"The room itself was generally okay, with nice attention to detail. However, the lighting was excessively dim. My elderly family members didn't like it, saying it made the room feel gloomy and lacking energy. Even after adjusting to the brightest setting, it remained quite dark.
Cleanliness: It was acceptable. But why is the bathroom right at the entrance immediately upon stepping into the room!?
Service: Apart from our room being quite a distance away, I don't understand why the check-in area has to be outdoors. It was very inconvenient as we couldn't drive in directly. My elderly relatives also mentioned there was no dedicated reception counter for seniors. With limited counters, everyone had to crowd together to check in, and there was no staff assisting.
Regarding the butler service, they didn't contact us in advance. If they couldn't reach the guest, shouldn't they have contacted Ctrip for assistance? This shows a lack of proactive service and flexibility.
On a positive note, the rental car driver provided excellent service – big thumbs up! The male reception manager in the main lobby was also very polite and genuinely helpful; we truly appreciated his sincerity."
