Pros first: There's a small parking lot, but you might need to reserve a spot in advance. I didn't reserve a spot, but luckily, I found the last one available. The room was spacious enough. Cons: There was only one bath towel; the standard package should be two bath towels and two hand towels, or at least a set. Also, the amenities are a bit dated. Overall, though, the value for money is good.

The navigation positioning is slightly biased. I feel that the second phase of the Overseas Chinese Mansion is better with Gaode direct navigation. The house is clean and odorless, the corridor is clean, the parking space is large, the community is very quiet, and it is a little inconvenient to eat, but it is not a problem if you drive by yourself. There are both inside and outside the community!

Regarding the amenities, the room lacks a wardrobe, bathroom fixtures, or an internal phone. The good thing is that the outlets have USB ports, so you can charge your phone with your own charging cable. The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water comes from a separate 40-liter electric water heater. The room has a small sink, which is convenient for daily use. I won't go into detail about the other services; just don't expect too much. The hotel opened in 2022, making it relatively new in the area.
