"We booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bedāthere is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading.
We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort.
Additionally, the TV wasnāt working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given.
Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weakāI had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection.
While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience."

The selections are avery Filipino and the buffet are very well! not even a single time run out of food, all in all our experience is good looking forward to visit again with family but will make sure atleast 2-3 days the word is ābitenā Kudos to the Team"

"This hotel is really goof for the family trip with baby,we booked 2bedrooms suites,one room for the yaya,one room for us.
one of the part that I am not satisfied is that when we were checking in,the ground floor was so noisy and crowded...The front desk said there is a event during that time,I understand,but makes me feel uncomfortable when we were waiting for check in..
and I remember the hotel wrote ānewly renovatedā,but some parts of the room,seems old...for example,the shower area,the floor in restroom,the balcony already rusting,the towels semms really old ..But the price is cheap,so I didn't complain about those..Just hope the hotel can make those parts better..
the location is really perfect for traveling!The famous restaurant name āRosario pamanang panlasā is just in front of the hotel,and there is a small mall beside the hotel,just 1-2minutes walking distance.The sky ranch is just nearby.we can see the lake and the volcano thru the Windows,really nice!

"Room and amenities are great! However courtesy and hospitality of the staff in the breakfast buffet arenāt nice.
And upon check out the front desk lady ask me to sit and wait first to check the room, was waiting for more than 20 mins coz I heard her earlier that she was calling the room number one by one. But when I ask her again she just told me that she already clear my room, like what? I was just sitting there waiting for you to call me atleast approach mewhile I was literally wasting my time waiting for her call!"

"Hotel staff are very accommodating and very welcoming. They helped us with our anniversary celebration.
The hotel building looks old, but it is clean and well maintained. Parking is free, heated pool is good enough that you can enjoy.
Breakfast is superb, everything was fresh. They also have karaoke nights. They also have a gym.
In our room, everything is clean. For me it was spotless and you can make request anytime and they will do it in a timely manner.
For me it was 10/10 and will surely comeback and will tell with my fam and friends about it."

"We loved our stay, most specially the amenities such as pool and gaming room! The kids really had fun, and the moms loved picture-taking! The view from our room was mesmerising. Staff were kind and helpful. However, we did wish that our rooms were more clean, particularly the floor corners, toilet and the AC ventilator. We did find some bugs in the terrace too unfortunately. By the way, using the iron is 100 pesos, which I was very surprised about honestly because usually this is free and we literally used it for one item. š

DDMerylCONTAINERS-is conveniently located across from SVD Starbucks - with view of Taal Lake. Itās really an Eco friendly- green environment made with all different kinds of organic materials- from outside to inside. Local artists- including owners work ,decorate the space. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Nice bathroom. Japanese Restaurant on site is delicious. Air conditioning in rooms is ok - but a little noisy. Needs some air freshener in room- smells a bit musty.

The breakfast is not so nice and they do not replenish the breakfast at the extension area after 9am considering that the breakfast is up until 10:30 am and they have placed a lot of guest in the extension area due to full capacity of the restaurant where the buffet should be.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the size of the room. The hotel was right beside Sky ranch and has a lot of places to eat nearby. The room, Deluxe Twin, can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

JJohn RexThe room was ok. The only issues were, malfunctioning aircon, no initial wifi, the door is kind hard to open and close, and no initial heater.
But they solved it by transferring us to another room, with portable wifi being delivered. Aircon was now working fine, and the heater was already turned on. Maybe it was that particular room that has issues.
But nevertheless, we had a good stay. I forgot, the pillow was kinda big, and it gives me some sort of a neck strain of some sort.

My only concern is they clean the room on the 2nd night even though we don't request it. We are shocked when we are back in the room š.We really appreciate the initiative but we hope next time, ask permission first. And for the pool, it's too cold. Security: We felt secured in the hotel. They have CCTVs and guards are on duty 24/7.
The location is just beside the main road so it is very accessible. Tho it is located beside the road, we can't hear any sounds from vehicles or motorists along the road. I had a good sleep here.
Water: They have a strong water supply which is a big plus for this hotel as conpared to others.
Restaurant or in house food: not operational but you can order via grab or food panda. no charge.
Rooms: Clean. Bedsheets, pillow cases and comforters are very clean and pristine condition. No moldy smell from room. Spacious and with veranda. Ref is also available. Hopefully, you can add smart tv since your cable tv has 2-3 channels only :(
Cr: Bathtub is a plus point, with hot and cold shower, bidet, and compliementary hygiene kit.
Price: Very reasonable

AA. BibiIt was amazing! I love the place I booked to stay. Extremely pleased with the location. Highly recommended. Its a corner villa and it was very quiet and peaceful. The care taker was a lady called Chorna and its gated so you can be assured of the security.the security guards were very good. It is safe, its a peaceful heaven. I will definitely be back. Thank you and well done to Hampton Villa. The cleanliness of the place is great and it's a true get away. The 2 bedder villa was fully furnished too.
