"每個前台小姐姐態度都很好，都給個誇誇哈哈，這家酒店設施配置服務都不輸大城市。 大廳有現磨咖啡機，還有養生茶，電梯要刷卡，安全性很高。 有早餐，建議大家買帶早餐的選項，早餐有蒸餃，小籠包，粉面，炒粉或炒飯，炒菜，涼拌菜，粥，豆漿，牛奶，蒸紅薯，雞蛋等，選擇很多。 有洗衣房，洗衣房裡面有洗衣機和烘乾機，提供洗衣粉，很方便就在六樓。 九樓是餐廳和健身房，很喜歡跑步機嘿嘿，吃完飯可以快步走走消食。 有免費停車場，就是坡度有些大，需要些技術，門口也有能停車的位置。 每天早上都會有阿姨按鈴問要不要打掃衞生增物品，超級贊。 有送餐機器人，還挺新奇。 全屋的小度智能，一句話就行，開燈開電視開窗簾。 馬桶有一次性馬桶墊，很貼心。 日常用品還有護理包，很nice。 我特別喜歡這種消毒後單獨包裝好的毛巾，比一次性舒服，也乾淨。 浴室拖鞋也是消毒好包裝的，安心用。 乾濕分離不錯，就是希望貴酒店以後能在衞生間加一個掛衣服的架子，這樣方便掛要換的衣物，還有擦身上的浴巾，我發現放卷子架子上面的位置剛剛好開門不會撞到，可以安黑色的衣架，也不會突兀，整體住下來很滿意，工作人員也都很好，贊贊贊，下次來還會預訂這家酒店。"

"The B&B is in a fantastic location, with views of the rice terraces and sunrise from the room. Picture one was taken from the first-floor restaurant, enjoying the view while dining. Picture two was taken from the room itself, and the decor is so comfortable. It's right next to Rice Terrace No. 5 and very close to the cafe, making it feel like you're right next to the most beautiful rice terraces. For sunrise, it's just a ten-minute walk along the path outside the B&B to Observation Deck No. 6, which is incredibly convenient. The B&B owner and his family are very friendly and welcoming. The food is also delicious. We ate all three meals at the B&B, and they were all delicious. The fish and chicken were both fresh and delicious. I immediately recommended this to my friends after returning. I'll definitely go back to see the rice terraces year-round. I'll definitely stay here again."

"Lady boss accommodated my multiple transport arrangement requests and provided recommendations to eat and to explore the village. Very patient, helpful and even offered me a boiled egg to go before I catch my train. Insisted on helping me to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs even though it's heavy and more than half her size. Accommodation is basic but more than sufficient for a lodging in a relatively small remote village area, towels, toothbrushes, body wash and shampoo provided. Western toilet and hot running water. Central location and close to the supermart and Souvenir area. Cosy guesthouse and most importantly, spectacular view! Very quaint and peaceful stay. If you're sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs as it's a wooden house so you can feel and hear movements, as well as chickens cooing in the morning, which didn't affect me. I absolutely love this place!"

The new place they have with a restaurant is not as nice as the hotel, and for foreigners the team could improve the service a little bit since we couldn't have any lucky with the hiking trails and the daily tour included. However, they were really helpful for dinner and other stuff."

The only minor issue was that the TV remote didn't work initially, but the front desk staff promptly resolved the problem, minimizing any impact on the overall experience. A few improvements could be made to the details, such as providing more disposable toiletries. However, more proactive smiles and warm greetings from the front desk staff would undoubtedly enhance the guest experience and boost sales. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a diverse and abundant buffet to satisfy various tastes. The handsome kitchen staff not only had excellent cooking skills but were also exceptionally warm and humble, patiently answering all questions and making guests feel welcome. Overall, the hotel's core strengths are prominent. If some details could be optimized, it would surely provide guests with an even more fulfilling experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to visit the surrounding area again."

"房間很寬敞，衞生很乾凈，晚上外面的侗族風雨樓和鼓樓的夜景確實很美，可以坐在窗邊欣賞夜景，停車場就在酒店旁邊超級方便，而且酒店下面有很多好吃的，前台服務員很熱情，會很耐心的介紹周邊的景點和出行方式等，酒店環境真的很不錯，而且還不貴，非常推薦大家來這裏！"

"I took my kids on a trip during the summer vacation. It took me 2 hours to go from Libo on the winding mountain road. I encountered two heavy rains in the middle. I was hesitant because I was afraid that the road would be difficult to walk and the scenic area would not be fun. However, it turned out that my persistence was worth it. The boss lady was very nice and upgraded our room for free. We could see the terraced fields by opening the curtains. The room was clean and hygienic. The staff would greet us with a smile when they saw us. When we came back at night, the dog would escort us all the way. In the morning, I sat in front of the window to eat breakfast, appreciate the terraced fields, and feel the breeze. I hope time can pass slower and slower! It is worth mentioning that the food in the homestay is also very good. "給我影響最深的是辦理完入住，告訴我到樓層往左手邊走，習慣往右走，走了一圈，到房間後放好行李出門辦事，還是習慣往右手邊走，發現前台小妹妹辦理入住時提醒我到樓層下了電梯左手邊的提示，是近了一些，沒想到服務做到這麼細，真心不錯的，房間比我想象的大，乾淨整潔。床很大，舒服。今天退房是還送了一個小禮品，打開看了一下，是一個蒸汽眼罩，還有護手霜，一個茶葉。蒸汽眼罩對於我長期出差來説，真心不錯的，在車上可以休息時用，感覺挺好的，衹有經常出差的人能體會到這種吧！護手霜冬天來説還是可以的。女孩子更加需要啊！整體感受是不錯的，價格也合適。"
