"Overall we had a pleasant stay, breakfast was enjoyable the next day and restaurant team was friendly. Also the Egyptian gentleman in the pool bar in the evening worked very efficient, handling al the tables alone while keeping up the service level. We only stayed 1 night and below our room there we construction noises from the ballroom area, while I approached reception I was informed it would take another 30 minutes and it stopped at 23:00. This disrupted the sleep of my daughter."

At first we took a standard room, but then we changed it to a room with a sea view and a balcony. It’s 100% worth it. I strongly recommend paying extra, because the sea view is gorgeous, and the balcony is large and it's great to sit there in the evenings! The view of the city will significantly spoil your impressions of the hotel! If you take it without a balcony, then definitely with a sea view! 5) Restaurants. The restaurants are excellent, with a gorgeous view. But very expensive. We were first in a restaurant by the beach for lunch - it was very expensive and not very tasty. All the food was brought cold, and this was in the heat! Then we went to the Italian, very tasty! And in the local, it's nearby, we took a set for two. It turned out to be a bargain, and there was so much food that for 2 adults and one child it was just too much:) SEPARATE REMARK ON THE RESTAURANT. As far as I found out later, IHG program participants (free registration) are given a discount in restaurants (25 percent). When registering at the hotel, I specifically indicated that I was a member, to which I was told that since the booking was made through a partner, the loyalty program was not involved in any way. As a result, my loyalty program number was not recorded, no one asked in the restaurants, and as a result, I did not receive any discount! This left very unpleasant emotions."
