"This is the fourth time my family and I stayed in this hotel. This time we felt a bit disappointed because of the drainage blockage which led to flooding in the bathroom. Although the drainage blockage was repaired next day, however we felt rather inconvenient. The pillows and bed are moderately soft. The hand towers were somewhat wet which seemed be used but not replaced by the new ones. Pricing of the hotel was gone up, nevertheless the services were deteriorating."

"This is the best hotel in Enping. It is located in the old town, not far from Xichun Tower, Aofeng Park and Enping Museum. The Plaza Hotel is very new, the room is large, the facilities are very smart, the bed is very comfortable, and I got enough rest. The buffet breakfast is not very varied and is very average. But you can choose the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, which has morning tea, Chinese food and evening tea. Many locals come to drink tea, and it is full and you need to wait for a seat."

"The hot spring area is definitely a highlight! 👍 The water quality is crystal clear and feels very clean. The pools here are also quite large, and there's even a hot spring swimming pool. It's so pleasant and comfortable to swim in the warm hot spring pool when the weather is cold. The staff also frequently offer guests ginger tea. We also enjoyed camping at the Scarecrow Camp, where we had tea by the stove and made mud-baked chicken, which tasted really good. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated."

"The hotel is very new and comfortable. Cleanliness is more important to me than luxury. There is a coffee bar on the left hand side downstairs and a barbecue restaurant on the right hand side. Although the parking lot is not hardened, it is very convenient. You can see it from one of the rooms on one side. The vehicle is more secure!"

"I won't comment on the good or bad, just the actual situation. The hotel is in a good location, with a shopping center downstairs offering everything from food and drinks to entertainment. The parking lot is large, but there's a 10 yuan overnight parking fee, which is a bit confusing. There's also a deposit for accommodation, which feels a bit like a throwback to the old days. Regarding the amenities, the room lacks a wardrobe, bathroom fixtures, or an internal phone. The good thing is that the outlets have USB ports, so you can charge your phone with your own charging cable. The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water comes from a separate 40-liter electric water heater. The room has a small sink, which is convenient for daily use. I won't go into detail about the other services; just don't expect too much. The hotel opened in 2022, making it relatively new in the area."

I didn't want to get out! 💧 The room was impeccably clean! The bedding was soft and fragrant, I could walk barefoot on the floor without picking up any dust, and the bathroom was sparkling. As someone with germophobia, I was absolutely thrilled! 🛏✨ The facilities are very complete: the newly renovated main building was better than I expected. I especially loved their 1.5-meter twin beds. The hot spring area has various therapeutic pools (the herbal pool was my favorite), and the changing rooms were dry and tidy. The family area, recliners, and even complimentary ginger tea were all thoughtful touches. 👏 Dining represents local specialties: there's a Chinese restaurant and a BBQ place, and neither is expensive. I highly recommend trying them out. What's most precious is the slow-paced atmosphere! There are no noisy tour groups, just the rustling of wind through bamboo and the sound of the hot spring water. Soaking in the evening while stargazing instantly healed my burnout as a working professional. 🌌 I've already recommended it to my girlfriends for a second visit! I strongly suggest it to anyone looking to escape the crowds and truly relax."
