"Originally planning to visit Meili Snow Mountain, we changed our route to Yading due to weather conditions. We booked a hotel hastily, but the hotel responded incredibly quickly, creating a group chat in advance to ensure the hotel manager responded to our needs immediately. We could book a pick-up service directly from the visitor center to the hotel, avoiding the bus queues. The driver was cheerful and even recommended a skilled photographer guide at a reasonable price. Our second day's sightseeing experience was excellent. Learning it was my birthday upon check-in, the hotel thoughtfully prepared longevity noodles, a birthday cake, and a small gift for my room – a very touching gesture. The room was well-equipped, with a view of Xiannairi Peak from the window. The hot water supply was exceptionally fast; it came out instantly. At high altitudes, where showering is risky, a hot compress was incredibly comforting. The oxygen supply was ample, allowing me to sleep soundly at 3700 meters. There's a small path behind the hotel, developed by the hotel itself, offering an even better view of Xiannairi Peak. Lunch and dinner can be ordered directly from the butler; the portions are generous, and there's a variety of flavors to choose from, including Sichuan cuisine and non-spicy options. The hotel staff were all very honest and sincere, making me feel safe and comfortable at high altitudes. I will definitely choose Prajna again if I have the chance next time."

"I love the decoration details in the hotel. Although the overall vibe is modern, there are traditional patterns everywhere. We were upgraded to a bigger room which is spacious with big windows looking over Snow Mountain Square. Some of the facilities are of good brand names such as Kohler and Dyson. They offer welcome snacks which include popcorn, soda, potato chips, lollipops, Snickers, fruits… and also late night snacks that are more like a full meal (noodles, dumplings, or soup) - although these are only available after 9pm. The room came with 4 complimentary bottles of water. We could not go hungry there lol. The receptionist is friendly. The bus from the hotel to the airport is 35 RMB per person (to compare, a Didi ride will cost you around 100-120 RMB). It is overall a good place to rest after Yading and before flying out. Breakfast is quite simple (many options but hard to choose a good one). The butter tea was good though. In our room, the bottle that says “liquid soap” next to the sink seems to be hand lotion."

"The hotel environment is quite good and it's very close to the scenic area. We booked the accommodation last minute, but what made my trip very satisfying was the hotel's front desk staff who also doubled as a driver. We had just arrived from Litang, were very tired, and had many questions. The young man patiently explained everything we needed to know. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the scenic spot. During our stay, there was a minor hiccup with the room, but overall, it was excellent. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all fantastic. I've been busy since returning to Chengdu and only now have time to leave a review, because I truly felt the service was so warm and thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The best choice for a trip to Daocheng Yading is undoubtedly the Crowne Plaza Yading Risong Gongbu Hotel. Located in the heart of Shangri-La town, its 2800-meter altitude is just right, avoiding altitude sickness while providing convenient access to the Yading scenic area entrance – a mere 15-minute drive to the sacred mountains. Upon arrival, a concierge proactively offered to help with luggage, a warm gesture spreading from the moment you stepped out of the car. Entering the double-height lobby, the ******* elements blend seamlessly with modern design. The hanging scroll depicting the three sacred mountains of Yading instantly evoked anticipation for the journey. The seated service during check-in was exceptionally attentive; staff member David offered ginger tea to dispel the chill of the journey and provided a detailed explanation of the scenic route and a guide map. The hotel's dining experience was a highlight of the trip. While the breakfast wasn't as lavish as in inland China, it was certainly excellent for the ******* region."

"Overall, my stay was excellent. **Attentive Service:** The hotel contacted me 1-2 days in advance to confirm my itinerary, provide details about entering the mountain, assist with bus ticket purchases, and arrange transfers. Their attention to detail was impressive. **Room Upgrade:** The owner kindly upgraded my room. The new room featured a large balcony directly facing the Xianairi snow mountain and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, which significantly enhanced the experience. **Delicious Food:** While the food on the first day was a bit salty and oily, adjustments were made from the second day onwards. The hot pot was delicious, and the stir-fries exceeded expectations. **Abundant Breakfast:** The butler would ask for our preferred dining time in advance, offering a selection of congee, rice noodles, butter tea, coffee, various side dishes, and pastries. It was lovely to enjoy breakfast while gazing at the sacred snow mountains. **Excellent Service:** Whether it was the owner, front desk staff, driver, or chef, everyone was eager to answer questions and provide detailed information about the scenic area's weather and sightseeing conditions. My original plan was a short hike on day one and a long hike on day two, but based on the front desk's advice, we did the long hike on the first day due to good weather. After our hike, the hotel thoughtfully provided hot water, foot-soaking basins, and hot ginger tea. **Room Amenities:** The room was equipped with diffused oxygen supply, an oxygen concentrator, underfloor heating, and a humidifier, which effectively helped alleviate altitude sickness. The hotel also offered complimentary hiking poles and umbrellas. **Prime Location:** The snow-capped mountains were visible from the balcony and windows. The hotel is right next to the Daocheng Yading Museum and within walking distance of Yading Village Bus Station No. 2. All necessary amenities are nearby. **Minor Drawbacks:** The temperature was quite cold at night in May, and there was a noticeable temperature difference between the bathroom and the room. Also, the showerhead holder was broken and couldn't fix the showerhead in place. **Summary:** This hotel truly stands out in the core scenic area of Daocheng Yading for its dedicated service and reputation. I chose the wrong time to visit, as May didn't allow me to fully appreciate the breathtaking beauty of Daocheng Yading. I plan to return in October and will definitely choose this hotel again."

"I hope Ctrip can pin my feedback and suggestions so I can share my honest opinion. The staff were very polite, and they even prepared a birthday cake for me, which made me very happy. The yak hotpot we had at the restaurant that evening was delicious, with fresh and flavorful meat. The wine list was a bit limited; I ordered a bottle of yam, which, although a wine that costs around 1000 RMB in the market, was priced at over 2300 RMB here. However, the staff's attentiveness and the hotel's premium pricing made it understandable. (But when I returned from the restroom, I was surprised to find the decanter and wine next to the boiling hotpot.) The hotel view was great, but the interior facilities were average. The shower head in the bathroom was loose, although the maintenance staff came and fixed it. The door to the room's terrace couldn't be locked from the inside, but it could be locked from the outside. I don't know if it was installed backwards or what, which made me a little worried about someone entering the room from the terrace at night. Also, the dogs outside the hotel barked all night, and combined with altitude sickness, I didn't get any rest. The breakfast selection was limited, but I appreciated the coffee they packed for us later. The hotel is located in a scenic area, but the coordination was poor. In the morning, we waited for the bus outside the hotel for a long time before heading to the scenic area. The hotel staff didn't know the exact time and just left us waiting. They even said we could call the scenic area to complain. 😂 Overall, the room and food cost over 6000 yuan for one night. I definitely wouldn't choose this hotel again for the same price."

The stunning scenery – blue skies, white clouds, rainbows, majestic snow-capped mountains, vast grasslands, and serene lakes – was absolutely breathtaking and incredibly refreshing. After a tiring day, checking into this hot spring hotel was absolutely perfect. The service was exceptional, the room was spotless, and the panoramic views from the window were just incredible.
