. The only minor drawback was some traffic noise from our street-facing room, but it was easily resolved by closing the windows. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby and is very close to the Huangshan South Gate. They also went above and beyond by recommending hiking routes, lending out hiking poles, and offering luggage storage. I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Huangshan!

The shower facilities in the room far exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly refreshing, especially for a summer trip. A big thank you to the host! The sightseeing route they recommended was fantastic. The 'North Gate in, South Gate out' path was absolutely perfect for middle-aged and senior travelers!

I was so pleasantly surprised by my stay at Sleep Hotel! The exterior is grand, and the lobby feels incredibly welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The dining options were diverse and delicious, and there were plenty of entertainment facilities. The staff were exceptionally attentive and handled any issues promptly. Absolutely everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly, highly recommend!👏

The owner was incredibly hospitable and friendly. He offered to pick us up upon arrival and even enthusiastically helped us plan our Huangshan itinerary. The restaurant he recommended was also fantastic!

The toilet seat was stained yellow, and the bathroom had a foul odor. We even found cockroaches after the room was cleaned. The bed runners were poorly presented: one was draped over a chair, and the other was just casually piled on the bed. If you choose to stay here, I'd strongly advise finding a clean public restroom elsewhere. I didn't take a picture of the toilet, but other reviews have photos for your reference.

The rooms are a bit dated, but the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided clear and practical advice on Huangshan travel routes, and the restaurants he recommended offered excellent value for money! They also offer a shuttle service to the transfer center. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the Tangkou Town People's Government building.

For my trip to Huangshan, I feel incredibly lucky to have booked the Sleep Hotel! The location is absolutely unbeatable, right at No. 20 Tangchuan Road, Tangkou Town, Huangshan Scenic Area. It's just a stone's throw from the Xinguoxian Zhaixi Transfer Center, meaning you can catch the scenic area shuttle bus within a few steps, saving a huge amount of time and energy. The hotel service was simply outstanding! They proactively contacted me even before check-in, providing all sorts of helpful tips and information. Upon arrival, the staff not only patiently explained the hiking routes but also thoughtfully provided a hand-drawn map and a hiking stick. Even arriving late at night was no issue; the staff waited up to assist with check-in and even offered a complimentary ride to the shuttle bus transfer point. They can even assist with ticket bookings – their attention to detail and helpfulness was exceptional. While the room wasn't particularly spacious, it was cozy, clean, and tidy. All essential amenities were available, including new air conditioning, cable TV, hot water, and disposable toiletries. The comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep, perfect for recovering from a day of hiking. The hotel also offers a laundry room, free luggage storage, free in-room WiFi, and free parking, which is incredibly convenient for those traveling by car. The food at the ground floor restaurant was absolutely delicious. Coming back tired after exploring and enjoying an authentic Huizhou meal was pure bliss. The prices were very reasonable, offering exceptional value for money. Next time I'm in Huangshan, I'll definitely choose Sleep Hotel again!

The owner is very kind. The hotel is spotless. The breakfast is plentiful and nutritious.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was terrible. As the pictures show, there were visible stains. There was also a very unpleasant smell, a mix of body odor and mildew. The duvet was incredibly damp, as if it had been sprayed with water. Since it was very late when we checked in, we couldn't switch to another hotel, which resulted in a very uncomfortable night's sleep. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He helped us with directions and even kindly took us to buy some necessities. Any stars given are solely for his excellent service! Your hotel seriously needs to prioritize improving its hygiene. I'm unsure if this stems from a management oversight or issues with the cleaning staff, but I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address it promptly, otherwise you risk completely ruining your hotel's reputation.

The room was great. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, proactively offering advice on local attractions and helping us plan our routes. They even provided a Huangshan hiking map. They offered a free ride to the transfer center and helped us arrange transportation when we left.

Pros: The hotel's rooms were clean and the overall environment was pleasant. They also offered a complimentary shuttle service to/from the transit center and free trekking poles. Cons: The air conditioning in the room wasn't very powerful. Upon checking, I discovered a baffle blocking the airflow from the AC vent. The hotel should investigate this. Additionally, one pair of the provided slippers was too small. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they simply replied that they had no spare ones, and that was the end of the conversation. Finally, the breakfast needs significant improvement; there was only one dish available, and it was just plain cabbage.

I ended up extending my stay for four or five days, and it offered excellent value for money. The room was clean. While the location is a little bit out of the way, it's not hard to find and definitely not remote. The owner is very friendly. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the local Anhui cuisine is quite delicious.

Hotel doesn’t look like the pictures online at all. Cleanliness is below average - the first room I checked in to had a cigarette butt in the middle of the table and one on the toilet floor. Entire room did not feel clean at all. Requested to switch rooms and got one that was just slightly better - this time the sink was in the bathroom instead of outside - but the cupboard doors were broken and the toilet floor couldn’t drain water properly. Would not stay again despite the low cost!
