Excellent value hotel close to many restaurants (open on Sundays also which is not the case elsewhere in the city). Kettle in room is a plus. Staff are friendly and responsive.

Facilities: The facilities are as good as those of a Chinese guest house. The bed is like a spring. When someone turns over on one side, the other side will vibrate. It was the first time for an SUV to be driven by two people at the front and back. It took several people to get out of the garage.

The hotel is in a good location, in the heart of the city center of Huelva. The facilities and elevators are a bit dated, and the bedding and TV programs are pretty good. There are free parking spaces not far from the hotel. There is also 24-hour parking. There are only 7 restaurants around.

The room was cleaned carefully every day. The front desk staff were also very kind and I had a pleasant stay. I am very grateful. I will use your service again when I go to Huelva.

As always, it has been a success to choose this hotel for our getaways to this wonderful city, full of good people, good food and the best beaches, Sierra, Andevalo, and Cuenca Minera... and its light. Thanks to the employees and their attention, staying here is always a pleasure.

The truth is that everything has been correct. The cleanliness, the views, if I had to fault it it would be the parking lot, all orange and blue area.

It's a shame that the cleanliness rating goes down because of the guests…. The room smelled a lot of cigarettes when we entered it! The price of breakfast could also be improved and adjusted to the prices offered by the city of Huelva! Everything else has been good! Many thanks for everything!

A few days before I suffered a gastric virus that left me unwell to travel and I had medical documents that clearly state that I am taking medication and cannot travel due to the virus and yet they did not cancel the reservation and the hotel did not refund my money. Senator 😉
