The location is very near HBF, it’s new, clean and with the great view. The room sound proofing (with next door) wasn’t great. But I was not happy is the service, I booked and prepaid online a few days before checking in. And when we checked in on the day, the front desk told me the payment from travel agent was failed and asked me for full payment in Euro. I was disappointed but still paying again due to late check in hour, and reported to Trip customer service online later. Trip customer service was responsive, and clarified it was the mistake on the hotel side in a moment later. The hotel refunded the payment in the next day, but i have paid twice currency exchange (paid and refund) of credit card charges from bank for the mistake made by the hotel, and they should have time to sort it out with the agent, not to the guest on the arrival day.
