GGuest UserThe host was very nice and helped us with our luggage, even though we had a lot of luggage. The courtyard was particularly beautiful, with a lovely ginkgo tree and a large swing. However, when we booked the room, we mentioned that breakfast was included. When we woke up in the morning and asked about it, the host said they didn't offer it because there were too few people, but they hadn't informed us in advance. Everything else was fine and clean. The courtyard was meticulously cleaned and maintained, creating a very atmospheric atmosphere. Recommended accommodation

The service is super super good! ! The boss often drives a battery car to pick us up in town! There was tea made around the fire every night, and the boss was so enthusiastic and baked so many things for us that we couldn’t even eat dinner! Satsuma Momo who welcomes guests is the group favorite! They also upgraded my room to the highest-end room for free, which is so great!

GGuest UserWe stayed for four consecutive nights. Reasons to recommend Huajian Meisu:
1. The brand-new bath towels were clean and fluffy. Bathrobes were provided, which we used when going to the hot springs. The shower water pressure was sufficient.
2. There was underfloor heating on the first floor and central air conditioning heating on the second floor. Tengchong has a large temperature difference, so the heating made for a good night's sleep and a comfortable stay.
3. The breakfast was reasonably good, and you could adjust it to your liking. Coffee was available.
4. There was a washing machine and dryer, and the dryer's usage time was clearly marked.
5. The hotel is relatively new and has public areas (the lobby on the first floor and the terrace on the third floor). The third-floor terrace had a nice view.
6. Thank you to the owner for providing airport pick-up service and helping me arrange a twin room for the first night (because I couldn't book twin rooms for four consecutive nights, I booked one night in a double room and three nights in twin rooms).
(Disadvantage: The price is a bit high)

GGuest UserThis guesthouse in Tengchong was absolutely amazing! Located halfway up a mountain in the Gaoligong International Tourism Resort, it was one of many guesthouses in the area, but I didn't disappoint. It was incredibly clean and tidy, the room was impeccably decorated, and the toiletries were the same brand used in Galeries Lafayette and InterContinental hotels. The hairdryer was a Dyson, and the smart toilet and bedding were fantastic – these are things you only find in high-end hotels. Chatting with the lovely owner over tea, I learned she's been in the hotel business for over ten years and has very high standards for quality. My favorite parts of the guesthouse were the garden on the first floor and the balcony in my room. From the balcony, you could see the entire city of Tengchong, and the night view was beautiful – a great spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, I missed it. Very few hotels and guesthouses in the Gaoligong area have gardens, and this one was exquisite and charming. Sitting there with a coffee and a cigarette was so relaxing. There was a book bar to read in, a coffee bar to drink coffee, and even some exercise equipment. Breakfast included my favorite Tengchong rice noodles. Overall, it was fantastic and highly recommended.

But then I read some reviews and guides, saying that the ancient town road is not very easy to walk, and you need to climb up and down frequently. , changing hotels is quite troublesome, so before leaving, I called the innkeeper to inquire about the pick-up station. The boss said that pick-up and drop-off are only available after staying for three nights. I also read the reviews of some guests of the inn and found that it was okay. So we booked an additional standard room for two nights, but the boss didn't let us change rooms for the next two nights. He upgraded us. After all, there was a price difference between the two room types, but there was a little incident when we checked out. , which added a bit of unhappiness to this trip to the ancient town. When I informed the boss about the time of departure, the boss said that it was not convenient to receive other guests at that time, so he asked us to take a taxi and leave. The bathroom has a drying hot air and floor heating. It is comfortable to use a dyson hair dryer, with a large bathtub, and dry and wet separation. The overall service of the homestay is particularly good. There is also a housekeeper to pick up the parking lot in the middle of the night. It's located on the edge of the ancient town, a bit far from the main area, so it's not recommended for elderly people with mobility issues. It's fine for young people, and you can even take a walk around Wild Duck Lake. The hot springs were okay, but perhaps because we went during the off-season, there were only two pools available, so the experience wasn't great when it was crowded. I highly recommend the nearby ”Mama's Taste” restaurant – it's incredibly delicious!

GGuest UserI originally booked a different courtyard, but the owner upgraded me to a Lotus Pond King Room. The view was great; it would definitely be even more beautiful during lotus blooming season. There's a stylish coffee shop downstairs. Transportation is relatively convenient compared to other guesthouses in the ancient town, located on the west side, accessible by car, though a bit far from the center. The wooden structure of the house isn't very soundproof; there's a small road downstairs where cars pass by, making it a little noisy. The service was excellent; they even picked me up from the visitor center. Coming back in the evening, I enjoyed warming myself by the fireplace downstairs with some black tea – very pleasant. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!
