"Absolutely loved it! The owner is incredibly kind and friendly. They offer free ******* traditional clothing for guests to borrow, and it's all so well-maintained, clean, and tidy.
We even got to see the 'Sun-drenched Golden Mountain' right from the hotel, and the rooftop access means you can go up and admire it anytime – truly breathtaking.
The room came with a free oxygen concentrator, and there's a diffused oxygen supply available for a fee. Plus, on the ground floor, the owner has their own medical oxygen concentrator for refills.
Don't miss the owner's yak hotpot and boiled sliced pork – absolutely delicious and highly recommended.
Staying in Yading Village means you can enter the scenic area whenever you like, without having to take an hour-long bus ride every day. You can wake up naturally and head into the mountains at your own pace, which is incredibly chill.
The guesthouse is conveniently located next to Yading Station 1 and not far from Station 2. The owner can even help with luggage, either sending it to the bus or bringing it down for you, saving a lot of time.
Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the mountains."

"The hotel is located in the center of Daocheng County. Although it's a bit old, it's very well-maintained. The manager, Yang Zi, is incredibly capable and enthusiastic. She truly understands that visitors to the plateau can easily experience altitude sickness, so she is exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and attentive to guests. She frequently checks in on everyone and even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer. Before we left, she repeatedly reminded the driver to drive carefully to ensure our safety, which made us feel secure and at ease throughout our stay. The ******* staff team is also very friendly; Dorje, for instance, gave us many helpful suggestions. We had dinner at the hotel, and the dishes were perfectly suited for guests who can't eat spicy food, which we were very happy with."

"Great location just a few minutes walk from park entrance, restaurants and pharmacies. Our room had nice view, humidifier, nice restroom with large shower, great hot water pressure, ”western” toilet. We were on third floor, no elevator (no problem for us because this trip we were picking light). Simple and crowded breakfast (which is understandable due to the very high tourism season and very nice weather)."

"Must give Tashi Daji Starry Sky Hotel a five-star praise. At check-in, the front desk was very warm, from the play to the route to the travel details, the whole process was the intimate reception of the beautiful boss. We asked about the way to take a taxi to the scenic spot. The boss directly said that there was no need to take a taxi. He personally sent us there early on the second day. He also reminded us of the time to play and the return fare. He also recommended delicious restaurants for us. The hotel opened this year. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are perfect, and the mountain view room has a great view. There are a lot of parking spaces in the underground three-story parking lot. The boss treats people really warmly and takes care of them throughout the whole process. I really recommend everyone to stay."

"This time, I chose the Oxygen Dew Bath Qushang Room in the Muhua Building, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations!
The best part was the indoor hot spring! The weather on the plateau can change quickly, so it was a true pleasure to soak in a warm bath in the warmth of the room, washing away the fatigue of a day's hike without having to go outside in the draft.
The room was very spacious, and the decor was my favorite minimalist style with soft colors, making it incredibly relaxing.
Of course, the oxygen system was also very effective, and I slept soundly after my bath, completely free of any altitude sickness.
The entire floor was incredibly quiet and private.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in Daocheng Yading!"

"Very cozy and lovely home stay
We came to daocheng for my girlfriend’s birthday, and decided to stay in the local area and we were not disappointed. The owners were incredibly welcoming and recommended food spots and activities to do during our 2-day stay here. They even helped us get taxis to pick us up and drop us off. The homestay is very cozy, clean, with cute animals in the yard. This is definitely a place we’d book again."

"The best choice for a trip to Daocheng Yading is undoubtedly the Crowne Plaza Yading Risong Gongbu Hotel. Located in the heart of Shangri-La town, its 2800-meter altitude is just right, avoiding altitude sickness while providing convenient access to the Yading scenic area entrance – a mere 15-minute drive to the sacred mountains.
Upon arrival, a concierge proactively offered to help with luggage, a warm gesture spreading from the moment you stepped out of the car. Entering the double-height lobby, the ******* elements blend seamlessly with modern design. The hanging scroll depicting the three sacred mountains of Yading instantly evoked anticipation for the journey. The seated service during check-in was exceptionally attentive; staff member David offered ginger tea to dispel the chill of the journey and provided a detailed explanation of the scenic route and a guide map.
The hotel's dining experience was a highlight of the trip. While the breakfast wasn't as lavish as in inland China, it was certainly excellent for the ******* region."

