"We really enjoyed our stay at The Social Hub Lavagnini. It’s clean, modern, and well-designed with a young, international vibe. We’re in our early 30s and felt like we fit right in. It’s ideal for younger travelers or anyone who prefers something more relaxed and social than a traditional hotel. An older couple might feel a little out of place, but that depends on what kind of atmosphere you’re after.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Anytime we needed something, they handled it quickly and with a great attitude.
The common areas downstairs are a real highlight. There’s lots of space to work, hang out, or meet other travelers. It really does have a community feel, just like the reviews say.
There’s also a rooftop with a pool and bar. It’s nice to have, but to be honest, we didn’t find the bar particularly exciting. More of a perk than a destination.
It’s about a 25-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the historic center, so you’ll be doing a bit of walking each day. Still, we thought the location was a good balance- close enough to everything, but far enough to be out of the thick of the crowds. For the price and the comfort of the hotel, it felt totally worth it.
Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and social place to stay in Florence."

"The overall hotel experience was great, far exceeding expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the hygiene was very good, and it was cleaned in time every day. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the public areas had a strong sense of design, especially the swimming pool area, which was super photogenic. The front desk and service staff were very enthusiastic, and the check-in efficiency was also very high. The facilities were complete, and both the gym and the restaurant were well maintained. The transportation was also very convenient, with buses and subway stations nearby, so traveling was stress-free. This time I stayed here with my friends, and everyone was very satisfied and felt that the price-performance ratio was very high. Next time I have a chance to come to Florence, I will definitely choose this place again, and I strongly recommend it to friends who come to visit!"

"A very satisfying hotel. It is five minutes away from Florence Railway Station. It is very safe. This is a hotel with a beautiful lobby. The rooms retain the old window switches, which are quite interesting. This time I was given a large suite. The middle door was locked to become two suites. I was a little concerned about it. Fortunately, the neighbors were relatively quiet (it is better to talk to the front desk to avoid such a room). The restaurant of this hotel is in an excellent location. You can see the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore every breakfast. When the weather is good, the Tuscan ridges in the distance can be clearly seen. The breakfast does not change much every day, but the variety is OK. The hotel's room service and restaurant service are first-class!"

"Very nice IHG hotel near Florence central station and eith easy access thereby to all transport, including trams. The garage was very handy.
The room was small and clean and amply equipped. There was a balcony with a pleasant view. The room and hotel in general were very quiet, despite high occupancy.
The concierge was very helpful and, with easy walking, taxi or public transport options, we were soon at a wonderful restaurant he had recommended.
Overall, a very good stay."

"I recently stayed at Popartment in Florence, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. The amenities offered were more than sufficient, making the stay comfortable. I particularly appreciated the kitchen area, which allowed for some light cooking.
The breakfast provided was decent, with a good selection to start the day. The neighborhood around Popartment was quiet and serene, which made for peaceful evenings, yet it was conveniently close to restaurants and shops. A short walk to the tram stop made it easy to access the city's main attractions, and the nearby establishments provided a variety of options for dining and shopping.
The one area where improvement could be made is with housekeeping. While it’s understandable that the room isn't cleaned daily, I would recommend at least providing a service to take away the trash regularly.
Overall, Popartment is a solid choice for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and peaceful stay in Florence."

This price is good, mainly convenient, 4 minutes walk from the Central Market, 4 minutes from the train station, and 8 minutes from Notre Dame de Fiore. "Super friendly staff from the concierge to their kitchen staff. Very enjoyed the room we received as it was very spacious and clean. Great variety of breakfast options and they never left the plates empty for long always had it topped quickly. Fresh coffee served. Location was great we parked our car overnight and walked majority of the time staying here. Lots of places to eat and drink locally. Definitely revisiting this hotel if we get the chance to revisit Italy!"

"The Hoxton Florence was a great experience! The comfiest bed and pillow. So happy about that.
Friendly service upon arrival and smooth check in.
Location was a bit of a walk but do-able and gave us a chance to explore the areas. On the plus side it kept us away from the touristy areas and people. The neighbourhood around the hotel was clean and there were some nice local coffee shops / bakeries for breakfast.
I recommend the Hoxton Florence and would stay again."

"The hotel is just off center which is ok. The service was excellent and the room was clean. But there was a serious lack of amenities, particularly there where none apart from hand soap and shampoo and also the condition of the bed was not very good. If the price was half I would not be so much concerned about these, but for the price payed I expected more."

The doorman's warm service and polite greetings add to the feeling of being at home, and the check-in reception is also very particular and thoughtful.
In terms of the guest rooms, both the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room are first-class. Every detail reflects the hotel's high standards of cleanliness, and the bathroom is always spotless. However, the design of the shower room is slightly inconvenient and may cause water overflow, but overall it does not affect the accommodation experience.
The top lounge on the sixth floor has a view of the Florence landmark building, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, which is absolutely outstanding. There will be barbecues and bars in summer.
Breakfast is a highlight here, and a hearty breakfast on the second day is definitely not to be missed. The rich Western breakfast selection, coupled with exquisite presentation, brings a perfect start to the day. From the environment to the service to the dining, this hotel undoubtedly provides travelers with an unforgettable stay experience.

GGuest UserWe were starting to get fed up with city centre hotels during our month-long European trip so decided on Hu Firenze Camping in Town. This would be a new experience for us.
Getting there from the main train station was pretty easy. Hu Firenze messaged accurate and easy instructions to get the 14B bus from outside the station near Burger King. The bus took about 15 minutes and dropped off right outside the entrance to Hu Firenze. The journey is €1.50 paid by credit/debit card tap and go.
Reception was friendly and efficient. Throughout our 3-night stay, everyone was very friendly and professional.
There was a small supermarket with prices similar to other small supermarkets. The onsite restaurant is not a typical campsite cafe, but offers great coffee and food. We had breakfast there each day and pizza on the last night. The pizza was amazing.
There are three pools with lots of sunbeds, laundry, showers for people camping or in RVs.
We had a mid-level bungalow as we had intended just to sleep there. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The air-conditioning was new. There is a fridge. The beds were comfortable and we ended up sleeping really well every night.
Probably the best thing was the vibe. Everyone was so friendly and talked to you. There were so many cute dogs with friendly owners.
We will be staying here next time and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in the heart of a beautiful region.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.

GGuest UserIt's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.

SSoleneAlthough the location is pretty far from the city Centre, riding the tram was pretty easy and convenient (about 20 min to downtown). The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was buffet style with a variety of breads, baked goods, scrambled eggs, yogurts, meats and cheeses. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff are very diligent. Also the furniture choices for the room were perfect. Small side tables and a small desk didn’t take up too much space. The only things that were a bit dissatisfying were the noise level (we could hear other guests’ alarms in the morning and stomping in the upstairs rooms) and some parts of the room were a little worn or old, including some damage to the wall and baseboards, missing grates from the air conditioning vent.
