GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone! Our host, Minsu, was very welcoming and personally picked us up at the Ginkgo intersection. He also gave us plenty of recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was decorated in a simple and sophisticated style, very clean, and comfortable. Their large, high-definition TV was perfect for watching a movie in bed after a bath. The location is also great; Ginkgo King is just a five-minute walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I'd definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, and the bedding is changed during stays.
Environment: A cozy and charming courtyard, conveniently located yet quiet enough at night. The fish in the fishpond are incredibly plump; they nibble at your hands when you feed them, which is quite amusing.
Service: I must emphasize the service; it's probably the best I've ever experienced in any hotel or guesthouse, whether expensive or inexpensive. My husband and I travel early and return late, and during our three nights, we were always warmly greeted by the owners and other staff. A particularly commendable aspect was their instant response to WeChat messages; they were not only responsive but also punctual, providing excellent pick-up and drop-off services and parking assistance, making our stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Tengchong and would recommend it to my friends!

Very satisfied, when we arrived at Tengchong MRT Station, the driver's master arranged by the owner of the hotel picked up the station and sent it to the door of the hotel. There is a local special breakfast every day, the taste is very good! The details are very intimate, there are shavers, and steam eye masks! There are seasonal fruits every afternoon! The environment of the small yard is very good, the green sun is shining!
The location of the homestay is very good, there are many delicious foods around, very close to the Memorial Hall of the Anti-Japanese War in West Fujian, 10 minutes walk, eating and traveling are very convenient, the boss also sent travel guidance, and food guidance. XXjtudouThis trip was with my sister and niece! The guesthouse was conveniently located near the scenic area entrance, making it easy to get in and out! Because it was at the end of a small alley, the environment was quiet, conducive to rest! The host personally picked up and dropped off our luggage at the scenic area entrance! Breakfast was healthy and delicious every day! We ordered the rice noodles in soup every day! They were very responsive to guests' requests! Finally, I'd like to suggest they be a little more proactive in their service!

Located near Bailian Hot Spring, the homestay boasts a large lotus pond at its entrance, with flowing water and birdsong. From the second-floor rooms, the windows offer views of black-tiled roofs and white walls against the backdrop of distant mountains, creating a tranquil and elegant atmosphere, like stepping into a paradise.
The service was impeccable, with attentive care throughout from check-in to check-out. Special praise goes to Sister Qian at the front desk, who not only patiently explained the town's sightseeing guide but also proactively recommended local delicacies; her meticulous attention to detail made me feel incredibly warm. The rooms were clean and tidy, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Every day here was comfortable and pleasant; I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Heshun!

GGuest UserThis hotel is nestled within a hot spring village, offering a beautiful environment that truly makes you feel close to nature. Tengchong isn't a very large area, so travel time from the hotel to various scenic spots won't exceed 30 minutes.
The private hot spring is set in a charming little courtyard, creating a wonderful ambiance.
The afternoon tea included in our room package required a reservation in advance, as they prepare a limited number of sets daily. If our schedule was tight and we missed the afternoon tea time, they were happy to deliver it to our room, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, the service maintained the Banyan Tree standard. My only surprise was the lack of Christmas atmosphere in Tengchong; even a major international brand like Banyan Tree had no Christmas decorations or elements during the holiday season.

Hygiene: The room is clean, but the dry and wet areas are not separated. The toilet and shower are together, and the toilet area is a bit cramped.
Environment: The whole park is very large and suitable for walking around. The coffee experience center has a lot of self-produced coffee and coffee derivatives, which can be bought.
Service: Breakfast and afternoon tea are good. The staff also invited us to taste hand-brewed coffee, which is better than afternoon tea. There are many coffee-related experience projects in the park, but they are all charged. I didn’t experience any of them.
Afternoon tea: The free afternoon tea has coffee, fruit and dried fruit. The coffee is quite sour, so people who don't like coffee may not be used to it.
The price of the room is about 400 in the off-season, which is a bit low in terms of cost performance. If you deduct the cost of afternoon tea, it will be about 300. You can stay in a 4-star hotel in the city at this price.
So here are some small suggestions to improve the experience of guests:
1. Can you add fruit peel tea to the afternoon tea to give friends who don't drink coffee an additional option?
