"Excellent, loved it! I especially appreciated the convenience of the smart wristband/watch, which allowed us to access everything effortlessly. It's truly ideal for families with children, as you can easily head down to the water for a swim or play anytime. The lazy river was also a highlight; it was so relaxing to just float along. The hotel genuinely understands what kids need! There's a dedicated kids' corner where children can pick their own food, and the restaurant even offers a special children's menu, allowing them to order their own meals. Such thoughtful touches! Big thumbs up! Overall, every aspect of the hotel was fantastic. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be wonderful to have a more direct or quicker access route to the nearby shopping area. The current walk is a bit long, and frankly, for families like ours, that particular path doesn't feel very safe to use after dark."

"Pros 👍🏻 1. Excellent value for money. 2. Both the ambiance and service were outstanding. Traveling with two young children and elderly family members, things were quite eventful at times! Our clothes actually blew off the balcony [laughing-crying emoji], and we needed help retrieving them from various rooms and even the rooftop. The staff were incredibly helpful and managed to get them all back for us. It gets very windy here, so a travel clothesline is a must-have; I immediately ordered one after this experience! 3. There are plenty of diverse facilities to enjoy. The lobby always had complimentary cookies, snacks, and iced water, perfect for guests to refuel after a busy day. 4. Although it's located next to the train tracks, I personally didn't find it noisy at all; the bar noise was actually more noticeable. 5. The 4-person family room was a huge plus for us. It's often challenging to find hotels that can accommodate a family without needing separate rooms, allowing us to stay together and look after the children, all while being reasonably priced. 6. There's a laundry room available for 40 THB per wash. Cons 👎 1. It's about a 20-minute journey to both the beach and Market Village. The road lacks sidewalks, which felt a bit dangerous, especially when going out for dinner at night, so I had to take a taxi every time. 2. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. 3. For massages, I'd strongly recommend going to a reputable chain near Market Village, as the options near the hotel are quite mediocre. 4. Ctrip's pictures showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one in our room, which was a bit disappointing."

"The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast on weekdays is not very good, but there are many food options. There are several pools, making it a good choice for families."

"Happy with the hotel. Breakfast are good, room is clean, the toilet is bit smelly, better provide toilet freshener. Free complimentary welcome drinks. I love the Jacuzzi in the room, working really well. Really recommend, pretty happy with the price, is standard when I was stay here."

"A very nice property that offers all we need when in Hua Hin, very good pools with slides that the little one in our family would not want to stop playing in the pool. Nice beachfront areas. Very easy to access to 2 famous night markets on the weekends. Decent food with good service at the hotel s restaurant."

"The villa is big but needs to improve more for cleanliness, we’ve got the room at 3 pm and the first thing we see is all dusty & hair behind the door and also small cockroach. The service was okay, need to improve on small details such as booking restaurant Baan Dam ( seafood) in advance even you stay in the hotel."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. They we absolutely amazing. We upgraded our room because we were located in the older building and wanted to be in the new one. The staff was great, friendly, helpful, breakfast was absolutely amazing, the room was BEAUTIFUL!! The hotel is located on the beach which is great too. Surrounded by many local restaurants and have their own that serves good food too."

"There was a dirty in toilet flush but staff immediately change the room for us. Staff were helpful and have a nice service. Location is not far from city but the place is quite, near to the sea just walking distance."
