I love the atmosphere at boyang Kai yuan mansion..antique & relax..breakfast mostly Chinese style so far no problem for Asian..hotel staff are friendly..super close to Nanxun 古镇。。

先總結一下，這個酒店唯一的優點就是離景區近，別的毫無優勢
4月26日中午在前台上班的三個女員工態度極其的差！不止一次用反問的語氣在和我們對話，我們問什麼也都愛答不理的！搞得像我們去白住一樣。
酒店的設施更是一塌糊塗！淋浴間排不了水，水池邊上全發黴了，隔音巨差！
整個酒店不管是前台，早餐廳、保潔的員工都是一副不耐煩的樣子，真不知道是不是沒領到工資還是咋了
整個酒店性價比非常的低！

非常非常差勁👎五星級酒店態度很傲慢，大半夜的把門鎖上，事後不想解決方案衹會一味推諉扯皮，反正很差勁，衹能説拉低了湖州人的素質，對浙江整體觀感很差，非常功力市儈，感覺都掉到錢眼裡了，見風使舵、*****有深刻認知，以後會拉黑這個城市還有個系列酒店以及整個浙江都很不好，什麼吃的也差，難吃的要命，***也很差，衹認錢！*********，路上遇到的素質也是一言難盡！感覺掉到了錢眼裡，急功近利，*******形象一覽無餘！千萬不要來這個地方，非常糟糕

酒店地處位置非常優越，前台門口出去轉彎走幾分鐘就到了南潯景區內的小蓮台，旁邊就是坐遊船進景區的遊船碼頭，酒店工作人員服務熱情，進出都有電瓶小車接送，房間內衞生乾淨整潔，温馨寬敞，客房清潔人員很親切，前台的玉絲小姐姐很熱情，服務態度超好，還親自送到我們入住小樓的門口，房間價格也很實惠，不是節假日的套餐價格性價比超高！套餐贈送的午飯豐富美味，品種多了，味道也好，酒店早餐也很不錯，全部都是自助的 ，中西式的品種都有，特別是雙澆麪味道真的不錯，值得一試 ！這次真的得到的不僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這就是我對這家酒店的評價，超讚！南潯是個文化底藴很深厚的古鎮，有很多有特色的小店和歷史建築，還有非常舒適美麗的園林酒店，下次還會來入住這家酒店的[慶祝]
