The hotel is very nice and beautiful they have a nice swimming pool and garden view rooms.

Check in was slower, the staff asked what Travel Agent we used to book hotels, I said Trip.com he did not know if he did not understand, and challenged us actually booked. Open buffet food variety and delicious. The restaurant environment is very comfortable. The best part was the Kids Mini Disco at night, clown show (and replica dolls), the atmosphere was super! There’s also marshmallow pie! It's very, very joyful to take the kids. Another great spot is the water park, the hotel has several water slides, no need to queue. The sea view is very beautiful when we walk out of the sea. However, we played back to the room found the room card can not open the door, so right my room against a lost exchange room, inside D brother see me seems very confused are very proactive after the information to help me The ground opened the door, it turned out that the room card placed too close the phone would malfunction. Summary: Most of the staff were very nice, the room was OK, playing in the water and the kids party experience was very good.

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us). I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. Big thanks to Moose, Kariam, Omar and David. I very highly recommend this resort.

It's OK, more down-to-earth

Great hotel, extremely diverse and excellent food. The staff is also very very nice! There is a golf course and a quad biking center nearby as well. I recommend !

There is no bathtub in the room, Ctrip has confirmed it. After entering the hotel, don't keep waiting just because someone is helping you check in and telling you that you have to wait for your room. We arrived at five o'clock and were told that the room was not ready. The hotel swimming pool closes as soon as the sun goes down, which is earlier than get off work time. The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy.

Hotel is excellent and very decent ! First line, is in Madinat Macadie, and this is a large complex of 10 hotels. Cool promenade! The rooms are good.
