The hotel was nice. We were given a top floor room,it was really spacious, clean and had an amazing view!!Amenities and services just as advertised. The location was really convenient, lots of Chinese/foreign restaurants around. The hotel is right at the beach which is great (umbrellas and chairs were paid tho). The buffet breakfast was well organized, food selection was ok, nothing fancy. The hotel is a bit old and is lacking the feel of luxury but overall we were satisfied.

- the upkeep of the room isn't great, it has an old smoke smell to it and the kitchen and bathroom need a bit of maintenance.

Transportation: Come by car, park in a special tourist parking lot, and a butler will come out to receive you after parking.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, but there is some sand on the floor, which can be forgiven at the seaside, after all, the sea breeze will blow in when the window is opened.
Environment: The green environment of the community is very good and comfortable

I was very impressed with the high quality room. It was new and had a feeling of five star luxury. The bedding the towels we're high quality. Also had a handy washing machine. The best part was the great sea view from my bed. I didn't want to leave. The people on the desk we're Also very helpful. And kindly gave me a late checkout. It was a pleasant time for my child. Although I believe the pools need to be cleaner and been taking care of in a better way but in all it wasn’t a bad trip. The food was acceptable but should be better , breakfast needs to be improved and have more on western food on menu.
The room had a smell but it was acceptable, the staff in the hotel were great and very helpful.

Nice hotel, very quite during working days and full on weekends. Coffee at breakfast so so. Skyswimpool is very nice. Room floors not clean, bed is soft and comfortable. Sea is cold in end of March. With open window can enjoy sound of the sea. Hotel share territory with hotel near by. They have hot spring and sauna.

Although the guest room is close to the beach, it is very dirty and belongs to a shallow beach. The room is quite large but the facilities are old. The customer landline is just a decoration and there is no telephone line. The TV is very small and the signal is very poor. The screen is snowy. It is difficult to watch the live broadcast of the Olympics.

WWai Man CandyQuite a satisfying vacation experience. The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The room faces the unparalleled sea view, which is so beautiful that it is touching! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the lively part of the beach. There are open-air stalls for eating and drinking at night, and the atmosphere is very good. 11/F The food in the restaurant is delicious. Since we are not fond of seafood, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant on both nights and it was delicious! The 20-minute photography included in the reservation adds to the fun of the journey. The photographer is kind and courteous, and the beautiful photos are taken as souvenirs, which is a big thumbs up! Big recommendation!

GGuest UserStar Butler is very reliable. This hotel is simply great. The high-rise balcony feels like sleeping on the sea. The balcony can be fully opened and you can enjoy the gentle breeze of the sea at night. It is so comfortable. The library and observation deck are right next to it, and the greenery and slope train are also very unique. Highly recommended! !

The hotel and surrounding area are looking very tired however, with much of it needing maintenance or just not being used at all. The lifts are also in need of an update. GGuest UserThe hotel inside is much older than on the pictures but it was fine. When we booked in, we were given a different room than what we requested and paid for, but after assistance from the online staff at trip. com it was rectified.
Two major concerns were the lack of variety in restaurants and the facts that there are only two elevators for a fully booked hotel of 32 floors... We had to wait very, very long every time we wanted to go up or down for the elevator to reach us, and even then could often not use it because it was too full.
The only western restaurant (Loop) about 750m from the hotel offered very expensive drinks and was open only from 12:00. Also, some days we could only order salad there.. 🤔
When we had a parcel sent to us at the hotel, it was for some obscure reason (couriers are not allowed to deliver there..?!), sent to a store 3km from the hotel, and we had to pay 90RMB for someone from the hotel to fetch it there.. 🤔🙄
The last thing that was strange, was the advertisement inside the hotel for a western restaurant, but it was nowhere to be found. Signs pointed in the direction of the basement in Building 1 but we could not find it anywhere, and when we asked around, people were just shaking their heads..

CCameo19The hotel is nothing to look at from the outside, and there is construction work around it, but it’s new and the room was very big with comfortable beds. The beach is two minutes away and has lots of water activities, didn’t have sun loungers but deck chairs, which was fine. Some restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a little chaotic with lots of families, took a few minutes to find a free table, but was good, all the usual. Stayed one night, great location if you want to spend the day on the beach.

GGuest UserNice view on the sea if you take the room in front of the sea. There rental electric bike close to on the road. There is a nice surf club just dowstairs, named APD, where you can afford beers and nice coffee hot or cold at good price, with super nice staff? LAOWAI take care, Macdonald is bit far away but they deliver to your room. Lot of seafood restaurant all around.
About room, we can t give 5 stars because we saw some cockrach, and there is just no matress...
It s missing definitly a fridge...
Well in August there is too much people so lift is always very busy. At night tourist are using a lot of fireworks, and let garbage on the beach, it s sad for the nature, but it s theirs.
Better make a big nap in afternoon cause anyway you won' t be able to sleep with this war outside until 1AM.
Don t go at the Turtle thing up the south hill, it s, just useless.
You can rent a boat that bring you to an island, but there is only this choice and water is not clear, we just saw urchin.
Still at the end we enjoyed a lot. Just a pity tourist don t know how to behave. Don t come or leave on week end since driving is a skill they did not learnt yet and streets are not ready for big ammount of people.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
