We stayed at the hotel as a family with two children for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool, complete with a Jacuzzi, was a highlight for both the adults and the kids. The beds were comfortable, and the room cleaning service was thorough and efficient. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The only downside was the cost of laundry services—$8 in total ($4 for washing and $4 for drying)—which felt a bit steep. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended for families!

Good for stay nearby the tram not far from the spot as much as plus with good facilities!

On first night we can’t sleep due to noise in middle of night (some kind of construction and noise by truck) until 5am. We requested to move it another room that not facing the construction site and the staff is willing to arrange for us. Better sleep after change room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Facilities are ok. Comfortable bed.

Great place to stay, the little touches were appreciated ie, biscuits cheese, water etc, thank you I requested city views and was very impressed with our room location. Great stay, thank you for your consideration we will return. .

The room is big and clean so far. It is good to have a self-serve laundry room, gymnasium, swimming pool and sauna but unfortunately they are only open until 10pm.

Overall great. Can’t fault much at all. Bathroom was a little disappointing with poor water pressure and lights not working well. Otherwise lovely room. Great view and great service. Would recommend.

Not very impressive of the service. Was requested to check in after 14:00 which is acceptable. But still have to wait after 14:00 which is unacceptable! Also had to pay the banking charges If pay via non-Australian credit card: this is the 1st time that I had been requested by the hotels for this kind of banking fee!! Weird!!
