This stay was fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone! Our host, Minsu, was very welcoming and personally picked us up at the Ginkgo intersection. He also gave us plenty of recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was decorated in a simple and sophisticated style, very clean, and comfortable. Their large, high-definition TV was perfect for watching a movie in bed after a bath. The location is also great; Ginkgo King is just a five-minute walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I'd definitely stay here again.

The boss is attentive and enthusiastic, and the recommended itinerary and food are great. The inn is next to the ancient town library. It takes only a few minutes to check the ticket. The stay is very relaxed, the sleep is very good, and the coffee made by the proprietress is very good. The boss is very talkative and has a feeling of meeting with friends, that is, the holiday is too short, and I will definitely come again next time I have a chance.

We took our parents and children to Tengchong during the rainy season, and after careful consideration, we chose Yueyu Inn. We stayed for three days and were reluctant to leave; it's truly a hidden gem of an inn. My grandmother, a bit of a clean freak, raved about Yueyu's cleanliness. The courtyard, hallways, rooms, and kitchen were all spotless, a truly comforting sight. The bedding was Atour, very comfortable. Heshun Ancient Town is quite large, and the inn's location is perfectly in the center, convenient for both the east and west sides. In the afternoon, Li Ji's rice noodle stall opened, so we ate there and headed back! Next door is my fourth uncle's courtyard, practically the inn's backyard, filled with his decades-old volcanic plant treasures—a real eye-opener! The beautiful and charming landlady personally handled everything, helping us solve every problem. The auntie made breakfast for us every day, making us feel like family. She even saved the best food for us to try… So many wonderful things made us want to come back!

The room we booked was incredibly spacious; it easily fit two 20-inch suitcases. The room offered stunning, layered mountain views. The Yang family was incredibly friendly and welcoming to their guests. Their home-cooked meals were clean and hygienic, perfectly soothing our stomachs after our trip to the new environment. We were very satisfied with every meal, from rice noodles in the morning to stir-fries for lunch and dinner. There was also a coffee machine in the lobby, along with complimentary fruit and water. The coffee beans were grown and roasted by the owner himself, and the coffee was exceptionally fragrant; I had two cups every morning. The owner manages his own aviary – highly recommended! The aviary was thoughtfully designed, with multiple bathing areas for the birds. Even though it was the off-season, we had a great time taking photos during our two-day stay! We are most grateful to the Yang family for their warm hospitality! Mr. Yang has a deep understanding of the local birds; we learned a lot. He drives very steadily and cooks delicious food. We look forward to returning to Baihualing to see the cherry blossoms. Wishing the owner great success in his business!

It is too suitable for playing with the family. The air here is fresh and pleasant, and the natural scenery is beautiful. It is really worth it to choose to stay here. The price is affordable and close to the people. The room is bright and transparent, the lighting is good and the ventilation is good, and the family is comfortable.

Hostels for foreigners are usually fairly relaxed and easy to work with. This one was even more special, on arrival a quick passport photo and I was given my sheets and shown my bed. Before leaving the front desk, the receptionist asked me to scan the group QR code. I was fairly tired and had a big day planned the next day so I stayed to my bed. Even still being involved in the group text, gave me some ideas of other hostel members planning trips around the area. Location is close to the bus station and good energy among the hostel.

Only reason I gave a 4/5 for service was it took about 30 minutes to get registered as a foreign guest. Now I know it must not be common to deal with a foreigner here but a simple photo of the passport and figuring out the forms and paperwork on your own would be convenient. The room itself was across the street from the check in lobby, a bit small but did the job well. In the morning I dropped off the room key easily and walked just 10 minutes to get to the railway! Great hotel for budget travelers!

It’s best to sell expensive when you don’t have to worry about selling. Sure enough, there are natural resources in a small place. It’s about immediate interests, and it’s not trustworthy or respectful of customers. Tengchong B&B’s poor service. It doesn't match the landscape at all, it's not recommended, and it's not a vacation choice.
