Their gentle nature instantly made them my son's best playmates. The little guy chased his ”furry butlers” all over the yard every day, his innocent laughter and the cats' purring becoming the most beautiful background music of our trip. The common areas are veritable ”all-in-one living rooms”: wake up your taste buds with hand-drip coffee at the bar in the morning ☕, curl up on the sofa with the cats and read a book in the afternoon, and sing karaoke with friends in the karaoke room 🎤 or play cards at the card table 🃏 in the evening… Most surprisingly, there's a tranquil Buddhist shrine hidden deep within 🕯️! In the brief moment of quiet contemplation while burning incense, the hustle and bustle abruptly ceases. This collision of Eastern Zen and Western entertainment is a truly soul-stirring fusion! This is far more than just a guesthouse—it's an aesthetically pleasing space where you can feel the warmth of human connection, a happy planet for children and cats, and an idyllic haven where everyone can find a sense of belonging. The room is great, don't feel too comfortable taking a bath while looking at the view! ! The breakfast was delicious and always had something different for us to eat. The service is super super good! ! The boss often drives a battery car to pick us up in town! There was tea made around the fire every night, and the boss was so enthusiastic and baked so many things for us that we couldn’t even eat dinner! Satsuma Momo who welcomes guests is the group favorite! They also upgraded my room to the highest-end room for free, which is so great! We stayed for four consecutive nights. Reasons to recommend Huajian Meisu: 1. The brand-new bath towels were clean and fluffy. Bathrobes were provided, which we used when going to the hot springs. The shower water pressure was sufficient. 2. There was underfloor heating on the first floor and central air conditioning heating on the second floor. Tengchong has a large temperature difference, so the heating made for a good night's sleep and a comfortable stay. 3. The breakfast was reasonably good, and you could adjust it to your liking. Coffee was available. 4. There was a washing machine and dryer, and the dryer's usage time was clearly marked. 5. The hotel is relatively new and has public areas (the lobby on the first floor and the terrace on the third floor). The third-floor terrace had a nice view. 6. Thank you to the owner for providing airport pick-up service and helping me arrange a twin room for the first night (because I couldn't book twin rooms for four consecutive nights, I booked one night in a double room and three nights in twin rooms). (Disadvantage: The price is a bit high)

The boss said that pick-up and drop-off are only available after staying for three nights. I also read the reviews of some guests of the inn and found that it was okay. So we booked an additional standard room for two nights, but the boss didn't let us change rooms for the next two nights. He upgraded us. After all, there was a price difference between the two room types, but there was a little incident when we checked out. , which added a bit of unhappiness to this trip to the ancient town. When I informed the boss about the time of departure, the boss said that it was not convenient to receive other guests at that time, so he asked us to take a taxi and leave. After all, we were given a free upgrade for two nights. I didn’t say anything about the room. I just said that the boss said it would be delivered to the station on the phone. At this time, the boss and the wife changed their words and said that it would only be delivered after five days of stay. In fact, I did not ask for the room to be delivered to the station during the whole process. I mentioned the verbal agreement, but the landlady looked unhappy as if I had made an unreasonable request. Since the road was not easy to walk, it was difficult to lift the luggage, so I asked the boss to help take the luggage to the taxi point of Anning Kindergarten, but the boss took it away. The luggage was put in another place right next to here and I was told to pick it up. Since I was not familiar with the route and was afraid of delaying the time to catch the bus, I asked the hotel to help guide me to pick it up. Once again, the landlady became impatient and said how about the upgraded room. , the upgrade is not what I asked for, okay? Let me talk about the room again. The bed is more comfortable to sleep on, but the next day I found small ants on the bed. I asked the boss to spray some medicine. Appreciated for the airport pick up & sending us away to the old town main entrance on our departure. It would be very difficult to come & find the hotel if no one picked up. Room is clean & bedding is comfy… nice & quiet area. Just a bit far from the old town center. Driver + guide offered us a day tour around the city with reasonable price. However, she took us to a tea store for tasting & we finally purchased some tea… which was very overpriced! We wasn’t realized at that time & found out the next day when we walked around other tea houses in the old town. We were charged a bit more than double the price! So never trust any stores recommend by driver or tour guide. Sight seeing is good enough but don’t made any purchase which are recommended by guide or driver. Tengchong is a nice area , I may come back.

When you come to Tengchong, you must stay at Sanwanli~ The landlady was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for free. The room had a very wide view and could see the entire ancient town. The chairs on the large terrace in the B&B are super comfortable with cushions. You can sit on them and watch the sky, clouds and scenery. It’s so comfortable. I love it! The breakfast is also very good ~ I will choose to stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

The environment is beautiful and the front desk sister is very warm. Just in Heshun Ancient Town, by the Wild Duck Lake. It is only 2, 300 meters away from the core area of the ancient town. Follow the road to see the lake view and cross a dam to reach the most lively place.

The location of the inn is great. It is on the outskirts of the ancient town, next to the rice fields, and the slope is not too steep. It is very convenient to get to the center of the ancient town. The room is on the second floor and is very large with a living room and a very good view. It's clean and comfortable. It's a good place to stay when you're tired of living in the city. Brother Fu and driver Xiao Yang took such good care of us these days. This trip to Tengchong was perfect!

The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom facilities were a bit outdated. It's located on the edge of the ancient town, a bit far from the main area, so it's not recommended for elderly people with mobility issues. It's fine for young people, and you can even take a walk around Wild Duck Lake. The hot springs were okay, but perhaps because we went during the off-season, there were only two pools available, so the experience wasn't great when it was crowded. I highly recommend the nearby ”Mama's Taste” restaurant – it's incredibly delicious!
