3-Star Hotels in Tagaytay

Rou is truly an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly attentive and assisted us every step of the way throughout our entire stay. She made a point to check in on us regularly to see if everything was okay, and she was always very quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance with anything. Her warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home and completely comfortable the moment we arrived. On top of her amazing hospitality, the place itself was clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

It was indeed an amazing stay!🥰 . The staff were all so kind and accommodating ❤️ . I love its concept -- being an eco-friendly hotel using containers for the rooms with empty bottles, tree branches for the rooms interiors and lots of hand paintings and own grown up plants all over ❤️❤️❤️ . Love that they are also pet friendly hotel ( a pet playground with waiting area was provided). My family enjoyed games of billiards and table tennis at the roofdeck too!🥰 The place is very instagrammable and unique! We also enjoyed our breakfasts at their Bahay Kafe. They also have function room for intimate gatherings and restos and a spa. Location wise - very near the major road, the first Starbucks in Tagaytay and the nearby tourist attractions! If you're looking to a place just to sleep, this would be it but if you're looking for some hotel to enjoy it's amenities. This is not the place for it. Best: The staff are very nice especially the front desk. Minor Comments: We have to wait 45 mins since they didn't expect our check in but, the fix it right away. The hotels are clean, but not an A+ clean. You cannot walk on the room floor without slippers, it will get your feet black. I have my wife and my kids with me. The younger one enjoys the stay but oldest gets bored about 3 hours of staying. Aside from the ice cold pool, there's nothing much to do. The gym with 2 equipments is not working but I think in time, it could be better. Since they told me that they're kitchen is on maintennace. Even an ice, or a complimentary drinks was not included. Overall, it was a good experience. I

Real family is a bit old hotel, and I think needs maintenance when it comes to the carpeted floor. Overall, out stay was good. The location is very good as it is near ayala malls serin, and fora filinvest mall. Their staffs are all smiling and hospitable.

The room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.

Very good location and just next to McDonald and along the road..only rooms with window come with fake wondow...will stay again if back to visit...

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! The hotel has informed me when I checked in, that the photos of the room I booked which I saw from trip.com’s site, was not the same as what they will give me. And since we were tired from the long travel, I just agreed as long as the number of beds that I’ve booked were the same and the room was senior-friendly. The room was, in general, clean and spacious. However, the phone and the TV were not working. I informed the reception about it and was told it would be fixed after 3 days. The toilet was a disappointment as it looked dilapidated and mouldy. Overall, the staff were friendly and the place looked nice, however, I think there would be a better place to go that is the same as the price I paid.

Kind staff and accomodating. Though di gaanong satisfied sa room medyo gloomy. Pero all goods. Gumagana din lahat ng kitchen appliances. Thank you.
