LLongfeifengyangThe hotel is converted from a fortified watchtower, surrounded by fish ponds and rice paddies, offering exceptional views. It's also conveniently located very close to Kaiping's two main Diaolou attractions, Liyuan Garden and Zili Village. The architecture boasts a distinct local character, and there's a private parking lot right at the entrance.
The in-room facilities are very well-equipped. The bathroom features a thoughtfully designed three-part layout (with separate wet and dry areas) and even includes a smart toilet.
The hotel service is incredibly attentive. On the morning of our arrival, the hotel called to confirm our check-in time and thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning in advance. The welcome snacks were delicious, and the nine-compartment breakfast was a unique highlight.
A minor drawback, likely due to the original design of the old building, is the lack of an elevator and the rather steep stairs. Fortunately, the total number of floors isn't too high, but for guests traveling with elderly individuals or young children, booking a ground-floor room is highly recommended. Additionally, the entrance signage from the main road isn't very clear. It would be great if they could add more directional signs.

It’s conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk from a small mall that features a large grocery store, arcade, and various other shops. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or snack. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-situated hotel that’s perfect for both short and long stays. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very new and the staying experience is good; it is indeed suitable for couples, but it is not bad for us with children. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice!
The scenic area is actually not that big. Many places have no hotels yet, and some places have not been repaired. I look forward to traveling again in a year or two after the overall improvement. It is indeed a good place to take photos.
The Chikan Dangdang bus is a favorite among children. The ticket is 50 yuan, free if the price is below 1.2, and the duration is about 35 minutes.
The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is good, with many kinds of delicious food. There are no tourists coming in before 9 o'clock in the morning, so it is very quiet and comfortable.
What is particularly frustrating is the snacks and meals in the scenic area, which are expensive! Unpalatable! It’s such a mess for so many people on weekends, but it’s still a mess when it’s a holiday? ? Hope it improves!
The overall ticket price of the scenic spot is relatively expensive, the scenery is acceptable, and the service is enthusiastic!
If you don’t plan to stay, one day is enough.

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel within the scenic area was incredibly convenient. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and wonderfully quiet. We also enjoyed a fantastic view from our balcony. The family room we booked was a big hit with our child. The front desk staff were very warm and provided excellent service. The scenic area itself offered countless performances, each one engaging and interesting. It was so picturesque that every photo we took turned out beautifully. We had a truly wonderful and satisfying experience!

This time I stayed with my family and stayed in a Zhenpin King Room with a bathtub and a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. The night view is particularly beautiful. The room is spacious, and it is ok for a family of three to stay. The front desk service is good, the experience is good, and the free buffet breakfast has many varieties. The surrounding areas are all villages and fields. It is really convenient to have breakfast here. After eating, you can also go to the Pioneer Bookstore opposite. It is a bookstore worth checking in. It is very interesting.

I asked again if there would be soup or dessert, but they said proudly that it would start at 19:30, but it might not be available.
It's just like ”We are very good at stewing soup, but you may not be able to make it even if you come here.” In fact, I'm just asking, ”It's your job as the front desk staff to answer these questions.” I don't understand this attitude at all! As a result, when I arrived at the restaurant at around 23:00 that night, there was still stewed soup.

The last morning, the room was probably being cleaned and the noise was very, very noisy

Mmannymm123Rong'an Apartment is jointly managed by Changsheng Hotel. Check-in with your room card is done at the Changsheng front desk, which is quick and includes luggage storage. It's also close to the North Gate and conveniently offers a shuttle service.
The apartment was very clean, with separate air conditioning units. Best of all, there were two sinks, separated from the bathroom and shower, which was very useful. However, water leaked easily during showering, which could be improved.
The two 1.35-meter queen-sized beds were large and comfortable. However, I don't know if there were bugs or something, but I woke up in the middle of the night with bites and itching.
Eight bottles of drinking water were provided free of charge per room, which was a first. If you're short on tissue paper, you can call the front desk and they'll immediately deliver a new pack. Excellent!
The hotel fee included breakfast and tickets, which was a great value. The show was fantastic. The iron flower show, the final dragon, and the fireworks were truly breathtaking. Highly recommended.
Finally, I'd like to thank Xiaoyin, the customer service representative, for her attentive service. She called a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and sent me instructions. Excellent!

In the middle of Ting kou, a heritage village. Basically a living museum. Little local restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Even a hotdog stand, kids happy. A beautifully restored granary, insta ready. We rented their bicycles to get to the film city and Zilicun historical village with the diaolou towers.

GGuest UserWe were very excited at the thought of visiting the diaolous but the only bus from Shunde to Kaiping departed at almost 14:00!! By the time we arrived it was already too late to venture out to the diaolous. The guy at the reception felt our pain and gave us helpful suggestions on what to do while we were there.
The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the bus station, the riverside and the street lined with gold(shops) on both sides of the divide.
However the hotel itself had definitely seen better days.
But it was clean, the basic amenities were provided and we had a good night’s sleep. Overall the service was excellent. And the price commensurates with what were offered.
