We had an enjoyable and wonderfu 1 Nightl stay at Gingko Village Jubing Chinese Inn. The room is very spacious and looks the same as the photos posted on their website. The services provided by the boss and his wife far exceeded the expectations... Free pick up from Tengchong Airport to Jubing was a huge bonus for us who were first timers to Tengchong. The boss went to the entrance of Gingko Village to wait & pick us up when our transport arrived at Gingko Village. He also drove us in his electric cart to explore the entire Gingko Village. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for our needs. We also ordered their home cooked lunch & dinner (esp green gingko nuts with chicken soup + complimentary grilled green gingko nuts ) and both meals were delicious and reasonably priced.. The courtyard with the yellow leaves gingko trees is also very beautiful. Jubing Chinese Inn will be my first choice when we next visit Gingko Village . (see attached photos)

During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery. If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

This trip was with my sister and niece! The guesthouse was conveniently located near the scenic area entrance, making it easy to get in and out! Because it was at the end of a small alley, the environment was quiet, conducive to rest! The host personally picked up and dropped off our luggage at the scenic area entrance! Breakfast was healthy and delicious every day! We ordered the rice noodles in soup every day! They were very responsive to guests' requests! Finally, I'd like to suggest they be a little more proactive in their service!

The hot springs at night were very relaxing, the environment was great, and the rice noodles for breakfast were delicious! High value for money, highly recommended. The front desk even gave us mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival, a very thoughtful touch!

I originally booked a different courtyard, but the owner upgraded me to a Lotus Pond King Room. The view was great; it would definitely be even more beautiful during lotus blooming season. There's a stylish coffee shop downstairs. Transportation is relatively convenient compared to other guesthouses in the ancient town, located on the west side, accessible by car, though a bit far from the center. The wooden structure of the house isn't very soundproof; there's a small road downstairs where cars pass by, making it a little noisy. The service was excellent; they even picked me up from the visitor center. Coming back in the evening, I enjoyed warming myself by the fireplace downstairs with some black tea – very pleasant. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!

It’s a great deal with stay voucher. Room was spacious and facilities are new. The manger Bill was helpful and made our stay smooth and pleasant. Especially shout out to the activities host. Forgot to take her name but she was super patient and nice. Will def recommend the hotel to friends

We went to both Beaton and Goldman Sachs. In comparison, Bitton is more like a mature business entity, while Goldman Sachs is more like a small coffee-loving workshop, each with its own merits. Beaton focuses on manor, experience, environment and life. Tasting various beans and drinking coffee are all chargeable items in Bitun. But Biton, which charges a fee, allows you to enjoy the beautiful environment, see various coffee trees, homemade roasting machines, constantly evolve various varieties of beans, and develop different flavors. It can make you feel the efforts of being a large manor. The room is clean and the yard is beautiful. The last price list: picking experience costs 50 per person, asking a tour guide to explain it costs 100, and afternoon tea is provided with the accommodation, including a cup of coffee and a small amount of dried fruit.

Spacious room, good shower, with nice water pressure. Bath towels and bed linens appeared to be washed by specialized companies, which seemed quite hygienic. Surprisingly was the complimentary tea which was loose leaf and not tea bags like in many places. I really appreciated this courtesy. Being in a country where I am not familiar with the customs, only in my last day, I had a guess that for more dedicated room cleaning or ”more time-consuming cleaning “ it was needed to be requested. Still not sure if that’s so. The hotel lacks of a bit of maintenance and right from the entrance it had some funny smell mixed with cigarettes odors, the same for the elevator and corridors. It would be better if these places, also the carpets was better maintained also applied products to eliminate bad odors. In spite of it, we have had a smooth staying and sincerely fell in love for Tengchong and it’s people, not to mention that we did appreciate all the food we had.

It's so thoughtful. I just came here to play, and they took every little detail of my stay into consideration. Her restaurant also has a cozy environment. I have never been to other restaurants. I am always surprised every time I go. I will come again next time.
