CcappuccinoIt was my first time to come to Tengchong. I compared several inns on Ctrip and finally chose Mohe; the butler-style service was very attentive. I stayed there for a week and was always responsive to every request. In the evening, they would also cook a pot of local Leixiang tea and wait for guests to return to the inn. Have tea and snacks. We left the hotel at 5:30 early in the morning on the day we left. The butler was waiting to pick up our luggage and deliver it to the pick-up point early in the morning. The highlight of the inn is the viewing platform on the third floor, which has a wide view and allows you to watch the sunset. There is also a cute puppy Momo in the store, who is very dear to you. If I have the chance to go to Tengchong again, I will choose Mohe!

The landlady was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for free. The room had a very wide view and could see the entire ancient town. The chairs on the large terrace in the B&B are super comfortable with cushions. You can sit on them and watch the sky, clouds and scenery. It’s so comfortable. I love it! The breakfast is also very good ~ I will choose to stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable, well-laid out, and fully equipped. It was also quite spacious, and there was a private hot spring bath in the room. The viewing platform on the third floor offered beautiful views of the fields. Breakfast was also plentiful. The service was excellent.
The only slight drawback was that the view from the room was of other houses, so the scenery wasn't great. Otherwise, it would have been perfect!
The rooftop afternoon tea for two included freshly baked flower cakes and a sweet and delicious rose honey tea.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse in Tengchong was absolutely amazing! Located halfway up a mountain in the Gaoligong International Tourism Resort, it was one of many guesthouses in the area, but I didn't disappoint. It was incredibly clean and tidy, the room was impeccably decorated, and the toiletries were the same brand used in Galeries Lafayette and InterContinental hotels. The hairdryer was a Dyson, and the smart toilet and bedding were fantastic – these are things you only find in high-end hotels. Chatting with the lovely owner over tea, I learned she's been in the hotel business for over ten years and has very high standards for quality. My favorite parts of the guesthouse were the garden on the first floor and the balcony in my room. From the balcony, you could see the entire city of Tengchong, and the night view was beautiful – a great spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, I missed it. Very few hotels and guesthouses in the Gaoligong area have gardens, and this one was exquisite and charming. Sitting there with a coffee and a cigarette was so relaxing. There was a book bar to read in, a coffee bar to drink coffee, and even some exercise equipment. Breakfast included my favorite Tengchong rice noodles. Overall, it was fantastic and highly recommended.

But then I read some reviews and guides, saying that the ancient town road is not very easy to walk, and you need to climb up and down frequently. , changing hotels is quite troublesome, so before leaving, I called the innkeeper to inquire about the pick-up station. The boss said that pick-up and drop-off are only available after staying for three nights. I also read the reviews of some guests of the inn and found that it was okay. So we booked an additional standard room for two nights, but the boss didn't let us change rooms for the next two nights. He upgraded us. After all, there was a price difference between the two room types, but there was a little incident when we checked out. , which added a bit of unhappiness to this trip to the ancient town. When I informed the boss about the time of departure, the boss said that it was not convenient to receive other guests at that time, so he asked us to take a taxi and leave. After all, we were given a free upgrade for two nights. I didn’t say anything about the room. I just said that the boss said it would be delivered to the station on the phone. At this time, the boss and the wife changed their words and said that it would only be delivered after five days of stay. In fact, I did not ask for the room to be delivered to the station during the whole process. Since the road was not easy to walk, it was difficult to lift the luggage, so I asked the boss to help take the luggage to the taxi point of Anning Kindergarten, but the boss took it away. The luggage was put in another place right next to here and I was told to pick it up. Since I was not familiar with the route and was afraid of delaying the time to catch the bus, I asked the hotel to help guide me to pick it up. Once again, the landlady became impatient and said how about the upgraded room. , the upgrade is not what I asked for, okay? Let me talk about the room again. The bed is more comfortable to sleep on, but the next day I found small ants on the bed. I asked the boss to spray some medicine. The bathroom has a drying hot air and floor heating. It is comfortable to use a dyson hair dryer, with a large bathtub, and dry and wet separation.
