Hotel environment: My sister and I came here at the end of January. We wanted to find a place to vacation during the Chinese New Year and chose this hotel. The hotel environment is great, the supporting facilities are very complete, you can order whatever you want to eat, the hotel also has a buffet, although it is winter, the sun is very good, no one is swimming in the infinity pool, the water quality is also very clean, there are many hot spring areas, it is comfortable to soak outdoors in winter, the breakfast variety is rich, the room is very clean, the seaside is not humid in winter, you can hear the sound of the sea while lying in the room, it is very comfortable. Service: When we just arrived at the hotel, the front desk lady saw that we booked a low floor, so she upgraded to the 24th floor, the front sea view room has an excellent view, the hotel provides guests with a butler, Xiao Zhong is very enthusiastic in service, and you can consult the butler if you have any questions. The staff are very patient. During the Chinese New Year, I watched the fireworks show, the atmosphere was really good, and I recommend it to friends who want to come for vacation and escape from the city.

We stayed in 2 hotels during our stay in Huizhou. I would say for families, children and teens this is a really great option (even though not cheap, for 1,500rmb per night). The hotel has great amenities like table tennis, billiards, KTV, gym, around 5 restaurants (Chinese, Cantonese and Thai), around 5 pools (some of which have slides for children, and an infinity pool near the beach), a beach with water sports and volleyball very close to the rooms, and a foam party for little ones The room we had had a sea view and 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a fridge. Downsides were our room which was on tower 4 was a little old and smelt of mould, and the beach is quite noisy, yet I’d say we slept comfortably. The manager Rahal was very kind and helpful. Most of the staff does not speak English but when we arrived a front desk staff added my WeChat so we could ask for anything we needed which was very helpful. The green curry at the Thai restaurant was very nice, and breakfast had a lot of options (western and Chinese), including cereals, fresh fruit, pan au chocolate, vegetables, eggs, noodle soup, fried rice, fried noodles, waffles with honey, amongst more. There are small drinks stalls next to the hotel at the beach (bubba tea and lemon tea), a small shop to buy beach clothes and instant noodles inside the hotel, Hagen Diaz and Chinese ice cream near the KTV cubicles, and vending machines around the hotel. In summary, there are many things available and we enjoyed a good time there. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed.

We spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. The hotel is very nice, while a little bit overcrowded in the middle of summer. There are many pools, so children have fun. I liked the food in the Thai restaurant and the view from the balcony.

Staying at the large, amazing 5-star resort hotel in Huidong, Huizhou was an unforgettable experience! Situated right beside the sea with a private beach, the location offers breathtaking views of the ocean. The resort itself is expansive, offering a plethora of room types, shops, and dining options, providing something for everyone. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of choices to suit every palate. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious seaside getaway!

Country Garden Silver Beach Hotel was a pleasant place to stay for my wife and I. It is located in a very convenient location. There's a wide variety of restaurants near the hotel.. The hotel was also located near a nice western restaurant. Our visit coincided with the National Holiday, so it was quite crowded. Despite this, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

On the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby. However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway. On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

The room is very big, and the balcony is also very large. It is a real first-line sea view room, facing the sea. It is just a few steps downstairs to the beach. The service facilities are complete and parking is convenient. It is worth staying in this hotel first.
