"The hotel is situated within the Changbai Mountain resort area. It's a bit far from the main commercial street, but getting around is easy either by car or by using the small electric vehicles available right outside the hotel. The hotel offers a good range of benefits. On our second day, it rained, delaying the opening of the mountain slide until noon. We queued for about two hours, but it was well worth the wait. The mountain scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the slide itself was a lot of fun. The breakfast spread was extensive. Our butler, No. 3, was exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous, even surprising us with a gift. Our room came with executive lounge access, which allowed us to enjoy light refreshments in the afternoon – a very convenient perk."

"The two-bedroom unit was very spacious and came with a refrigerator, stove, and cookware, allowing us to prepare our own meals. It had three TVs. One bedroom featured a large bed, comfortably accommodating two adults and a child, while the other had two single beds. Both bedrooms also had their own private bathrooms. Although the hotel facilities seemed a bit old, they were fully functional and well-maintained.
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to dining options and water activities, all within easy walking distance. There's a street lined with restaurants right downstairs. We also enjoyed beautiful and spectacular mountain views. The hotel's services and recreational facilities are comprehensive. The kids absolutely loved the water park, and adults had a great time there too, making it a perfect spot for families with children.
Manager Benjamin was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, providing prompt and excellent service, which made our trip very enjoyable."

"Having stayed at two different hotels in the Wanda Resort for two consecutive nights – with the Sheraton being almost twice as expensive – I'd like to review my experience based on this comparison.
What stood out positively: The service quality was excellent. The staff – from the front desk and our dedicated 'Steward No. 8' to the service teams at the Chinese restaurant (dinner) and Western breakfast restaurant – all displayed wonderful attitudes, were very prompt in resolving issues, and demonstrated a very high standard of service. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
What was disappointing: The location and facilities were major letdowns. The entire resort is quite expansive. For guests without their own cars, getting around relies on the resort's shuttle train. However, the Sheraton's location is a 5-7 minute walk from the train stop, which felt quite remote. Of course, there were shared electric bikes available right outside the hotel, but unfortunately, I don't know how to ride them, which was a bit frustrating.
Moving on to the *in-room* facilities: the room size and orientation were good. However, for the first time ever in a hotel – something I haven't even encountered in a budget guesthouse – the shower water pressure fluctuated wildly, going from strong to weak, and the temperature constantly swung between hot and cold. Furthermore, the overhead rain shower was a mere trickle, like a gentle drizzle, forcing me to give up on using it altogether. The absence of a central overhead light in the room – perhaps a common trend in hotels? – made the lighting quite dim. Is this supposed to create 'ambiance'?
Finally, the toilet paper in the bathroom. It's 2025, and I was genuinely surprised to find a hotel still providing single-ply toilet paper. It's simply unacceptable; being stingy is not the same as being economical."

They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. "Compared to Hyatt, I found the experience at Luneng much better. Firstly, it wasn't crowded, and we were able to enjoy all the complimentary activities provided by the hotel. The children absolutely loved them, and it's very friendly for young children. Secondly, the scenery was excellent. At Hyatt, it was impossible to book any activities, and their resort area isn't as expansive as Luneng's. However, the food quality wasn't as good as at Hyatt. The restaurants in the commercial district were completely deserted; it seemed everyone was dining at the hilltop restaurant. While transportation isn't as convenient as Hyatt's, if you're planning a staycation purely within the hotel, I found the experience truly enjoyable."

The rooms are a bit compact, so figuring out where to put your suitcase can be a puzzle; I'd suggest tucking it under the mini-bar counter.

It was off-season when I traveled, so there were few people in the hotel. We shared the breakfast room with the hotel opposite. The breakfast was simple and there were not many choices. We booked a family room, which was relatively large and the various benefits were also good. There was nothing to eat around Luneng. In comparison, Wanda Resort was more convenient.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean. The toiletries were all well-known brands, safe to use, and smelled delicious. The courtyard-style B&B also had a unique atmosphere and was very close to the West Scenic Area distribution center. The owner and the hostess were very kind and accommodated all our requests. They also provided free airport transfers, and the hostess's dumplings were truly delicious.