"The hotel is in a good location, with convenient parking. It is less than 200 meters from the entrance of the scenic spot. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage. As a representative of the industry, the hotel is full of lying elements. The room is clean and refreshing. The hotel has a very detailed route guide for the Aden scenic spot. You don't need to make a guide just by looking at it! The raincoat bought by the front desk was not used, and it was returned today. It's good, worth recommending!"

GGuest UserThe hotel has the best location in Yading village in my opinion. It's located right at the bus stop no. 3 - very comfortable as you don't have to drag your luggages around. It even has a lovely tiny garden in front of the lounge area which make the view look even prettier from the lounge/reataurant. The rooms are facing Xiannairi mountain and Chonggu temple. We can just chill in the room while enjoying the snow capped mountain view
The room has heating floor, humidifier and oxygen generator, making you feel comfortable during the stay.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk.
Most importantly, their restaurant cooked many good dishes and they serve coffee!
I will definitely stay here if I come back to Yading village.

When we arrived in the morning, they immediately updated us on the weather conditions in Yading and gave us tips. The landlady even helped us carry our luggage up to the room while we went to explore Daocheng. When we came back, we had a nice chat with them. I also noticed how wonderfully patient and pleasant they were with other guests. The place was very clean too. I'll definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserBest stay in Western Sichuan, located within the daocheng yading park (second stop, 2 mins walk from the bus stop). Very clean comfortable rooms with extremely hot showers, amenities included. Excellent view (highly recommend getting the snow mountain view room). Staff and owners are really kind and helpful. They’ll explain which routes to go if you are hiking up. They do provide electric blankets, didn’t use the electric heater but it is available for colder months. They have their own restaurant which is very convenient and food was delicious! Simple Chinese breakfast included would have liked to have been able to take some food away to eat along the way as wanted to start the hike earlier could consider asking the staff is this would be possible. Do keep in mind the shuttle bus going up to the scenic site can be quite full so do plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back.

We arrived at ฺBus Stop 2 and the hotel staff came out to help us with our bags — plus we were warmly greeted by an adorable dog!
We chose a triple room, and the space was comfortable and sufficient for everyone. Our room faced the front with a beautiful mountain view.
The beds also had electric mattress warmers, which made our sleep very cozy.
Breakfast was good, and the stir-fried vegetables were delicious.
They also provide hiking poles that guests can borrow.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient, right at sightseeing bus stop #3 in Yading Village. We got off the bus and there it was! On the day we arrived, there was a road blockage and we missed the last sightseeing bus. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and arranged for a car to pick us up, which was really thoughtful. Staying in Yading Village not only saves you an hour of travel time going up the mountain, but you can also just wave your hand at the entrance and a bus will stop for you – so handy. Plus, you can capture amazing photos of the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' and the Milky Way at night. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves meals. The owner even helped us pre-order a freshly slaughtered chicken for a Matsutake mushroom and chicken soup. Even though it's in a remote location, the food was delicious. Our server, Lamu, provided excellent service; ******* people are truly genuine. You can even see the snow-capped mountains from your room, and there's a diffused oxygen supply, which is fantastic. Highly recommend! Lamu's service was great 👍

GGuest UserThis guesthouse has a lot of ******* character, and the service is very warm and welcoming. The hallway smells really nice, and the location is great too. There's a pretty famous restaurant not far downstairs. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit small; we ended up parking on the street.

The first thing I saw upon entering the room was an oxygen concentrator – such a thoughtful detail is truly touching! For someone prone to oxygen deficiency or who gets stuffy while sleeping, it's a lifesaver; breathing becomes easier and I feel completely relaxed.
Plus, there are charging stations downstairs, so I no longer have to worry about battery anxiety when I'm out exploring. My car always comes back fully charged! It's hard not to love such considerate amenities.
The overall decor is very elegant, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable – a true five-star experience! I highly recommend it to anyone who values quality of life!
