"An unexpectedly wonderful experience. I truly felt a sense of warmth during my trip. Originally, I just booked this hotel for an early flight the next day. I never imagined that every staff member would work so diligently to ensure guests' comfort. Regardless of whether it was their direct responsibility, they genuinely went out of their way to think of the guests. Leaving Daocheng in the cold winter, my heart was filled with the warmth of human kindness. On the first floor, there's a professional, complimentary oxygen bar, and the in-room oxygen diffusion system can reduce the effective altitude by over a thousand meters, allowing for a great night's sleep. The underfloor heating was powerful, and the room didn't feel too dry. Anyone who's experienced high altitudes will understand how valuable this is. The hotel prepared an abundance of fruits and snacks to combat altitude sickness, and Rhodiola oral solutions were placed at the elevator entrances for guests to take. They even offered late-night desserts, and the noodles and fresh vegetable juice at breakfast were absolutely outstanding. I'd long grown indifferent to breakfast at international five-star chain hotels, but I was genuinely impressed by the breakfast at this county town hotel. I also want to give a special thanks to the kind Brother Dorje. He truly wore many hats; from the moment we arrived, he was busy helping and hosting us, and the next day, we discovered he was also our airport shuttle driver. While his Mandarin accent wasn't always easy to understand, we particularly enjoyed chatting with him and listening to his stories about the ******* areas. Isn't finding these bright spots along the way the very meaning of travel?"

"Absolutely loved it! The owner is incredibly kind and friendly. They offer free ******* traditional clothing for guests to borrow, and it's all so well-maintained, clean, and tidy. We even got to see the 'Sun-drenched Golden Mountain' right from the hotel, and the rooftop access means you can go up and admire it anytime – truly breathtaking. The room came with a free oxygen concentrator, and there's a diffused oxygen supply available for a fee. Plus, on the ground floor, the owner has their own medical oxygen concentrator for refills. Don't miss the owner's yak hotpot and boiled sliced pork – absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Staying in Yading Village means you can enter the scenic area whenever you like, without having to take an hour-long bus ride every day. You can wake up naturally and head into the mountains at your own pace, which is incredibly chill. The guesthouse is conveniently located next to Yading Station 1 and not far from Station 2. The owner can even help with luggage, either sending it to the bus or bringing it down for you, saving a lot of time. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the mountains."

"The hotel is just right near the ticket office 3 minutes by walking. The room was clean and warm providing a full set of amenities, an electric blanket, and also the oxygen machine. All of the staff have the best service minds, one of them gave me a lot of suggestions before I arrived through WeChat and also prepared a taxi to pick me up at the bus station at late night. Another one gave me good taking care since I got a serious headache when I arrived hotel, he gave me and installed an oxygen machine which helped me feel better eventually. I do appreciate it and waiting to go back again."

"My stay this time was excellent. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. Room service was prompt; whether it was changing towels or other requests, they were met swiftly. "This stay was great! The front desk staff was so enthusiastic, efficient at checking in, smiling throughout the whole process, and actively shared tips for playing. They also carefully wrote down the needs of the elderly who were traveling with them, which was very heartwarming. The sanitation of the guest rooms was in place, and the overall cleanliness was very comfortable. The room equipment was easy to use, and the humidifier was very considerate, which solved the problem of dryness. The transportation was very convenient, and the hotel parking lot was safe and convenient. When we went to the scenic spot, the hotel arranged a special person to take us to the visitor center, and picked us up on time in the evening. We didn't have to worry about transportation throughout the whole process, which was very worry-free. The overall stay was comfortable and safe, and it must be praised with five stars!"

"Qishan Yue | A Warm Haven Hidden in Daocheng Yading Deep within the Daocheng Yading scenic area, I stumbled upon Qishan Yue, an incredibly impressive guesthouse that far exceeded all my expectations. The high-altitude weather was chilly, and the mountain wind was biting, but the guesthouse kept the rooms consistently warm with both underfloor heating and electric heaters. Coupled with convenient smart home features, it offered a comfortable modern experience even in pristine nature – a thoughtful touch that's truly rare. The guesthouse's location is absolutely superb. Opening the window, I could gaze at the distant Xianairi Holy Mountain, witnessing its majestic and sacred beauty as clouds drifted by. I was incredibly lucky to witness the breathtaking spectacle of the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight' – the moment the golden light swept over the peaks made every journey feel worthwhile. Getting there was seamless, as it's directly connected to Bus Stop 3 of the scenic area shuttle. Dining within the scenic area can often be inconvenient, but here, I could enjoy all three meals on-site. The food was hearty and reasonably priced, truly offering great value for money. What touched me most was the owner's genuine sincerity and enthusiasm. Due to my own oversight, I caused quite a bit of trouble. Instead of shirking responsibility, the owner chose to bear the loss themselves and went above and beyond to help me resolve everything properly. This selfless kindness is particularly precious when traveling. Nestled in the mountains, 'Qishan Yue' (meaning 'Joy of Mountain Dwelling') is not just a place to stay, but the warmest memory of my Daocheng Yading trip. For anyone visiting Yading, staying here is more than enough. I wholeheartedly recommend it to every traveler heading to the holy mountains."

"The hotel I booked is in the center of Shangri-La town, and it was pretty quiet at night. The altitude here is relatively low, only about 2900 meters. We drove from Xinduqiao, and the altitude along the way was a bit high. One of us experienced altitude sickness and felt very uncomfortable at night. We called the owner, and upon hearing about our altitude sickness, he drove us to the local clinic in the middle of the night. After getting oxygen at the hospital, we felt much better. We are incredibly grateful to the owner! The service was truly exceptional. I will definitely recommend your hotel to any friends visiting in the future."

"My trip to Daocheng was truly unforgettable and rewarding! The stunning scenery – blue skies, white clouds, rainbows, majestic snow-capped mountains, vast grasslands, and serene lakes – was absolutely breathtaking and incredibly refreshing. After a tiring day, checking into this hot spring hotel was absolutely perfect. The service was exceptional, the room was spotless, and the panoramic views from the window were just incredible. "This hotel in Daocheng is simply amazing! The room is spacious, clean and warmly decorated. The service is impeccable, and the front desk staff are warm and considerate. "The owners are a very open and sincere ******* couple. The couple just contracted the hotel last month (the slippers used for bathing are all new). The negative reviews from the previous stay probably have little to do with the current owners. The overall environment of the hotel is the same as the product details page. The aisles and corridors are very spacious. I am not trying to ”deceive”. I only include some detailed pictures. These were the best two nights of sleep during my trip to western Sichuan. The advantages are as follows: 1. It is only a 5-minute walk from the entrance of the scenic spot. Parking is convenient and close to the road. However, the room does not face the road, so it is quiet and convenient. 2. The hotel has a place to dry clothes (although it is not dedicated, it can block the rain), which is great news for people who cannot dry their clothes during long-term travel. After all, don’t worry about the public washing machine and dryer. 3. The room has a table, chairs, and clothes racks, plenty of hot water, and a normal toilet. Especially their hair dryer, it turns on and off automatically (it turns on when you pick it up, and turns off when you put it back) 4. Very attentive and distinctive. The kettles are all ceramic! There is a multi-plug adapter thoughtfully installed on the socket (so I didn’t even use the one I brought)."