BBluesTeaI didn't book three consecutive days, so I had to buy them separately. The room is very big, and a family of four can sleep on one kang. The hotel provides airport transfers, and cars can be sent at any time to go anywhere in the resort. I skied for three days. The children knew how to roller skate before, so I didn't hire a coach and went directly to the snow track. On the first day, I skied four laps on the beginner's track, 9 laps on the second day, and on the third day, I went to the intermediate track and skied 23 laps. I was exhausted. I skied for more than 4-6 hours every day. I went to the hot springs at night, and I didn't expect it to be better than the blissful hot springs. I just didn't play the rime drifting that was given, because the children were too tired to get up from skiing. I also gave two little tigers before leaving. I saw Tianchi this time, and next time I come here for pure skiing, it should be a lot easier. By the way, the breakfast is rich, and you can ski vigorously only if you eat well every day, especially the rice noodles are delicious. The iron pot stew at Yuanxiang Restaurant next to the hotel is also good, which is more convenient and cost-effective than the commercial street in the resort. The children passed by the snow field and snow lake on the way back to the hotel from the restaurant, and they had a lot of fun.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes.
Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

TTop IssarapongWe had a wonderful stay here with warm hospitality in the middle of cold winter. The place gives a local vibes which using wood-fired heating that provides heated bed & bathroom as well as good smells.
Don’t miss a dinner with wood-fired iron pot stew. Meat really tendered and smells good.
Kids really enjoyed as they can play snow right at the door, plus ice fishing in the tent where we catch 10 rainbow trouts in half an hour then the host cook it right away for a real fresh grilled fish, amazing!
Only regret is that we should have stayed longer than 1 night here, highly recommend!!

There was no need for air conditioning; simply opening the window made the room wonderfully cool. Just imagine Beijing at 39°C in July, while here it was a delightful 24°C during the day and 16°C at night – truly refreshing!
The hotel's surroundings offer beautiful scenery. Hot springs are easily accessible, just downstairs, and there are many outdoor pools. The complimentary sightseeing cable car tickets offered by the hotel were truly excellent value.
I'd like to give a special shout-out to Xiaolin from the front desk. She was incredibly enthusiastic, recommending places to visit and local touring routes. We drove all the way from Beijing, and found the hotel's location made it very convenient to explore the area. She even saw us off when we checked out. This hot spring hotel is definitely worth recommending.

1-Supporting all requests, various emergencies during the trip, as long as I ask for help (replenishment of items, asking for directions and procedures, finding lost items...), they always respond and help me as soon as possible! Every time, the attitude is very good. Sometimes consumers don't have to have an explanation, but an attitude of being valued and cared for.
2-Every staff member is cheerful, the front desk, cleaning, manager, kitchen... Everyone works very cheerfully, as a guest, I will also be in a good mood.
3-Special thanks to my service manager Ms. Shi Qing, who always helps and has a place for everything. Don't panic when you encounter problems. It's icy and snowy. I believe that the manager can use ”magic” to solve the problem.
【Breakfast】
1-Both Chinese and Western styles are available. The basic breakfast dishes are complete. It's not luxurious, but the key is that the taste is not fussy, and they are all delicious. Breakfast is very important for skiers! Vegetables, meat, porridge, noodles, rice, bread, coffee, fruit... I eat one meal in the morning, which can last the whole day.
2- There are a lot of people during breakfast. It is better to go early than late. Be prepared for long queues. It is common in the tourist season and is completely acceptable.

The space capsule is new and well-equipped. I was originally worried that it would be too cold at night, but unexpectedly I was woken up by the heat in the morning. The bed is moderately soft and easy to sleep on, and the hot water is also very hot. There is also a starry sky ceiling and a projector to play videos. It is very special to have such enjoyment in this ice and snow place. You can also feel that the boss pays attention to the details of the decoration, which is very good!
The most fun thing is ice fishing. I originally came to this tent for ice fishing. I caught three fish in the morning and 14 fish in the afternoon. The boss’s father was very considerate and helped to light the charcoal fire to string the fish. He was also worried that we wouldn’t be able to catch any fish and taught us how to do it. The secret is that while fishing, you can play with your children in the snow tube.
