From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. The hotel location is very comfortable. Staffs are so friendly, Especially, Mr. Liu who is so nice, he explain and help us. The room is very big and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. We will stay here again when we come to Huizhou.

Booked a cityciew room but upgraded to a riverview one, astonished. The view is absolutely amazing day and night. Everything seems fair for the price, cannot expect much from it. I did hear some noise coming from below tho, there is a pub downstairs, you need to be aware of that if you are light sleepers. Well, at least earbuds are provided. Did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. In case you miss the time, there are plenty of local options around. For foreigners, I suggest you have a translator with you because I don't think it is an English friendly hotel.

The main room is actually two small rooms, which is quite depressing. There are only two bottles of water in the room, and you have to pay 3 yuan for it. After all, it’s not worth the money. Some B&Bs allow you to drink it for free, and some hotels don’t charge for two or three more bottles. Facilities: Parking is not allowed and there is a charge of 15 yuan per night nearby; it is said that there is a washing machine but it can only be used after 8 a.m. and there is no dryer. Cleanliness: It's okay. The lady in the public area cleaned it very clean in the morning. The room is also okay. Service: The level of service is uneven. Some people's service is very good. For example, the handsome guy at the door even helped carry luggage to the second floor. Some people are not so good.

When I got to the back of the main building, I was stopped by three men wearing white shirts and refused to let me go. It was said that important people were arriving, but as far as I know the hotel is open to the public, and I didn't see any hierarchical security measures. Several people with work badges spoke in a bad manner and put my crutches on the other side. , It’s so annoying. It is said that guests can get a 10% discount when eating in the hotel restaurant at noon. However, after we arrived, the front desk informed us that the room was not clean yet and asked us to go get the room card after the meal. As a result, they communicated before eating. When I got a good discount, I refused to say that I must see the room card at checkout, and I only agreed to the discount after repeated communication. This is the first time I have encountered this in so many years of traveling.

There is a bus stop at the door. It is close to the Internet celebrity attractions of West Lake Pedestrian Street, Shuidong Street, Jiangbei China Trade. We gave us a restful home during the journey. Excellent place to stay overnight in Huizhou. Great view from Bath to a city , a usually in Crowne Plaza - very poor selection on mini bar. Regular lobby bar well equipped with 2 drinks fee of charge for guests. Will come back again 5/5
