It takes 3 minutes to walk to Zhang Shiming's Jiangnan wealthy mansion. The small western-style building that combines Chinese and Western styles can be called an ancient building. The first time I brought my parents to Nanxun Ancient Town, I chose to stay here because it is very close to the south gate of the ancient town, and you can enjoy the river view while sitting in the room. There are rockery and small stone tables in the hotel yard, which are suitable for drinking tea and chatting when the weather is good.
The room is centrally air-conditioned. It was a bit cold when I first entered the room, but the air conditioning hot air blew for a while, and the room became very comfortable.
In the morning, I entered the ancient town scenic area from the south gate. There were few people, and I could slowly enjoy the small bridges, flowing water and people.

This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent in the middle of the scenic area. There is free parking on the side road. The courtyard has an exquisite small garden. There is also a tea room on the second floor. Drink tea and look at the scenery of the small bridge and flowing water outside the window. Family room with the elderly. The room is very large and very clean. The shower and toilet are separated! The decoration is superb. The teacup is very Jiangnan style! The service ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Detailed introduction of attractions and food. The recommended restaurant is very delicious and not expensive! I must stay here next time!

I brought my family to visit Nanxun Ancient Town on the weekend and carefully selected this homestay with the cultural characteristics of the ancient town. The store manager was particularly enthusiastic and upgraded the room type for free, and specially sent delicious fruits. Before checking in, I received a call from the front desk of the homestay to confirm the check-in time and guide the nearest parking lot. This service is absolutely perfect. The room layout is large, the spacious washroom is comfortable enough, the large garden in front of the door is beautiful to taste the leisurely afternoon tea, and the soft big bed is a good sleep until dawn. The scenic spot is just outside the door, and the surrounding restaurants and bars are all available, which makes this stay experience leave the best memories, and I look forward to staying again.

I have traveled to many countries, and I like this accommodation the most. It is full of human touch. It feels like coming home. The river view room is what I imagined the accommodation in Jiangnan would be like. I like the Nanxun Welcome Sanwei Tea very much. I am also very grateful to the owner of the B&B for staying in the hotel during the typhoon. He drove us to the station, which was very touching and will be remembered for a lifetime.

It is located in the middle of Baijian Building, and it takes seven or eight minutes to walk to the north gate parking lot. The room price is a bit expensive. We checked in on October 6. A few steps from the entrance of the inn is a corner area with a good view, which is very photogenic. The dishes are very large, and two people are very full. The taste of the dishes is quite satisfactory. The only shortcoming has been reported to the owner. The curtains of the row of windows facing the river are too transparent. People who like darker rooms and have trouble sleeping may not be used to the room being too bright. It is recommended to add a layer of thick gauze to block the sun. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the ancient water town from the hotel. Upon checking in, they sent me a plate with fruits as a welcome. With a smart speaker that controls the temperature and blinds in the room, plus a smart toilet with a remote control, the room is quite spacious and quite modern. One of the best toothbrushes and toothpastes I've ever seen in a hotel. There was also a free breakfast included with the stay, but the variety was limited, but the quality and taste were very good. I am quite pleased with the choice - not too expensive but a very good experience.

I avoided the Mid-Autumn Festival and came to Nanxun Ancient Town alone. I spent a long time choosing a homestay, just wanting to stay quietly in a foreign land for two days. The experience was really unexpected.
As soon as I arrived at the store, the boss took out a map and introduced everything from historical and cultural characteristics, local lifestyles, to coffee shops and food shops in the ancient town... For tourists, it is really necessary. She told me that 50% of XX is now under construction, told me the characteristics of the two former residences, told me the time, place, and price of rowing boats, and told me what the people of Nanxun were like before. She saw that I was traveling alone and told me not to be afraid. She also lent me an illustrated book so that I could learn more about the ancient town. She is really nice.
It happened to be a small off-season. I met such a kind person and yard. I was so happy to learn about history and feel the charm of Jiangnan in the early morning drizzle.

A new mid-to-high-end hotel in Nanxun, the hardware is excellent, and the pure guest rooms are even better than the 5-star hotels in the same city. The details are also well controlled. As a business trip, the placement of small items in the laundry room can reflect the internal control level of a hotel. The service enthusiasm and business ability of the front desk are good. This time I stayed in an upgraded room, and the drinks in the mini bar were not perfunctory.
It is very close to the ancient town and just around the corner from Wuyue Commercial Plaza. The location advantage is obvious. I will stay at Mercure Hotel next time I come to Nanxun!

JJialemaidoumamaDuring this 21-day trip, I stayed in 18 hotels. Zhimagu was my favorite, no doubt. Before booking, I was worried that the facilities of the 2017 hotels would be outdated. After all, I like new hotels within a year. However, after traveling around Moganshan, it was already the National Day holiday. Zhimagu was surprisingly not overpriced. Other hotels were at least two or three times overpriced, but Zhimagu was the same price as usual. I booked this hotel with the idea of saving costs, but it was beyond my imagination. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt like I had stepped into Alice's Wonderland. There were 61 rooms with 61 decoration styles. The housekeeper Xiaoyu was also very nice and helped me get my luggage. Li took me to visit the three rooms that were not booked out, and let me choose to stay according to my favorite style. It was a surprise~ Xiaoyu was also very considerate to remind me of the precautions every day~♥️
The hotel has three large lawns, and it was so happy to groom the dog. The hotel is pet-friendly and it is not just a gimmick~ First of all, there is no cleaning fee for pets, and secondly, the restaurant can also bring pets. The housekeeper brother and sister, the restaurant brother and sister held my sister and took all kinds of photos hahaha~

TTeo792the villa is located in a huge resort surounded by mountains and forest. the villa itself cozy and the view is wild ,seperated from other bungalows so it is great to cut yourself from the people.
Inside the villa, the standard is Ok even if the toilet room smelt and there was a leakage on one of the window. The bed is comfy but the pillows not really.
However when it comes to services, there is plenty of room for improvements (especially for this price). even if we got a personal assistant. no possibility to book the restaurant or breakfast in advance. So often there is a long queue.

Before check-in, there will be an exclusive butler to help you arrange everything. Any questions will be answered patiently, and the reply speed will be very fast! When you arrive at the hotel, someone will immediately come out to greet you for a drink and carry your luggage. It is already a super six-star service! This time we were received by Sa Sa and Yi Bo. It was really thoughtful, because we brought children and there were so many needs, but no matter what the needs were, we would respond to us as soon as possible. JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
