Rooms well laid out & clean. Beds firm. Shower has good water pressure & bathrooms good size. A bed side light would have been appreciated, rather than having to get out of bed to switch light off. Lovely from balcony. Had breakfast included but ate out of the hotel evenings & therefore can't comment on dinner. Breakfast was 10/10, great variety, well cooked, well presented & very tasty. All the staff we met were friendly, attentive, efficient & professional from Reception to House Keeping & everyone in between. Convenient Location on the Harbour & Marina

Omg it was sooo super amazing.Highly recommended. Great value of price and amazing sea marina view will make ur stay extra special. Bishoy was soooo kind friendly and helpful which made me consider to stay there for my next trip. Mahmood one of the best staff for sure aswell. Overall it is absolutely amazing. We stayed 6 nights at this property, which is a great place for those traveling with family. I really enjoyed apartment 504, which offers a breathtaking view of the beautiful downtown marina from the living room balcony. However, the street-facing rooms are very noisy at night due to the neighborhood and the lack of civility of passersby and tourists. The hotel has a very acceptable restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner upon reservation. It's also possible to eat à la carte, but of course, there's a charge for service! The staff is quite helpful and attentive, especially Moubarak, the valet, who made us feel very welcome upon our arrival with his contagious smile and exemplary kindness! Overall, I recommend this property, even if everything isn't perfect, but the hotel's strong points remain its direct proximity to the city center and the breathtaking view of the superb marina.

The space is very large, but pay attention to the tipping situation. Prepare change in advance. Tips are required for helping carry luggage and so on. And the lion has a big mouth, and the opening of the mouth is five knives, but you can chop slowly and prepare the change.

The room is very far from the swimming pool! It’s a very small beach shared by many hotels!

We chose a family suite, which has the advantage of complete surrounding facilities and a larger area. I rarely give ratings, especially such low ones, because all our experiences of being deceived happened in this hotel and surrounding restaurants (they treated Chinese people as stupid and rich people). We had breakfast twice in the restaurant, and the staff cheated us twice. The hotel front desk and manager seemed to be resolving the issue properly, but in fact they were just trying to keep the peace. The waiter will definitely still be working there, so be careful. Sincerely suggest that if you have a weak sense of defense, or are thin-skinned, or have relatively poor English, do not stay here. Here is the complete story, you can judge for yourself: The first time: The room we booked did not include breakfast (it turns out that eating out can save a lot of money, if the waiter doesn’t rip you off). There are no prices on the hotel menu, so I have no idea of ​​the prices. The first time, we ordered 2 drinks and a basket of bread which should have been ok. But when paying the bill, it said 375.E, and the period was not obvious, so my companion saw it as 3752. So he asked in surprise several times, "three thousands!?" The waiter kept saying "yes" with a very serious expression (it was obvious that he was not a joke, because Egyptians often joke about prices, such as 1 million, which sounds fake at the moment). Just when we were about to pay, my brother came to his senses and said, "Three hundred, right?" and then we stopped. The second time, we thought that the hotel breakfast was not expensive and they would not continue to cheat us after cheating us once. Unexpectedly, this time it was even worse. They did not provide the bill and directly cheated us. They put the price on the calculator and said 1,200 Egyptian pounds. We were a little confused at this time because the dishes this time were not much different from last time, but they were so much more expensive. However, we still planned to pay (thinking that the sausages might be a little more expensive). At this time we said we wanted to pay in US dollars, and he said fourteen, I heard it as forty, but immediately realized that something was wrong, so I counted out 14, and put forty on the table. Then he said "nonono forty" and directly tried to take my money! (I guess it might be that the male companion who was traveling with her went upstairs because he thought the girl was soft-tempered). This time we were really annoyed and argued with them, and the problem was solved. They refunded our service fee (no one cares about these few dollars 🙃) In addition, the surrounding merchants are also deceptive. The big lobsters in Hurghada are very cheap, but the price of this kind of seafood fluctuates at any time, so if you eat expensive seafood, you must ask the current price (note whether the unit is kg or g) and confirm the grams of your dish. Here's what happened. After we arrived at the restaurant, we ordered a 700g lobster, confirmed the price was 2000, and it was divided into 2 plates when served. When we paid the bill after the meal, we found that the total price was 10,000+ (much higher than the 6,000+ we expected). Then we checked the bill and found that the lobster was written as 2,000*2pieces. At first I thought my English was not good, and this "piece" might mean "1peace" for a meal. But I still asked someone to confirm, and they changed the bill.

Hotel well located near the marina but unfortunately very noisy. The reception is not the most friendly, the staff tells you yes, does not understand what you are saying, we waited a very long time to have rooms, I did not have the one I was supposed to have.  

The room I booked was near the road and it was very noisy at night. I couldn't sleep at all. I paid extra for the second night and it was very quiet. The suite was very cost-effective. The five-star hotels nearby didn't have good reviews. This hotel was OK.

I wanted a pair of slippers but they still didn't arrive after waiting two hours

The room is big and clean, and the guy at the front desk is very cute! Very satisfied!

Hotel location is great. The employees are beyond amazing. Don't buy a tour from the hotel, though. Whatever we wanted, they immediately took care of us. There are very stylish restaurants in the marina. Tour boats also depart right in front of it. We were very pleased as a family.

Clean room, excellent service

Paid over the odds for 3 day rooms after a liveaboard. Once the extortion of money was complete we were informed that the rooms would not be available until just before the transfer time. Staff had poor attitude and were not at all helpful. Absolute shambles, avoid like the plague.
