"The room itself was excellent this stay – spacious, impeccably clean, and quiet, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few areas where the service could be improved. Firstly, the breakfast. The menu was almost identical for both days, and the variety was quite limited. For guests staying two nights, the options became a bit monotonous and didn't quite meet four-star standards. Even more inconvenient was the issue with food delivery. The delivery driver didn't place the food in the delivery robot but left it directly on the front desk counter. While the delivery driver certainly shares some blame, the room number was on the receipt, yet the front desk didn't proactively inform us or remind the driver to follow procedure and use the robot. We saw the 'delivered' notification on our phone and waited for half an hour with no sign of it. It was only after we called that we found out it was at the front desk. To be honest, had we not called, who knows how long we would have waited to get our food. I suggest that in such situations, the front desk could be more proactive: either remind the delivery person to follow proper procedure, or, upon seeing an order with a room number, proactively contact the guest to confirm if they need assistance getting it delivered to their room. This would prevent a lot of confusion and unnecessary waiting. Additionally, the hotel's location is a bit far from major attractions. For tourists looking to visit many attractions, this might mean spending more time commuting. Overall, the room facilities were excellent, but if the service details could be refined, the overall experience would be significantly better."

"The hotel's garden design is very beautiful, with a Chinese-style courtyard, flowers and plants everywhere, and the fragrance of flowers. Rosewood sculptures can be seen everywhere, with a strong artistic atmosphere. The room layout is spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and the service is superb. They actively help with luggage and serve tea. I am very satisfied and will come again next time."
